第二轮:仅英国籍学生可参赛
由英国剑桥大学举办,需短期住宿加培训。第一轮选出的30位学生参与,由行业顶尖学者,教师以及技术人员指导各项新课题及提供各项测试。在此之后将推选出最后4位学生代表英国参加IChO

第三轮:仅英国籍学生可参赛
最后选出的4位学生会在参加完英国训练营的集训准备后,飞往IChO国际化学奥赛的举办地参赛。

个人赛,全英笔试试卷,不需要涉及现场实验

试卷总分:每年总分略有不同,大概在80-90之间

考试时间:2小时

题型设置:约5道分析简答大题,每道大题有 3-10 个小题
