Step 1 is to express your interest in working with Cambridge. This is intentionally a low-commitment first move: the school signals that it would like to explore offering Cambridge programmes, and Cambridge International responds. There is no lengthy documentation required at this stage, and no fee attached to simply opening the conversation.
