英国学生签证 费用 加急 优先 资金证明
英国学生签证的账单从来不是一行。签证费、医疗附加费、加急费三项分开收，2026 年申请一年制硕士的学生，光前两项就要准备 £558 加每年 £776 的医疗附加费。很多学生以为付完签证费就结束了，等到付款页面跳出 IHS 才回头翻账户余额。
下面的数字来自 gov.uk 学生签证页面和加急服务页面，2026 年 11 月 7 日核对。价格每年 4 月会调整，用之前先自己再看一眼官网。
The bill for a UK Student visa is never a single line. The application fee, the Immigration Health Surcharge and any priority fee are charged separately, and the numbers below were checked against gov.uk in November 2026. Fees are revised each April, so the official page is the only figure worth trusting on the day you pay.
一、£558 到底覆盖了什么 / What the £558 covers
gov.uk 写得直接：从英国境外申请学生签证 £558，在英国境内续签或者转成学生签证也是 £558。这个价格按人算，带配偶和孩子的话，每个人都要再交一次。很多学生以为签证费里已经包了看病，实际医疗是另一笔钱。医疗附加费学生与家属每年 £776，不满一整年按半年 £388 计。一门 12 个月的硕士课程，通常按 18 个月收费，也就是 £1,164 上下。这笔钱不是白捐，买的是在英期间使用 NHS 的资格。常见的错误是只按 £558 做预算，到付款那一步才发现差了一倍。汇率也要算进去，英镑结算，人民币账户按当天牌价扣款。付款只收借记卡或信用卡，额度不够会在提交那一刻直接失败。提交前把两项加总写在一张纸上，比在付款页手忙脚乱强。
The application fee is 558 pounds, charged the same whether you apply from overseas or extend inside the UK, and every dependant pays it separately. Students and their dependants also pay the Immigration Health Surcharge at 776 pounds a year, billed in half year units of 388 pounds, which buys access to the NHS rather than insurance. A twelve month master's is normally charged for eighteen months, landing at roughly 1,164 pounds before the visa fee is added. Budgeting on the headline fee alone is the mistake that catches most families out at the payment screen, and a card without enough headroom fails at the moment of submission.
二、加急买的其实是几天 / What priority really buys
标准审理时间官网给的是境外 3 周，境内 8 周。想快，优先服务在签证费之外再加 £500，多数签证 5 个工作日内出结果。超级优先加 £1,000，通常下一个工作日结束前给结果。学生签证两类都能选，境内走 ID Check app 时家属的超级优先不适用。名额有上限，官网明说不是想买就能买到，暑期最明显。5 个工作日不含周末和银行假日，圣诞前后实际要按两周算。计时起点是按指纹那天，或者上传完材料的下一个工作日。在签证中心现场买的加急，钱可能付给 VFS Global 或 TLScontact，不是付给 Home Office。很多学生以为付了 £1,000 就锁死了出签日期，实际材料要核实时照样拖。补件期间不加钱也不退钱，这一段最容易失控。
Standard processing is three weeks from outside the UK and eight weeks from inside, according to gov.uk. Priority service adds 500 pounds for a decision within five working days, and super priority adds 1,000 pounds for a decision by the end of the next working day. Both are open to Student visa applicants, with one exception: dependants using the ID Check app cannot take the next day option. Places are capped and summer is when the cap bites hardest, since five working days excludes weekends and bank holidays. The clock starts from biometrics or the working day after your documents are uploaded, not from the moment you pay.
三、3 周和 8 周从哪一天开始算 / When the clock starts
境外最早可以在开课前 6 个月递交，境内最早 3 个月。境内续签必须赶在旧签证到期前，新课程要在旧签证到期后 28 天内开课。CAS 是申请的入场券，拿到之后 6 个月内必须递交。学校发 CAS 前要核对你交的押金和成绩单，这一步走走停停很常见。敏感专业还要 ATAS 证书，官网建议至少留 4 周。常见的错误是等 CAS 等到 8 月中，那时候加急位早就被抢完。加急选项只在填表过程中出现，没出现就是当天没有名额。9 月开学的学生，7 月底递交和 8 月中递交，拿到结果的时间能差三周。机票别在出签前买，改签费通常比加急费还贵。学校的最晚到校日往往比开课日晚一周，这一周是缓冲，不是余量。
The earliest you can apply is six months before the course starts from outside the UK, or three months from inside. Anyone extending in the UK has to file before the old visa expires, and the new course must begin within 28 days of that expiry. A CAS is the entry ticket, and the application must be submitted within six months of receiving it. Waiting for a CAS until mid August is how students end up paying for a service that has no places left, because priority slots only appear during the form and vanish once the day's allocation is gone. A September start submitted at the end of July and one submitted in mid August can differ by three weeks in decision date, which is the whole gap between catching a flight and rebooking it.
四、资金证明的 28 天规则 / The 28 day money rule
伦敦读书每月 £1,529，伦敦以外 £1,171，最多按 9 个月算。带家属的话，伦敦每人每月 £845，其他地区 £680。学费那部分按 CAS 上写的第一年金额算，同样要能证明。钱要连续存满 28 天，这 28 天的结束日必须落在递交日前 31 天之内。已经持有效签证在英国住满 12 个月的人，不用再证明这笔钱。中国在 differential evidence requirement 名单上，通常不用主动交存款证明。不用交不等于不用存，抽到了还是要在规定时间内补上。很多学生以为开了存款证明就万事大吉，其实存期算错一样被拒。存款证明上的日期要覆盖那 28 天，冻结期别设得太短。父母名下的账户需要出生证明和资助信，这两样办起来要时间。
Living costs are assessed at 1,529 pounds a month in London and 1,171 pounds elsewhere, for up to nine months, on top of the first year of tuition shown on the CAS. Each dependant adds 845 pounds a month in London or 680 pounds outside it. The money must sit in the account for 28 consecutive days, and that period has to end no more than 31 days before you apply. China is on the differential evidence list, so documents are usually not submitted up front, but UKVI can still ask for them afterwards, and a statement that misses the 28 day window by a few days is one of the most common reasons for a refusal. Anyone who has held a valid UK visa for twelve months is exempt from showing the maintenance funds at all.
五、什么时候不该加急 / When not to pay for speed
离开课还有三个月，加急的 £500 基本是白花。加急只加快审核排队，不加快学校发 CAS，也不加快 ATAS 证书。被拒签，加急费不退，官网写得很清楚。主动取消申请、还没录指纹，才可能退回这笔钱。退款走原路，官网给的时限是最多 28 天。材料有硬伤时，快出结果等于快被拒，重签还要再付一次全款。常见的错误是把加急当成补救材料问题的手段。真正该花钱的地方是提前两个月把存款和翻译件理干净。时间真的不够，先算清楚缺的是审核时间还是自己的准备时间。
With three months before the course starts, the 500 pound priority fee buys almost nothing. It moves your application up the queue, not your CAS, not an ATAS certificate and not a translation. Refused applications do not get the priority fee back, and a refund only appears if you cancel before biometrics are taken, paid to the original account within 28 days. Paying for speed on a file with a broken bank statement simply produces a faster refusal, and the next application costs full price again. The money is better spent two months earlier on bank statements and certified translations.
六、补件和被拒之后 / After a request or a refusal
收到补件通知不用慌，材料到齐后申请会被重新排到前面。补件有截止日，错过就等于放弃这一轮。境内递交期间不要出境，英国、爱尔兰、海峡群岛和马恩岛以外都算出境。出境会被视为撤销申请，已交的钱不退。拒签后可以走行政复议，也可以重新递交，两条路都要重新付费。行政复议不保证改判，只是让另一个官员再看一遍。出签后拿到的是 eVisa，要注册 UKVI 账户才能查到状态。护照贴纸的时代已经过去，入境时海关看的是系统记录。出发前把 UKVI 账户登录一遍，别在机场才发现密码不对。
A request for more documents does not push you to the back of the queue; once the evidence arrives the case is prioritised again, but the deadline attached to it is real. Do not leave the UK while an in country application is pending, because departure counts as a withdrawal and the fee is not returned. After a refusal you can apply for an administrative review or submit a fresh application, and both are paid for again, with no guarantee that a review changes the outcome. Approval now produces an eVisa rather than a sticker in the passport, so the UKVI account has to be set up and tested before you fly.
七、把预算写成三行 / A three line budget
把这三行写清楚，报价就不会乱。第一行是硬性支出：£558 签证费加医疗附加费，一年制硕士按 18 个月算是 £1,164，合计 £1,722。第二行是可选项：优先服务 £500，超级优先 £1,000。第三行是浮动的：机票、第一个月房租、翻译和体检，几百到一千多英镑不等。三行加起来，家庭才知道最坏情况要准备多少现金。见过太多学生只算了第一行，到了第二行才发现卡里不够。预算表里先扣掉可选项，再决定要不要买，顺序反了就会被动。
Three lines make the quote honest. The fixed line is 558 pounds plus the health surcharge, which for a one year master's billed at eighteen months comes to 1,164 pounds, so 1,722 pounds before anything optional. The optional line is 500 pounds for priority or 1,000 pounds for super priority. The variable line covers flights, the first month of rent, translations and the medical test, and it can run from a few hundred pounds to well over a thousand. Families who only budget the first line discover the gap at the worst possible moment.
八、时间紧的学生怎么排顺序 / Ordering the work backwards
把时间倒着排比正着排有用。以 9 月 15 日开课为例，按 3 周标准审理，最晚要在 8 月 25 日前出结果，倒推递交日就是 8 月 4 日前后。递交日之前要留出 CAS、存款 28 天、翻译和体检的时间。结核检测在部分城市要预约，出结果要几天，别放在最后一周。预算按 £558 加医疗附加费加机票和第一个月房租来算，加急费单独列一行。能提前三个月递交的，把加急的钱省下来更划算。只能在高峰期递交的，优先服务比超级优先更值得买，因为多花的 £500 只换一天，多数人用不上那一天。所有日期写进一张表，打印出来贴在桌上，比记在手机备忘录里可靠。表上留一列写负责人，谁去约体检、谁去开存款证明，写清楚就不会互相等。开课前两周再核对一次官网价格，4 月调价之后预算就要临时补钱，这种事每年都有人碰上。把这四件事排进日历，剩下的就是按日子去办。
Work backwards from the course start date rather than forwards. For a 15 September start on standard processing, the decision has to land by roughly 25 August, which puts submission around 4 August, and everything else has to fit before that line. The tuberculosis test needs an appointment in most Chinese cities, so it cannot sit in the final week. Where three months of runway exist, skipping priority is the better trade; where the calendar is tight, the 500 pound service is usually enough and the extra 500 for next day speed rarely earns its cost. One sheet with dates and named owners beats a phone full of reminders, and the fee page deserves one more look two weeks before payment in case an April revision has moved the number.
