香港本科 非联招 申请时间 学费 英语要求
香港的本科申请和英国、澳洲不是同一套玩法。八所教资会资助院校里，本地生走联招（JUPAS），用 DSE 成绩排位，非本地生走各校自己的直接申请，材料清单、截止日和面试安排都由招生办单独定。很多学生以为把 UCAS 那张时间表照搬过来就行，结果主轮已经关了才想起来递表。下面把申请时间、学术条件、英语门槛和学费分开讲，凡按学年变化的数字都标了年份，最终以各校官网当页为准。
Applying to a Hong Kong university is not a UCAS clone. Local school leavers enter through JUPAS on their DSE results, while non-local applicants apply directly to each institution and work to its own deadlines, document list and interview schedule. Many families copy a UK timeline and discover the main round has closed; the notes below separate timing, entry requirements and cost, and every figure that moves is tied to an academic year, so check the university's own admissions pages before you file.
联招与非联招：两条通道的分界
JUPAS 只服务香港本地 DSE 考生，一套志愿表最多填二十个选择，按成绩统一派位。内地学生、读 A-Level 或 IB 的学生、在海外读中学的港籍学生，走的都是非联招直接申请，每所学校单独一份表、单独一笔申请费。判断自己属于哪一边，看的不是国籍，而是是否需要学生签证来港读书。需要签证的申请人一律按非本地生处理，学费按非本地生价目收。教资会资助课程的非本地生名额，2024/25 学年起由 20% 提高到 40%，这个变化直接改写了录取概率的算法。自资课程不受这个名额限制，学费与收生标准由院校自己定。名额扩大之后，同一专业的竞争池从本地 DSE 考生换成了全球申请人，往年分数线的参考价值跟着下降。
JUPAS serves local DSE candidates only, with a single list of up to twenty choices allocated on results. Everyone else, including mainland students and anyone holding A-Level or IB qualifications, applies directly to each university and pays a separate application fee per institution. The dividing line is not nationality but whether you need a student visa, because that decides both your fee band and your competition pool. The non-local quota in UGC-funded programmes rose from 20 per cent to 40 per cent from the 2024/25 academic year, which changed the arithmetic of admission, while self-financing programmes sit outside that quota and set their own fees. With the larger quota the competition pool shifts from local DSE candidates to a global field, so last year's cut-off says less than most families assume.
申请日历：提前一年半开始排
非联招的时间线比多数人想的早。按目标入学年往前推一年半，前一年春天就要定专业方向、准备语言考试。主轮申请通常在前一年九月开放，十一月下旬到十二月初截止，个别院校把早轮提前到十月。早轮的好处是面试和奖学金评审都排在前面，代价是十三年级开学前就得把成绩单和推荐信凑齐。面试集中在当年一月至四月，条件录取在三月到五月陆续发出。DSE 考生七月放榜后还有一轮补录，名额取决于前面有多少人放弃。内地高考生等六月下旬出分，多数院校给高考生单独设一条通道，截止日跟着出分时间走。错过主轮的申请人，录取机会基本只剩补录和自资课程。
The non-JUPAS calendar starts earlier than most applicants expect, roughly eighteen months before entry, when you settle on a subject area and book language tests. Main-round applications usually open in September, close between late November and early December, and interviews run from January to April with conditional offers following in spring. An early round buys an earlier interview and a first look at scholarship money, at the cost of having transcripts and references ready before the final school year begins. DSE candidates get a clearing round after the July results release, while mainland gaokao students apply on a separate track that closes once their scores appear; missing the main round generally leaves only clearing places and self-financing programmes.
学术条件：A-Level、IB 与高考三套口径
三科 A-Level 是最常见的组合，第四科 AS 只在个别专业当加分项。条件从 BBB 到 A*A*A 都有，医学、法律、商科和量化金融往上走，工程与理科的中位数落在 AAB 附近。IB 文凭按 45 分制算，多数专业要求 30 到 40 分，HL 科目还要对上专业指定的先修要求。高考生看的是所在省份的分数线，通常要高出一本线一段距离，英语单科会被单独看。常见的错误是只盯着总分，忽略了专业指定的先修科目，工程要看数学和物理，医学要看化学或生物。官网每个专业页面都列出科目要求，逐条对一遍比猜要快。
Three A-Level subjects remain the standard package, with a fourth AS rarely doing more than breaking a tie. Offers range from BBB to A*A*A, the upper end belongs to medicine, law, business and quantitative finance, and engineering or science usually sits near AAB. IB applicants are judged out of 45 with subject-specific Higher Level demands, gaokao applicants are measured against their provincial cut-off with English looked at separately, and the common mistake is chasing the overall score while missing a named prerequisite.
英语门槛：IELTS 分数与豁免条件
英语要求是硬门槛，达不到就不进审核。多数专业要求 IELTS 总分 6.0 到 6.5，写作和口语单项常见 5.5 到 6.0 的下限，法律、新闻、英语文学这类专业会要到 7.0。TOEFL iBT 的对口分数大致在 80 到 93 之间，部分院校接受 Duolingo，名单每年会变。雅思的单科重考只在部分考点开放，多数院校接受重考后的单科成绩，但不接受把两次考试各科分数拼在一起。豁免通常给在英语授课中学完成最后两年的申请人，GCSE 或 IGCSE 英语拿到 4 分以上、IB English A 达到规定档位也算。语言成绩有效期两年，算的是申请日而不是入学日。很多学生以为考完一次就一劳永逸，实际到递表那天成绩过期的情况每年都有。
English is a hard filter rather than a soft preference. Most programmes ask for IELTS 6.0 to 6.5 overall with 5.5 to 6.0 in each paper, law, journalism and English literature push that to 7.0, and TOEFL iBT equivalents sit around 80 to 93. One Skill Retake is accepted by some institutions, though hardly any will combine scores from two different test dates. Waivers usually cover applicants who spent the final two school years in English-medium instruction or hold GCSE English at grade 4 or above, and the two-year validity is counted at application, not at enrolment.
学费：本地生与非本地生两套价目
学费要分两套价目看。本地生读教资会资助课程，2026/27 学年是 47,000 港币，这是三年上调方案的第二年，2025/26 为 44,500，2027/28 到 49,500，数字来自教育局与各校官网的收费页。非本地生不适用这个价，学费由院校按专业自定，近年多数专业落在每年十五万到十八万港币的区间，医学、牙医和部分商科更高。自资课程与部分专业学院的收费另有一套，通常比资助课程再高一些。学费按学年分两期缴，注册时先付第一期。
Tuition splits into two very different price lists. Local students in UGC-funded programmes pay HK$47,000 in 2026/27, the second step of a three-year rise from HK$44,500 to HK$49,500 as published on the Education Bureau and university fee pages. Non-local students pay institution-set fees that recently sat between roughly HK$150,000 and HK$180,000 a year for most programmes, with medicine, dentistry and some business degrees above that; self-financing and professional-school programmes price separately and usually higher, and fees are billed in two instalments per year.
住宿与生活费：宿舍保证年限与校外租金
住宿是预算里最容易被低估的一块。教资会资助院校一般只保证非本地生第一年或前两年的宿位，之后要重新申请或者搬到校外。宿舍一年大致一万多到四万港币，按房型和是否含餐不同。校外合租在港岛和九龙市区单间每月五千港币起步，新界会低一些，但要算上通勤时间与交通费。日常餐饮一个月三千到五千港币属于常见区间。宿舍申请通常和入学申请同时开放，宿位按年级、通勤距离和抽签分配，晚交表就只能排队等空位。把这些加进学费，一年的总预算通常在二十万港币上下，医学和商科更高。宿舍事务处官网会公布当年宿费与申请时间，缴费前对一遍。
Accommodation is the line most families underestimate. UGC-funded universities typically guarantee a hall place for the first year or two only, after which students reapply or move off campus. Hall fees run from roughly HK$10,000 to HK$40,000 a year depending on room type and whether meals are included, while a shared flat in Hong Kong Island or Kowloon starts near HK$5,000 a month before transport. Hall applications open alongside admission, places go by year of study, commute and ballot, and late forms land on a waiting list. Add food and daily costs and a full year usually lands around HK$200,000 before the tuition line.
入学奖学金：按成绩自动评审的几档
入学奖学金多数按学术成绩自动评审，不用单独递表。常见档位是全额学费、半额学费和每年几万港币的定额，医学与商科另外设专项奖学金。奖学金名额按学院分配，同一个成绩在不同学院可能拿到不同档位。全额奖通常要求 A-Level 达到 A*A*A 或 IB 四十以上，并且面试表现不拖后腿。续领看大学期间的 GPA，掉到规定线以下会被取消，这一条写在奖学金条款里但很少有人在入学前读。有些奖学金要求参与指定活动或担任学生大使，时间投入要提前算进去。各校奖学金办公室官网有完整条款，申请前把续领条件看清楚。
Most entrance scholarships are assessed automatically on academic results, with no separate form. The usual tiers are full tuition, half tuition and a fixed annual sum of tens of thousands of dollars, and medicine and business run their own named awards. Places are allocated per faculty, so identical grades can attract different tiers depending on where you apply. Renewal depends on maintaining a stated GPA, a condition buried in the terms that few applicants read before enrolment, and some awards carry duties such as student ambassador work.
面试与个人陈述：招生办在看什么
面试不是走过场，医学、法律、商科和双学位项目尤其如此。形式有个人面谈和小组讨论两种，个人面谈通常二十到三十分钟，两到三位老师对一名学生。问题一半围绕专业选择，一半围绕学科本身，比如给你一段材料让你现场分析。小组讨论看的是你能否接住别人的观点，抢话和沉默都扣分。个人陈述一般四百到六百词，写清楚为什么是这个专业、做过什么相关的事、以后想做什么。常见的错误是把它写成简历复述，招生办看过几千份同样的句子。英文不需要华丽，清楚、具体、有细节就够。
Interviews are a real filter for medicine, law, business and joint-degree programmes. Formats run from a twenty to thirty minute panel with two or three academics to a group discussion where picking up another candidate's point scores better than talking over them. The personal statement, usually 400 to 600 words, should answer why this subject, what you have done around it and where it leads; the common mistake is recycling a CV, and plain specific English reads better than polished generalities.
学生签证与资金证明
拿到录取后，学校会发签证担保文件，申请人再向香港入境事务处递交学生签证申请。材料包括录取通知书、财力证明、住宿安排和护照复印件，财力证明要覆盖第一年学费加生活费。处理时间通常四到六周，旺季更久，所以录取一到手就可以开始准备。签证批出后要在规定期限内入境，入境时出示电子签证。到港后三十天内办香港身份证，学校通常安排统一办理。很多学生以为签证是录取之后才要操心的事，实际资金证明的准备期经常比签证审理还长。
Once an offer is accepted, the university issues a visa sponsorship document and the applicant files with the Hong Kong Immigration Department. The pack covers the offer letter, proof of funds for first-year tuition and living costs, accommodation details and a passport copy, and processing normally takes four to six weeks, longer in peak season. Arrive within the stated window, register for a Hong Kong identity card within thirty days, and start assembling the financial evidence early because that step often takes longer than the visa itself.
录取确认与留位费
录取分条件录取和无条件录取两类，条件录取会写明最终成绩和语言要求。接受录取要交留位费，金额从几千到一万多港币不等，多数可以抵第一学期学费，放弃入学则不退。留位费有截止日，逾期视为放弃，补录名额就是这么空出来的。接受之后还要同步申请宿舍、办签证、提交最终成绩单，这几件事各有各的截止日。最终成绩单通常由考试局或学校直接寄到招生办，自己上传的扫描件只作参考。常见的错误是只交钱不交表，学校系统里录取状态没变，宿舍申请也跟着作废。手上有多份录取时，先看清哪一份可以退、哪一份不能退，再决定交哪几笔。
Offers come as conditional or unconditional, and the conditional version names the final grades and language scores required. Accepting means paying a deposit of a few thousand to over ten thousand dollars, usually credited against first-term tuition but forfeited if you withdraw, and the deadline is strict, which is how clearing places appear. Final transcripts normally travel from the awarding body or school straight to the admissions office, and self-uploaded scans are treated as provisional. Accommodation, the visa and the final transcript all run on separate deadlines, so read which deposits are refundable before paying more than one.
