瑞士本科 ETH EPFL UZH 学费 语言 入学要求
瑞士的大学常年在排名榜前列，学费却只有英美的一个零头，这两点让不少家庭把它放进备选名单。真正开始准备，问题会变得很具体：本科用什么语言上课，A-Level 或 IB 够不够，中国普高毕业证能不能直接申请，一年要准备多少钱。这篇按这几个问题拆开讲。数字尽量取自学校官网，政策以当年页面为准。
Swiss universities sit near the top of global rankings while charging a fraction of UK or US tuition, which is why they keep appearing on shortlists. The practical questions arrive fast: which language the lectures are in, whether A-Levels or the IB are enough, and what a year really costs. The figures below come from university fee pages, and where rules change the current page wins.
联邦两校与十所州立大学 / Two federal institutes, ten cantonal universities
瑞士有十二所大学，ETH Zurich 与 EPFL 归联邦政府管，其余十所由各州出资。这十所是苏黎世大学、巴塞尔大学、伯尔尼大学、日内瓦大学、洛桑大学、弗里堡大学、纳沙泰尔大学、卢塞恩大学、圣加仑大学和提契诺大学。经费来源不同，学费标准和招生办公室也不一样。联邦两校的英语授课项目更多，本科阶段仍然以德语或法语为主。州立大学的规模小一些，专业覆盖面更窄，本地学生比例更高。同一个专业在两所学校可能有完全不同的课程顺序，课程手册比排名榜有用。州立大学的课表更依赖大课，联邦两校的习题课与助教辅导更密集。选校时先把这一层看清楚，后面的语言和费用判断会顺很多。
Switzerland has twelve universities: ETH Zurich and EPFL are federally funded, while the other ten, from Zurich and Basel to St Gallen and Ticino, are run by their cantons. Funding shapes both the fee schedule and the admissions office you deal with, and the two federal institutes carry more English-taught programmes. Cantonal universities are smaller, narrower in subject range and heavily local in intake, which changes the classroom experience as much as the paperwork.
三年一百八十学分 / Three years, 180 credits
瑞士的 Bachelor 一般是三年、180 个 ECTS 学分，一年 60 学分。一门课 5 到 10 学分，1 个学分对应大约 25 到 30 小时的学习量，含上课、习题课和自学。三年制把课程排得很满，选修空间很小。不少专业用第一年的考试做筛选，挂科两次就要转专业或退学。很多学生以为三年比英国的四年短，读起来会轻松，实际是把四年的内容压进三年。转学或换专业时，已修学分能不能带走，由接收学校逐门认定。学分还决定续签居留时的在读证明，修得太少会被要求说明原因。每学期的考试窗口集中在一月和六月，补考机会通常只有一次。
A Swiss bachelor's is normally three years and 180 ECTS credits, 60 a year, with modules worth five to ten credits and one credit pegged at 25 to 30 hours of study. The timetable is dense and electives are scarce, and several programmes use first-year exams as a filter, with two failures ending the degree. Students who expect a three-year course to be lighter than a British one usually find the opposite by November.
本科授课语言 / Language of instruction
本科阶段，ETH Zurich 多数专业用德语授课，EPFL 用法语。州立大学跟着所在州走：苏黎世、巴塞尔、伯尔尼用德语，日内瓦、洛桑、纳沙泰尔用法语，提契诺用意大利语。德语项目一般要求 C1，常见凭证是 Goethe-Zertifikat C1、TestDaF 4 或 DSH-2。法语项目要求 B2 到 C1，看学院。英语授课的本科项目数量有限，多在私立院校或个别联合项目里。常见的错误是拿雅思 6.5 去申请德语项目，材料在语言这一关就被退回。语言班不是入学后的补救通道，多数学校要求录取前就达到标准。德语 C1 通常要 800 到 1000 学时，从零开始一般要一年半。
At bachelor level ETH Zurich teaches mostly in German and EPFL in French, and the cantonal universities follow their region, with German in Zurich, Basel and Bern, French in Geneva, Lausanne and Neuchatel, and Italian in Ticino. German-taught degrees usually ask for C1 through Goethe-Zertifikat C1, TestDaF 4 or DSH-2, while French programmes sit between B2 and C1 depending on the faculty. An IELTS score covers neither, and that is where a fair number of applications stop.
学历认定怎么走 / How recognition works
瑞士没有全国统一高考，录取由各校招生办按 swissuniversities 的学历认定框架判断。瑞士高中 Matura 可以直接入学。外国学历要看是否被认定为等同 Matura，看学历层次、科目组合和是否覆盖申请专业的基础学科。swissuniversities 官网有国别对照表，先查表再交申请费，能省下不少来回。认定结果有时是有条件录取，要求补一门数学或第二语言。认定过程本身要四到八周，材料不齐会重新排队。认定结果会写进录取通知，条件没完成就不能注册。同一年级的同学可能因为学制不同被要求多读一个学期。
There is no national entrance exam; each admissions office applies the recognition framework published by swissuniversities, with the Swiss Matura as the benchmark. A foreign certificate is accepted only if it matches in level, subject breadth and coverage of the intended major, and conditional offers often carry a maths or second-language requirement. The country tables on the swissuniversities website are worth reading before paying an application fee, since the check alone takes four to eight weeks.
A-Level 与 IB 申请人 / A-Level and IB applicants
A-Level 申请人一般提交三门 A-Level，科目要和专业对上。申请工程要数学加物理，申请化学要化学，申请医学要生物加化学。部分学校还要一门 AS 或额外语言科目。IB 申请人通常要 32 到 38 分，HL 科目组合同样要对口。数学选 AA 还是 AI，在理工与商科专业上会有区别。很多学生以为分数够了就行，科目组合不对时高分也换不来录取。面试多在二月到四月，问题围绕为什么选这个专业。预估成绩可以用于申请，但最终成绩不达标会被撤回录取。
A-Level candidates normally present three subjects aligned with the degree: maths and physics for engineering, chemistry for chemistry, biology and chemistry for medicine, with some universities adding an AS-level or a language. IB applicants typically need 32 to 38 points and the right higher-level mix, and the choice between Maths AA and AI matters for quantitative degrees. Grades clear the bar, while subject fit and interviews decide the rest.
中国普高毕业生的路径 / Chinese senior high graduates
中国普通高中毕业证加高考成绩，通常不足以直接进入瑞士本科。多数学校要求先在国内大学读完一到两年，或者先读一年预科。评估看的是在读成绩和课程匹配度，不看高考排名。A-Level、IB、AP 体系的学生走国际学历认定这条通道。规则每年微调，申请前查目标学校官网的 China 页面最稳。常见的错误是拿着高考成绩单直接递交，材料退回时已经错过截止日期。预科课程的名额有限，语言要求同样不低。国内大学在读证明要写清课程与学分，盖章件才被接受。
A Chinese senior high diploma plus a gaokao score rarely opens a Swiss bachelor's programme on its own; most universities ask for one to two years of completed study at a recognised Chinese university, or a foundation year. Students in the A-Level, IB or AP systems are assessed as international qualifications instead, and the rules shift slightly each year. Applications built on a bare gaokao transcript tend to be returned after the deadline has passed.
学费的两套价目 / Two tuition tiers
ETH Zurich 官网的价目很清楚：常规学费每学期 730 瑞郎。2025 年秋季学期起，外国学生按三倍收取，每学期 2,190 瑞郎。苏黎世大学每学期 720 瑞郎，本科外国学生加 500 瑞郎附加费，硕士与博士加 100 瑞郎，学期杂费 59 瑞郎。其他州立大学大致落在每学期 700 到 1,500 瑞郎，专业和州之间有差异。按学年算，总学费从一千多到四千多瑞郎。官网每年更新数字，缴费前重看一次。学费不含住宿与保险，杂费每学期另收几十瑞郎。部分州对第二次攻读同学位的学生加收费用。
ETH Zurich publishes a two-tier schedule: CHF 730 per semester at the standard rate and CHF 2,190 for foreign students from autumn 2025. The University of Zurich charges CHF 720 plus a CHF 500 surcharge for foreign bachelor students, CHF 100 at master and doctoral level, and CHF 59 in compulsory semester contributions. Cantonal universities sit between CHF 700 and CHF 1,500 a semester, so a full year runs from roughly CHF 1,400 to CHF 4,400 depending on the canton.
生活费与资金证明 / Living costs and proof of funds
生活费按城市差别很大，苏黎世和日内瓦最贵，伯尔尼和巴塞尔略低。学生宿舍月租 500 到 800 瑞郎，私租单间 900 到 1,500 瑞郎。医疗保险每月 250 到 400 瑞郎，吃饭和交通再加 500 瑞郎左右。全年准备 2.4 万到 3 万瑞郎比较稳妥。学生居留许可要资金证明，州移民局常见的口径是每年约 2.1 万瑞郎，具体看所在州官网。学期内打工每周最多 15 小时，收入有限，别把它算进预算。房租押金通常是三个月租金，入住前一次性付清。学生证能打折，交通月票与博物馆门票都便宜不少。
Living costs swing sharply by city, with Zurich and Geneva at the top and Bern or Basel somewhat lower; a dorm room runs CHF 500 to 800 a month, a private studio CHF 900 to 1,500, health insurance CHF 250 to 400, and food plus transport another CHF 500 or so. Budgeting CHF 24,000 to 30,000 for the year is realistic, and cantonal migration offices usually ask for proof of about CHF 21,000. Work is capped at 15 hours a week in term time, so earnings cannot carry the budget.
申请时间线与材料 / Timeline and documents
苏黎世大学官网给出的本科窗口是 1 月 1 日到 4 月 30 日，对应秋季入学。春季入学是 7 月 1 日到 11 月 30 日，需要签证的申请人截止更早。ETH Zurich 的秋季入学截止日在 4 月 30 日，建议提前两个月递交。材料一般包括成绩单、毕业证、语言证书、护照和动机信。部分专业要作品集或入学考试，建筑与设计类尤其明显。中国学历要学信网报告，公证与认证另算时间。推荐信用英文或德法文，中文材料要附翻译。递交后两周内会收到材料确认，缺件要在一个月内补齐。
The University of Zurich lists 1 January to 30 April for autumn entry and 1 July to 30 November for spring, with earlier cut-offs for applicants who need a visa. ETH Zurich closes autumn applications on 30 April, and filing two months earlier leaves room for credential checks. Documents usually include transcripts, the diploma, a language certificate, a passport and a motivation letter, plus portfolios or entrance exams for architecture and design, and Chinese credentials also need a CHSI report.
名额限制与 EMS / Numerus clausus and the EMS
医学、牙医、兽医和脊医在瑞士全国实行名额限制。申请人要参加每年一次的医学入学测试 EMS，德语区、法语区和意大利语区分别组织。测试考认知能力、科学知识和情境判断，按分数排名录取。高中成绩只作参考，权重很低。2025 年起部分州把名额和未来在本地行医的承诺挂钩，细节各州不同。想读医的学生通常在高中最后一年就开始准备，临时报名往往来不及。EMS 报名在一月，考试在二月，成绩三月公布。没进名额的学生常先去读生物或药学，第二年再考一次。
Medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine and chiropractic are capped nationwide, and applicants sit the annual EMS aptitude test, run separately in the German, French and Italian speaking regions. The test measures cognitive ability, scientific knowledge and situational judgement, and ranking decides admission while school grades count for little. Some cantons have tied places to a commitment to practise locally from 2025, so medical applicants usually start preparing in their final school year.
签证与居留许可 / Visa and residence permit
中国护照持有人要申请 D 类国家签证。材料包括录取通知书、资金证明、保险和住宿证明，在瑞士驻华使领馆递交。审理一般八到十二周，旺季更久。入境后 14 天内到州移民局登记，换取 B 类学生居留证。居留证一年一续，绑定学习目的，转学或换专业要先报批。毕业后有六个月的找工作居留，实习另有规定。签证面试会问到学习计划与资金来源。续签时要提交成绩单，进度太慢会被约谈。
Chinese passport holders need a D visa, filed at a Swiss mission in China with the admission letter, proof of funds, insurance and accommodation. Processing usually takes eight to twelve weeks and longer in peak season, and within 14 days of arrival students register with the cantonal migration office for a B permit. The permit is renewed annually against study progress, is tied to the programme, and a six-month job-search permit follows graduation.
选校时该看什么 / What actually decides the choice
选瑞士的学校，先看专业而不是排名。ETH 与 EPFL 的工程、计算机和物理强，苏黎世大学的医学与生命科学、圣加仑的商科、日内瓦的国际关系各有口碑。再看语言，能不能在两年内把德语或法语推到 C1，是本科能不能读下去的实际门槛。还要看住宿成本和打工机会，苏黎世的房租会吃掉预算的一大块。说实话，瑞士适合目标明确、愿意学当地语言、能接受高生活成本的学生。只想拿一个欧洲学历的人，去瑞士会觉得处处不顺手。开放日与在读学生的说法，比招生简章更能反映真实强度。如果语言还没起步，先读一年语言班再申请，比硬冲更省时间。
Programme fit should drive the choice far more than ranking: ETH and EPFL for engineering, computing and physics, Zurich for medicine and life sciences, St Gallen for business, Geneva for international relations. Language is the second filter, because reaching C1 in German or French within two years is the real bar for finishing the degree. Housing in Zurich can swallow a budget, and the system rewards students who arrive with a clear goal and a willingness to work in the local language.
