转学在英国的本科体系里不是一条标准流水线。同一所学校换专业、换一所学校重读一年级、凭已修学分插读二年级，走的是三条不同的流程，材料清单也不一样。很多学生以为转学只是把成绩单寄过去，实际上招生官先看的是课程结构能不能对上。这篇把文书、学分转换与资金材料拆开讲，按时间顺序排成一套可以直接照着准备的清单。对国际学生来说，转学还会牵动 CAS 与签证，材料准备要留出比新生申请更长的余量。
Transferring between UK universities is not a single process; course changes inside one institution, fresh applications elsewhere and Year 2 entry on the strength of completed credits each run on different paperwork. Admissions teams look at module fit before they look at grades, which is where most applications quietly fail. International applicants also have to plan for a new CAS and a visa timeline longer than a first-year application. This guide sets out the documents, the writing and the money evidence in the order you will actually need them.
一、转学路径：换专业、换学校与插读二年级 / Transfer routes
校内换专业通常走学校的 internal transfer 流程，目标院系看的是先修模块与当年的空位，跨学院换专业往往要重读一年级。换学校则多数要从 UCAS 重新递交申请，已有的在读记录与已取得资格都要如实申报。凭学分插读二年级属于 advanced standing，由院系逐个模块比对，学校之间没有统一标准。很多学生以为只要均分够就能插读，实际上对方看的是你学过的内容与他们二年级模块的重合度。国际学生转学还要换 CAS，签证状态会在新课程开始前重新确认。三条路径的准备材料差别很大，先跟目标院校的 admissions 用邮件确认走哪条，再开始动手。
Internal transfers are decided by the receiving department, which checks prerequisite modules and spare capacity; moving across faculties often means starting again in Year 1. Applicants who change institution normally submit a fresh UCAS application and must declare current study and any qualifications already held, while advanced standing is assessed module by module with no two universities applying the same test. A strong average on its own rarely secures Year 2 entry, because the question is how closely your completed modules match theirs. International students need a new CAS and visa status is confirmed again before the new course starts, so confirm the route in writing with admissions first.
二、重新递交 UCAS 申请：申报在读课程与截止日 / Reapplying through UCAS
用 UCAS 重新递交申请时，系统里会出现已申报资格与在读课程的字段，漏填会在审核阶段被要求补充。转学申请不经过 Clearing，Clearing 是给当年未获录取的学生补位用的。部分院校给转学生设了单独的截止日，早于 UCAS 官网公布的 1 月平等考虑截止日，晚交的申请只在有空位时才被考虑。成绩未出时可以先行递交，后续用 awarding body 的最终成绩更新记录。常见的错误是等到学年结束才动手，那时热门专业的二年级名额已经用完。递交前把目标院校的 transfer policy 页面读一遍，里面写了接受几年级入学与最低均分要求。
Reapplying through UCAS means filling in the declared qualifications and current study fields properly, because omissions are usually queried at the checking stage. Transfer applicants do not go through Clearing, which exists to fill places for students without an offer that year. Several universities set their own transfer deadline earlier than the January equal consideration date published on the UCAS website, and late applications are considered only where places remain. You can submit before final results are issued and update later with the awarding body's confirmed grades, so the real mistake is waiting until the academic year ends.

成绩单要官方版本，附带评分体系说明，百分制与等级制的换算关系写清楚，否则对方无法判断 85 分是什么水平。英国本科按学分计，一年 120 credits，三年荣誉学位 360 credits，转学分时对方会把这套计数与你的学时对应。中国高校的成绩单通常只有课程名与学分，需要另外补课程大纲，说明每周学时、实验时数与考核方式。学生最常把成绩单当成全部材料，其实课程大纲才是判断模块能否对应的依据。翻译件要由学校或认证机构出具，自己翻译的文件多数不被接受。材料按 PDF 分文件命名，文件名写清课程代码与学期，招生官翻起来省时间。
Transcripts must be the official version and should come with a grading scale explanation, since a mark of 85 means little without the band it sits in. UK degrees are counted in credits, with 120 per year and 360 for a three-year honours degree, and that count is what credit transfer is measured against. Chinese transcripts often list only module titles and credit values, so module descriptions have to be supplied separately with weekly contact hours, laboratory time and assessment methods. Students tend to treat the transcript as the whole file, when the module description is what decides whether a module maps across; translations should come from the school or a recognised agency rather than from the applicant.
四、课程描述怎么写：对齐 learning outcomes / Writing module descriptions
每份课程描述写四件事，学习成果、教学内容、学时分配与考核权重，这四项对应对方模块的 learning outcomes。目标院校的 module catalogue 一般公开，把二年级必修模块的学习成果拉出来，逐条对照你学过的内容。重合度低于一半的模块，多数院系不会给学分。实验课与项目课要单独说明，很多英国模块把 practical 与 coursework 算进总评。写描述时用对方课程目录里的动词，analyze、evaluate、design 这类词比笼统的说明更有说服力。这一步最容易花时间，也最影响能插读几年级。
Each module description needs four things: learning outcomes, content covered, hours taught and assessment weighting, because those are the fields a receiving department compares. Module catalogues are usually public, so pull the compulsory Year 2 outcomes and match them line by line against what you have studied. Departments rarely award credit where overlap falls below about half, and practical or project modules need separate explanation since many UK modules fold laboratory work into the overall mark. Use the verbs from their catalogue, such as analyse, evaluate and design, instead of vague equivalents.
五、个人陈述三问：2026 年入学起的写法 / Three personal statement questions
UCAS 从 2026 年入学起把个人陈述改成三个结构化问题，申请人分别回答为什么选这门课、已有学习如何帮助你准备、以及哪些经历与情况值得说明。三个问题各有字数上限，总数与原来的 4000 字符相当，具体字数以 UCAS 官网当年的说明为准。转学生要把已修课程写进第二个问题，说明这些模块怎样构成你申请二年级的基础。第一个问题不要复述学校排名，写你读过的一个具体主题与它引出的疑问。第三个问题适合放工作、照顾家人或健康情况，解释成绩曲线比隐藏更有用。常见的错误是把三段写成同一件事的三种说法，读起来像凑字数。
From 2026 entry UCAS replaced the single personal statement with three structured questions covering why you chose the course, how your learning has prepared you, and what else should be known about your circumstances. Each question has its own character limit and the total is comparable to the previous 4,000 characters, with the exact figures confirmed on the UCAS website. Transfer applicants should use the second answer to show how completed modules build a case for Year 2 entry. Avoid restating rankings in the first answer and instead describe one topic you read and the question it raised, while the third answer is the right place to explain a dip in grades rather than leave it unexplained.
六、转学动机：写离开的理由，不写抱怨 / Explaining the move
解释为什么离开原学校时，写课程结构与资源缺口，不要评价老师或同学。招生官想看的是你对自己学习路径的判断，抱怨会被读成风险。为什么选择这所学校，要落到具体模块、实验室或课程安排，泛泛说声誉好没有信息量。转学文书里可以提一句你已经在原校做过的项目，说明换环境之后想继续做什么。常见的错误是把转学写成逃离，读者看不出你接下来要往哪里走。字数有限时，先删形容词，保留课程代码与模块名。
When explaining why you are leaving, describe gaps in course structure or facilities rather than commenting on staff or classmates. Admissions tutors read a complaint as a risk signal, so frame the move as a judgement about your own learning path. The section on why this university should name specific modules, laboratories or timetabling arrangements, since a general remark about reputation carries no information. Mention a project already completed and what you want to continue with in the new department, and cut adjectives before you cut module codes.
七、推荐信与在读证明：找谁写、提前多久 / References and proof of enrolment
学术推荐人优先选教过你核心模块的老师，头衔不重要，能不能写出具体课堂表现才重要。提前四到六周发邮件，附上成绩单、课程列表、申请方向与截止日期，减少对方来回问的时间。在读学生可以让 personal tutor 出具在读证明与预计成绩，转学申请里这份材料比推荐信更容易被核验。推荐信要提到出勤、作业质量与小组合作，空泛的夸奖没有分量。这一步最容易拖到截止日前一周，联系不上推荐人时，先找院系办公室确认是否有备用流程。提交后一周发一封感谢邮件，后续如果需要补充材料也方便开口。
Choose an academic referee who taught a core module rather than one with a senior title, because specific classroom evidence carries more weight than rank. Email four to six weeks ahead with your transcript, module list, intended course and deadline so the referee does not have to chase you for basics. Students still enrolled can ask a personal tutor for proof of enrolment and predicted grades, which is easier for admissions to verify than a reference alone. Attendance, written work and group contribution are the details worth asking for, and a short follow-up email after submission keeps the channel open if more documents are needed.
八、资金证明：28 天与 31 天规则 / Financial evidence rules
Student route 的资金证明要覆盖学费与生活费，生活费按最多九个月计算，伦敦与非伦敦标准不同。钱要在账户里连续存满 28 天，银行证明的开具日期不能早于申请前 31 天，具体金额与日期规则以 gov.uk 的 Student visa 页面为准。转学生换了课程就要新的 CAS，资金证明的日期要跟着新课程开始日重算。存款在父母名下时，要附出生证明与资助信，写明关系与承担的费用范围。很多学生以为存一天就能开证明，结果流水日期对不上被要求补件。奖学金信、助学贷款批函与赞助信都可以作为资金证据，前提是文件写明金额与期限。
Financial evidence for the Student route has to cover tuition and living costs, with living costs calculated for up to nine months and different rates inside and outside London. The money must sit in the account for 28 consecutive days and the bank document cannot be dated more than 31 days before the application, with current figures on the gov.uk Student visa pages. A transfer means a new CAS, so the evidence window resets against the new course start date. Where funds sit in a parent's account, add a birth certificate and a letter confirming the relationship and the costs covered, and remember that scholarship letters and loan approvals also count if they state amounts and dates.
九、学费身份与 previous study：贷款还剩几年 / Fee status and previous study
学费按 home 与 overseas 两档收取，身份判定看国籍、居住年限与移民身份，转学本身不改变这个判定。在英格兰读过的学年会进入 Student Loans Company 的 previous study 计算，转学可能用掉一年的贷款额度。已经完成过一个同等学历的学生，通常不再具备同级别课程的资助资格，例外情况写在 gov.uk 的学生财务页面。转学之前先算清楚剩余年限，别等到注册后才发现最后一年没有贷款。很多学生以为转学等于重新开始，实际上资助记录是连续的。需要确认时，直接向 SLC 提交 previous study 查询，拿书面答复再决定。
Tuition is charged at home or overseas rates according to nationality, residency and immigration status, and transferring does not change that classification on its own. Years already studied in England feed into the Student Loans Company previous study calculation, so a transfer can consume one year of loan entitlement. 预算表先列固定支出，学费、住宿押金、签证申请费与移民健康附加费都属于开学前必须付清的项目。住宿合同按 44 周或 51 周签，暑假不续租时要预留搬家与短租成本。生活费按城市分档，伦敦与非伦敦的差距在住宿上最明显，交通与餐饮的差距小一些。三年现金流比单年预算更有用，第二年与第三年的学费通常按当年费率调整。错得最多的是只算学费，签证、保险、机票与教材加起来是四位数英镑的开支。表格里给每一项写上调幅度，通胀年份才不会被数字打个措手不及。
Start the budget with fixed costs: tuition, the accommodation deposit, the visa application fee and the immigration health surcharge all fall due before teaching begins. Accommodation contracts usually run for 44 or 51 weeks, so a summer move needs its own line for storage and short lets. Living costs differ mainly through rent, with the London and non-London gap narrower on transport and food. A three-year cash flow beats a single-year budget because fees in later years follow that year's rate, and the common failure is counting tuition only when visas, insurance, flights and books add four figures.
十一、奖学金与困难基金：转学生能申请什么 / Scholarships and hardship funds
转学生可以申请院校的国际学生奖学金与院系 bursary，评审通常按入学年份而不是原学校年份。hardship fund 面向已经注册、遇到突发困难的学生，转学生第一学期就可以申请，需要提供支出证明。申请材料与入学申请分开，文书要单独写，不要直接复制个人陈述。截止日期分散在学院站点，很多项目没有统一入口，需要逐个页面查。说实话，最容易漏掉的是院系自己发的小额资助，金额不大但竞争也小。拿到 offer 之后先问 admissions 有没有转学生专属的资助清单。

Hardship funds are for students already registered who meet sudden costs, and a transfer student can apply in the first term with evidence of expenditure. Deadlines are scattered across faculty sites with no central listing, and the small departmental awards are the ones most often missed because few applicants bother to look.
十二、工具包与八周时间线：文件夹怎么建 / Toolkit and timeline
工具包按六个文件夹建，成绩单、课程描述、文书、推荐信、资金证明与签证材料各放一处，文件名用课程代码加学期。时间线从截止日往前推八周，第一周确认路径与名额，第二到四周补齐课程描述，第五周定稿文书，第六周催推荐信，第七周整理资金流水。递交后每周查一次邮箱与申请门户，补件通知往往只给几天时间。转学生的名额确认要早于文书定稿，没有空位的专业写得再好也没用。这一步最容易在截止日前崩，提前把 PDF 合并好，上传时只改文件名不改内容。
Build the toolkit as six folders: transcript, module descriptions, statement, references, financial evidence and visa documents, named with module codes and terms. Work backwards eight weeks from the deadline, confirming the route and available places first, then gathering module descriptions, drafting the statement, chasing references and assembling bank statements. Check the applicant portal and email weekly after submission, because requests for extra documents often carry only a few days to respond. Confirm that a place exists before polishing the statement, and merge the PDFs in advance so uploads involve renaming rather than rewriting.
