英国留学行前 签证 eVisa 资金 行李 入学
拿到录取通知书只是起点，真正让人手忙脚乱的是出发前那几个月。签证、资金、住宿、行李、注册，每一件都有自己的时间窗口，错过一个往往要用几周去补。这篇文章按实际办理的顺序把流程串起来，数字都能在 gov.uk 的对应页面查到。文中提到的日期和金额以 2026 年的官方口径为准，政策随时可能调整，出发前再核一遍当页正文。写给第一次独自出国的学生，也写给替孩子操心的家长。
An offer is only the starting line, and the months before departure are where most of the real work sits. Visa, money, accommodation, luggage and enrolment each carry their own deadline, and missing one usually costs weeks rather than days. The figures below follow the official gov.uk pages as they stood in 2026, so check the same page again before you submit anything.
签证与 eVisa 的先后顺序
行前准备最容易排错顺序的地方，是先把机票和宿舍定下来，签证反而拖到最后。学生签证在境外最早只能在课程开始前六个月递交，境外审理通常三周，境内延期或转换是八周。很多学生以为拿到 CAS 就万事大吉，其实 CAS 上的课程起止日期、学费金额和担保方信息都会进入签证系统。递交前把护照有效期核一遍，剩下不足两年的先去换新。签证费目前是 558 英镑，2026 年 4 月 8 日起由 524 英镑调整到这个数。获批后身份以 eVisa 形式存在，实体文件不再是凭证。gov.uk 的 student visa 页面把这条写得很直白，边境核验看的是系统里的记录。
Most students book flights and accommodation first and leave the visa until the end, which is the wrong order; the Student route opens six months before the course begins and standard overseas decisions usually arrive within three weeks. A CAS is not a visa, and every date, fee figure and sponsor detail on it ends up in the immigration record that border officers read. The application fee has been 558 pounds since 8 April 2026, and the permission itself now lives as an eVisa entry rather than a physical sticker.
申请窗口与可以入境的时间
签证起止日期决定了你什么时候能登机，这一点常被忽略。课程超过六个月的学生，最多只能在开课前一个月入境；课程六个月或更短的，最多提前一周。早到几天住酒店，海关问起来要有说法，稳妥的做法是按签证起始日订机票。境外申请最早提前六个月，但递交太早会卡在资金证明的时效上。资金证明的日期必须落在递交前三十一天之内，存款则要先连续存满二十八天。两个窗口叠在一起，实际最舒服的递交点在开课前三个月左右。官网的 student visa 页面把这三条时间线分开写，混着记最容易出错。
Your visa start date, not your offer letter, decides when you can board a plane; students on courses longer than six months may enter up to one month early, while shorter courses allow only one week. Arriving ahead of that date means explaining yourself at the border, so book the flight against the visa rather than the other way round. Applying six months ahead is legal but usually premature, because the financial evidence must be dated within 31 days of submission while the money has to have sat in the account for 28 consecutive days, and both clocks have to be running at the same time.
资金证明的二十八天与三十一天
生活费标准按地区分两档，伦敦内每月 1529 英镑，伦敦外每月 1171 英镑，最多按九个月计算。学费按 CAS 上第一学年的金额算，课程不满一年就按实际长度。两项相加就是需要证明的总额，很多学生以为只要卡里有一笔大钱就够了，实际看的是这笔钱在账户里停留的时间。二十八天是连续持有，中间取出一天就要重新计算。证明文件的出具日期不能早于递交前三十一天，过期一天就得重新开。可接受的材料包括银行流水、存折、存款证明书和银行证明信，透支额度、加密货币、股票基金和养老金都不算。中国护照申请人在差异化证据要求名单内，递交时可以不带资金文件，但审理中随时可能被要求补交。
Living costs are set at 1529 pounds a month inside London and 1171 pounds outside, capped at nine months, with tuition taken from the first year on the CAS. The two figures are added together, and what matters is not the balance but how long it has been sitting there; break the 28-day run for a single day and the clock restarts. Bank statements, passbook entries and a bank letter all work, while overdrafts, crypto, shares and pension pots do not, and Chinese applicants on the differentiated evidence list may submit without the paperwork yet still be asked for it later in the process.
医疗附加费与落地后的就医
医疗附加费在在线申请里一起缴纳，金额按签证时长计算，交完才能进入下一步。签证生效那天起就可以使用 NHS 的公立医疗服务，看全科医生不额外收费。处方药、牙科、验光和辅助生殖不在免费范围内，英格兰的处方单每项要单独付费。很多学生以为交了附加费就什么都能报，到了牙疼的时候才发现账单要自己付。落地后尽快注册住所附近的 GP，注册需要地址证明和身份材料。eVisa 的共享码可以用来向诊所证明身份，不用再带实体卡。学校的新生周通常安排集中注册，错过就要自己去诊所排队。
The immigration health surcharge is paid inside the online application and scales with the length of the visa, and it has to clear before the form moves on. From the day the permission starts you can use NHS primary care at no charge, though prescriptions, dentistry, eye tests and fertility treatment stay outside the free envelope, and a dentist bill in England is real money. Register with a GP near your address as soon as you arrive, using a share code from your UKVI account instead of a physical card.
CAS 与录取材料要逐字核对
CAS 是一串编号，也是一份承诺，学校把课程、学费和你的个人信息报给内政部。收到 CAS 草稿先逐字核对，姓名拼写、护照号、课程起止日期、学费金额任何一项错了都要让学校改。改一份 CAS 通常要几天，赶在递交前发现能省掉一次拒签。录取通知书上的条件如果还没满足，CAS 就发不出来，语言班和预科的学生尤其容易卡在这里。很多学生以为无条件录取就等于 CAS，其实学校还要走内部审批。押金交完记得留凭证，退费条款写在合同里，和 CAS 是两件事。材料齐了再递交，补件会拖慢整体节奏。
A CAS is a number and a promise, because the sponsor reports your course, fees and personal details to the Home Office, so read the draft line by line before you accept it. A misspelt name or a wrong course date costs days to correct and can turn into a refusal if it surfaces after submission. Unconditional offers still need internal sign-off before a CAS is issued, and deposit receipts belong with your accommodation contract rather than the visa file.
住宿合同、押金与钥匙
学生宿舍的合同通常在春天就要签，热门城市的位置在放榜后两周内会被抢完。签之前看清租期起止、押金金额、退订条款和账单是否包含水电。私人租房的押金要放进政府认可的押金保护计划，房东必须在三十天内提供证明。很多学生以为交了押金就锁定了房间，其实合同没签之前房东可以继续带人看房。到达前确认钥匙领取方式，周末抵达的要注意办公室不开门。宿舍前台通常会代收快递，私人租房没有人帮你签收。地址确定后记得同步给银行和学校，签证系统里的地址也可以更新。
Halls contracts open in spring and the good ones go within a fortnight of results day, so read the tenancy dates, deposit, cancellation clause and whether bills are included before signing. A private landlord must protect your deposit in a government-approved scheme and give you the paperwork within 30 days. Confirm how you collect the keys before you fly, because offices close at weekends and nobody signs for parcels in a private flat.
eVisa 账户、共享码与护照关联
eVisa 存在 UKVI 账户里，创建账户和查看状态都不收费。出行前把当前护照关联到账户，换过护照的要提前更新，否则登机牌和签证记录对不上。账户可以生成一次性共享码，发给雇主、房东或学校做核验。共享码有有效期，过期重新生成一个就行，不要把截图长期存在手机里。很多学生以为签证获批就自动有了账户，其实要自己去建，邮件里的邀请链接有时会进垃圾箱。旧版贴纸在有效期内仍然有效，但新申请一律走数字记录。出发前在机场柜台被要求出示时，账户的登录密码要记得住。
Your eVisa sits in a UKVI account that costs nothing to create, and the passport you travel on has to be linked to it before you fly. A share code is a one-off string you hand to a landlord, employer or university, and it expires, so generate a fresh one each time rather than keeping a screenshot on your phone. Old vignettes remain valid until they run out, but every new application produces a digital record instead.
降落之后的口岸核验
落地后的第一道关卡是边境检查，非欧盟国籍通常会被问来英目的和就读学校。指纹可能与 eVisa 里的记录比对，护照没有关联账户的话可能被带到一边核实。回答要短，学校名称、课程名称和住址提前背熟。被拒绝入境会收到书面说明，通常要求立即离境，这种情况多半源于签证状态与陈述不一致。很多学生以为带着录取通知书就够，其实官员看的是系统里的许可。排队时间在开学季可能超过一小时，转机的要留足衔接时间。行李提取之后再过海关，红色通道是给需要申报的人走的。
Border control is the first real test, and non-EU nationals are routinely asked why they are here and where they will study. Fingerprints may be checked against the eVisa record, and a passport that is not linked to a UKVI account can mean a long wait at secondary inspection. Keep answers short, know your course and address by heart, and allow well over an hour for queues in September.
行李重量与入境免税额
托运行李的重量限制各家航空不同，超重费按公斤计算，比提前买额度贵得多。随身行李的液体单件不超过一百毫升，按容器容量算，半瓶也算一整瓶。免税额里酒类按类别分算，啤酒和苹果酒四十二升，葡萄酒十八升，烈酒四升。烟草只能五选一，二百支香烟或者一百支小雪茄或者五十支雪茄。其他物品的免税额度是三百九十英镑，超出的部分按整类计税而不是只算超出金额。肉奶制品从多数国家禁止带入，鱼每人二十公斤。现金一万英镑或等值要申报，漏报可能被扣留并罚款。
Checked baggage limits vary by airline and excess weight is charged per kilo, so buy the allowance in advance. Liquids in hand luggage must be in containers of 100 millilitres or less, counted by container rather than by content, and the duty-free allowance splits by category with 42 litres of beer, 18 litres of wine and 4 litres of spirits. The other-goods allowance is 390 pounds, meat and dairy from most countries are banned outright, and 10,000 pounds or more in cash has to be declared on arrival.
处方药与随身液体的边界
处方药随身携带要带医生证明信，写清姓名、往返日期、药名、数量、剂量和开药人签名。随身的量最多三个月，超过三个月的部分落地后重新开方。含管制成分的药品必须放在随身行李里，不能托运。需要特别许可的品种要先联系内政部的相关部门，申根国家的证明信不被接受。很多学生以为把药装进分装盒更方便，结果在检查时说不清成分。糖尿病的胰岛素和注射器可以带，冷藏要求提前和航空公司确认。常见的错误是把所有药都塞进托运箱，落地发现行李延误就没有药可吃。
Carry a doctor letter listing your name, travel dates, medicine names, quantities, doses and the prescriber signature, and keep no more than three months of supply in your hand luggage. Controlled drugs must stay with you rather than in the hold, and anything requiring a special licence has to be cleared with the Home Office before departure. Splitting tablets into an unlabelled pill organiser is the classic way to turn a routine check into a long conversation.
落地第一周的银行、手机与交通
落地后的前七天决定了很多事情的顺畅程度。手机卡在机场和市区都能买，月付套餐比预付便宜，合约机需要信用记录，新生一般办不下来。银行开户要预约，材料是护照、eVisa 共享码和地址证明，学生账户通常免月费。宿舍的账单确认信可以做地址证明，私人租房要等合同生效。交通卡在伦敦用 oyster 或者直接刷银行卡，学生折扣要单独申请。超市的会员价比标价低不少，注册只要几分钟。很多学生以为开户当天就能拿到卡，实际卡和密码分两封信寄到，要等一周。
The first week sets the tone, since a pay-as-you-go SIM is cheap and needs no credit history while a contract phone will not be approved without one. Opening a bank account takes an appointment and three documents, namely your passport, a share code and proof of address, and the card plus PIN arrive separately by post about a week later. In London a contactless bank card works on the tube, though the student discount has to be applied for separately.
新生周注册与 GP 登记
新生周的注册分两块，学校注册和课程注册，两块都完成才算正式入学。学校注册要带护照和 eVisa 共享码，课程注册会核对选课和学费缴纳状态。注册当天领学生证，图书馆和考试都要用。GP 注册可以线上填表，地址在学校附近的选择更多，开学季排队时间会变长。警察局登记的要求近年已经取消，以学校国际办公室的通知为准。银行、手机、交通、医疗这四件事在第一周办完，后面就能安心上课。常见的错误是把宿舍地址和家庭地址写反，导致信件全部退回。
Enrolment comes in two parts, university and course, and only both together make you a registered student, so bring your passport and a share code. Your student card is issued on the day and is needed for the library and every exam. GP registration can be done online, police registration is no longer required for most students, and getting banking, mobile, transport and health sorted in week one leaves the rest of term free.
