Do not trespass, do not photograph children, do not attempt to interview pupils, and do not put yourself at physical risk. Ofsted's team works from a written record. A short, structured, factual narrative beats a long emotional account. Use the following architecture and keep it under two pages if possible.

Low-quality intelligence is retained and may be combined with later reports.
