UKVI英语SELT 指定考点 两年有效期 核验
办英国签证或入籍时用到的英语成绩，判定标准不在分数高低，而在考试本身合不合规。英国内政部的规则写得很直白：成绩要被承认，考试必须在官方批准名单上，必须在官方批准的考点完成，必须在申请日前两年内取得。三条里缺一条，成绩单再好看也用不上。这篇把名单怎么查、英国境内和境外为什么是两套名单、同品牌考试的版本差别、考完那个参考号的用途，按顺序讲清楚。
For UK visa and nationality applications, an English result is judged on how the test was taken, not only on the score. UK Visas and Immigration sets three conditions that must all be met: the test must appear on the approved list, it must have been sat at an approved test location, and it must have been awarded within two years before the application date. Miss any one of them and the certificate is worth nothing, however high the band. This article covers where the approved lists live, why the in-UK and outside-UK lists differ, how two products from the same brand diverge, and what the SELT reference number is actually for.
SELT 与普通英语考试的分界
签证用的英语考试有独立名称：SELT，安全英语语言测试。它和大学申请里常见的雅思、PTE 不是同一条通道。学校招生办认哪一份成绩，由学校自己决定；移民局认哪一份，只看内政部公布的批准名单，也就是 gov.uk 上那篇 SELT 指南的当前版本，页面标注的更新时间是 2026 年 10 月 12 日。同一个品牌底下常常摆着普通版和 UKVI 版两个产品，报错版本等于白考一场。很多学生以为雅思考到 6.0 就万事俱备，实际上真正决定成败的是考试名称里有没有 UKVI 字样，以及那场考试在哪个场地完成。
A Secure English Language Test sits in a different lane from the exams universities accept for admission. Admissions offices decide which scores they will take; the immigration service decides which scores it will take, and for that it relies only on the approved lists published on gov.uk, on the guidance page last updated on 12 October 2026. Most test brands sell two products side by side: a general version and a UKVI version. Booking the wrong one wastes the fee and the day. Students often assume a decent IELTS band settles the matter, when the real questions are whether UKVI appears in the test name and where the test was actually sat.
三条硬条件：考试名单、考点名单、两年时效
内政部对成绩的接受条件只有三条，每一条都能单独否掉一份成绩单。考试必须在批准名单上，考点必须在批准名单上，成绩必须在申请日往前推算两年内取得。考点审批落到场地一级，而不是品牌一级：同一家考试机构在同一个城市可能开两三个考场，只有被写进名单的那个才算。常见的错误是学生在机构官网上随手挑了离家最近的考场，而那处场地并不在批准名单里，考完才发现这份成绩不能用于签证。
Immigration rules accept a result only when three conditions hold at once. The test itself must be on the approved list of English language tests, the location where it was sat must be on the approved test centre list, and the award date must fall inside the two years before the application. Approval applies to the individual venue, not to the brand. A provider may run several rooms in one city and only one of them may be listed. A frequent mistake is picking the nearest venue from a provider booking page and later discovering that this particular site was never approved, which makes the certificate unusable for a visa.
英国境内与境外是两份独立名单
gov.uk 把批准机构分成两组。在英国境内考试，可选机构是 Trinity College London、IELTS SELT Consortium、LANGUAGECERT、Pearson 四家。在英国境外考试，名单换成 PSI Services (UK) Ltd、IELTS SELT Consortium、LANGUAGECERT、Pearson。Trinity 的 ISE 与 GESE 只能在英国境内考，PSI 的 Skills for English UKVI 只在境外提供，两者没有交集。人已经在英国，却按照境外名单去报名，成绩不会被接受；反过来也一样。名单本身也在动，2026 年 9 月到 10 月间，官方先后在 9 月 25 日、10 月 5 日、10 月 12 日更新过考点名单。
Two separate provider groups exist. Tests taken inside the UK may only come from Trinity College London, the IELTS SELT Consortium, LANGUAGECERT or Pearson. Tests taken outside the UK may only come from PSI Services (UK) Ltd, the IELTS SELT Consortium, LANGUAGECERT or Pearson. Trinity ISE and GESE are bookable in the UK only, while PSI Skills for English UKVI is offered overseas only, so the two sets never meet. A candidate in Britain who books from the overseas list, or the reverse, ends up with a result that carries no weight at all. The lists also move: updates were published on 25 September, 5 October and 12 October 2026 alone.
同名不同命：普通版与 UKVI 版的差别
品牌相同不代表版本相同，官方批准的考试名称可以逐个查到。IELTS SELT Consortium 名下是 IELTS for UKVI 与 IELTS Life Skills；Pearson 名下是 PTE Academic UKVI 与 PTE Home；LANGUAGECERT 名下是 International ESOL SELT、Academic SELT、General SELT；PSI 名下是 Skills for English UKVI；Trinity 名下是 Integrated Skills in English 与 Graded Examinations in Spoken English。普通雅思、普通 PTE Academic 可以用于学校录取，但不能单独当作签证需要的 SELT。很多学生以为都是雅思，成绩单长得也像，差别其实落在 UKVI 标识和考场资质这两处。
Same brand, different product. The approved names are listed one by one in the guidance. Under the IELTS SELT Consortium they are IELTS for UKVI and IELTS Life Skills; under Pearson they are PTE Academic UKVI and PTE Home; LANGUAGECERT offers International ESOL SELT, Academic SELT and General SELT; PSI offers Skills for English UKVI; Trinity offers Integrated Skills in English and Graded Examinations in Spoken English. Standard IELTS and standard PTE Academic remain perfectly good for university admission, yet neither counts as a SELT on its own. The visible difference is the UKVI label and the status of the venue.
2025 年 7 月 6 日 LANGUAGECERT 更换考试名称
LANGUAGECERT 的产品在 2025 年 7 月 6 日调整过：原来的 ESOL SELT 四技能考试，由 LANGUAGECERT Academic SELT 与 LANGUAGECERT General SELT 取代。gov.uk 在 2026 年 3 月 11 日的更新说明里专门记录了这次变动。手里已经有旧版 ESOL SELT 四技能成绩的人不必重考，那份结果按原来的规则保留两年有效。准备新报名的人要按新名称去选，机构网站上如果还挂着旧名称，多半是页面没跟上，付款前用官方指南里的名称核对一遍更稳妥。
LANGUAGECERT reshaped its SELT range on 6 July 2025. The former ESOL SELT four-skills test gave way to two replacements, LANGUAGECERT Academic SELT and LANGUAGECERT General SELT, and the official guidance recorded the change on 11 March 2026. Anyone already holding an ESOL SELT four-skills result keeps it: that award stays valid for its full two years. New candidates should book under the new names instead of the retired one. Where a provider page still advertises the old title, the page has simply not caught up, so it pays to check the name against the official guidance before paying.
四项技能分数必须出自同一场考试
阅读、写作、口语、听力四项要在同一次组合评定里全部达到要求。规则的原话大意是：当一项考试的两个或以上部分是一起考、一起评的，就必须在同一考试机构的那次组合评定中达到所有相关部分的要求。换成普通话就是，两场考试拼分数行不通，两个机构凑分数也行不通。真挂了一门单项怎么办？部分机构允许重考该单项，能不能重考、间隔多久，要看机构自己的条款。很多学生以为总分够了就行，实际上 B2 这类要求是每个单项都要过线。
Reading, writing, speaking and listening all have to clear the bar inside one combined assessment. The rule states that where two or more components are examined and awarded together, the required scores must all come from that same assessment with the same provider. Splicing results from two sittings does not work, and neither does mixing two providers. What happens after a single failed component depends on the provider: some allow that component to be retaken, under their own conditions and waiting periods. Students often assume an overall score is what matters, when requirements such as B2 apply to every skill separately.
结果核验靠 SELT 唯一参考号
考完之后会拿到一个 SELT 唯一参考号，递交申请时要填这个号，漏填可能导致直接拒签。号码在成绩单上的叫法随机构而变：Trinity 是 UER，IELTS SELT Consortium 是 UKVI number，LANGUAGECERT 是 Candidate URN，Pearson 是 SELTURN，PSI 是 URN。申请时不需要提交任何证明材料，内政部用各机构的在线核验系统，凭这个号码查成绩。在英国境内考的成绩，可以用于英国境内和境外的申请；在境外考的成绩，也可以用于在英国递交的申请。成绩是真是假、考点合不合规，都会在核验这一步露出来。
Every candidate receives a SELT unique reference number, and that number has to appear in the application. Leaving it out can lead to a refusal. Its label varies by provider: UER for Trinity College London, UKVI number for the IELTS SELT Consortium, Candidate URN for LANGUAGECERT, SELTURN for Pearson and URN for PSI Skills for English. No supporting documents need to be uploaded, because the Home Office checks results online through each provider verification system. A test sat in the UK can support applications both inside and outside the country, and an overseas test can support an application made in the UK. Verification is also where a forged or unapproved result surfaces.
学位课程可以不走 SELT
学生签证有两条入口。学位级别及以上的课程要求达到 CEFR B2，低于学位级别的课程，比如本科预科、学前语言班，要求 B1。如果读的是学位级别及以上课程，并且由高等教育机构担保，学校可以自行评估英语水平，可能让你考学校内部的测试，难度仍要对齐 B2。除此之外还有几条免考路径：在英国学校取得的 GCSE 或 A level 等资格、英国院校的学位、在境外全英文授课取得的学位，都可以用来证明英语水平，境外学位需要先做 Ecctis 认证。很多学生以为学校说免雅思，签证那边就不用管了，实际要看课程层级和担保方身份。
The Student route has two doors. Courses at degree level or above require English at CEFR B2, while courses below degree level, such as foundation years and pre-sessional English, require B1. Where a candidate is studying at degree level or above with a Higher Education Provider as sponsor, that provider may assess the level itself and may set its own test, provided the standard still matches B2. Other routes to proof include a UK school qualification such as a GCSE or A level, a degree from a UK institution, or a degree taught in English outside the UK. A university saying it does not need a test does not automatically settle the visa side.
考试当天必须携带原件证件
考试当天要带有效证件的原件，复印件不作数。身份也可以通过 eVisa 在线核查，不必出示实体文件。紧急旅行证件不被接受为身份证明。证件上的名字必须与你本人一致。护照正押在内政部手里、手上又没有其他有效证件的人，需要先联系内政部把护照取回来。姓名或性别有过变动、不希望考点工作人员看到旧信息的，报名之前先发邮件给内政部的专门邮箱，按回复的步骤处理。身份核查这一关过不了，当天会直接失去考试资格。
Original identity documents must be brought on the day. Copies are not accepted. Identity can also be confirmed through an eVisa, so a physical document is not always required. Emergency travel documents are explicitly refused as proof of identity, and the name on the document must match the candidate. Anyone whose passport is held by the Home Office and who has no other valid document should ask for it back first. Candidates with a previous name or gender that they do not want shown to test centre staff or printed on the result should email the Home Office before booking and follow the instructions given. Failing identity checks means losing the test slot on the spot.
报名渠道与考点开放确认
报名走机构官网。正常情况下，报名后 28 天内应该能排到考试，但考场不一定在附近：所在国家如果没有批准考点，只能去别的国家考。经由第三方代报名，要核实两件事，一是对方是否获得机构官方认可，二是报价是否等于或低于机构官网的价格。内政部提醒过，有第三方声称与官方合作而实际没有。考场当天是否开放，以机构官网为准，有疑问问机构，不要直接联系考场。考点名单在 2026 年 10 月 9 日重新发布过一版，报名前打开最新版本对照城市最省事。
Book through the provider own website. Test dates should normally be available within 28 days of booking, though not necessarily at the nearest venue; where a country has no approved location, candidates have to travel abroad to sit the test. If a third party handles the booking, check two things: that the company is officially recognised by the provider, and that its fee is the same as or lower than the price on the provider website. The Home Office has warned that some intermediaries falsely claim official partnership. Whether a centre is open should be confirmed through the provider rather than by contacting the centre itself. The centre lists were reissued on 9 October 2026, so comparing against the newest file before booking is the simplest safeguard.
最常见的几类报名错误
把最容易踩的几条放在一起：报了普通雅思却要拿去做签证材料；在机构官网选了不在批准名单里的考场；成绩拿到手超过两年才递交申请；四项分数来自两场不同的考试；申请表里漏填参考号。这些问题的共同点是都要等到申请审核阶段才被发现，补考、改期、重新递交的成本远高于报名前多花十分钟核对。报名之前打开 gov.uk 的两份考点名单，确认城市和考场在列，再确认考试名称带 UKVI 或 SELT 字样，最后算一下成绩取得日期与预计递交日期之间的间隔，这两步核对能挡掉绝大多数麻烦。
These are the mistakes that show up again and again: booking standard IELTS for a visa file; choosing a venue from a provider page that is missing from the approved list; applying more than two years after the award; stitching four skills together from two sittings; and leaving the reference number out of the form. All of them surface late, at the caseworking stage, when a retake or a fresh application costs far more than ten minutes of checking beforehand. Open the two approved centre lists on gov.uk, confirm the city and the venue, confirm that UKVI or SELT appears in the test name, then count the gap between the award date and the intended application date.
