雅思考试当天能带进考场的物品，官方清单短得让人意外：一瓶撕掉标签的饮用水、报名时用的那本身份证件，以及经监考人员批准的必需药品。除此之外，手机、手表、背包、笔记、自己的笔全部留在考场外的存放区。很多学生以为带支荧光笔进去没关系，等到检录被要求扔掉，才发现连笔袋也进不去。下面按官方口径逐条拆开，讲清楚哪些能带、哪些必须留在外面、违规要付什么代价。
What you may take into an IELTS test room is a very short list: a bottle of water with the label removed, the same ID document you booked with, and medication you genuinely need once a supervisor has approved it. Everything else, from phones and watches to bags, notes and your own pens, stays in the storage area outside the room. This article works through the official rules item by item, so that nothing in your bag turns into a problem at the registration desk.
考场里只允许三样东西
雅思考试中文官网在当日流程里写得很直接：除一瓶除去标签的饮用水及个人必需的药品外，考生的其它物品不允许带进考场。这句话把答案压缩成三样，证件、水、经批准的药品。考场桌面上能保留的也只有两样，身份证件和那瓶水。很多学生以为准考证要一直摆在桌上，实际上它只在候考和检录时用，进教室前就会被收走。自己的笔、橡皮、纸巾、糖果、复习卡片，一律没有商量空间。机考考点提供的纸笔属于考场设备，做完本科监考会收回，不能带走。
Official test-day guidance on the IELTS website is blunt: apart from one bottle of water with the label removed and any personal medication you genuinely need, no other items may be taken into the test room; your desk may hold only your ID document and that bottle. Your confirmation printout is used in the waiting area and at the registration desk rather than on your desk, and it is collected before you enter. Pens, erasers, tissues, sweets and revision cards have no place in the room, while paper and pen issued for a computer-delivered test stay in the room and are collected by the supervisor.
证件必须与报名时用的那本一致
官方要求考生携带与报名时完全一致、且在有效期内的身份证件原件。中国大陆考生通常用居民身份证，用护照报名的就必须带护照。常见的错误是临时换证件，报名时用护照、考试当天只带身份证，工作人员无法核对，人也进不了考场。证件过期同样不行，复印件、手机里的证件照片都不被接受。机考考生需要把证件一直放在桌上备查。口试时证件还会再核验一次，考官看的是同一本。
You must bring the original, valid identification document you used when you booked the test; in mainland China that is usually the resident ID card, while candidates who booked with a passport have to bring the passport. Turning up with a different document is treated as having no acceptable ID at all, and copies, expired cards or a photo stored on your phone will not be accepted. The same document is checked again by the examiner on the speaking day, and in a computer-delivered test it stays on your desk throughout.
水瓶为什么要透明、还要撕掉标签
允许带进考场的水必须是透明瓶身，而且要把包装标签撕干净。这条规定的道理不复杂，带字的东西在考场里就是潜在的夹带工具，标签上的小字可以写公式，也可以当备忘。监考人员检录时看一眼瓶子就能判断，不透明的水壶、保温杯、带吸管的儿童杯都不合格。很多学生以为撕掉一半也算处理过，检录时照样被要求丢掉。饮料、咖啡、茶、牛奶都算食物饮料，只能留在外面。瓶子放在地上或桌边，别压在键盘和答题卡上方。
Water is allowed only in a clear, see-through bottle, and every label must be peeled off before you go in; anything printed on a bottle counts as potential written material in a room where written material is banned. Opaque flasks, insulated cups and straw cups fail the same check, and a half-removed sticker still fails it. Juice, coffee, tea and milk count as food and drink, which may not be taken into the test room at all.
必需药品怎么带进去
个人必需的药品可以带进考场，前提是经过监考人员批准，并放在桌上由他们确认。考生须知的官方口径是，药品随身携带并向监考说明用途即可，慢性病考生的常用药通常能直接带入。如果考试当天要佩戴或使用医疗器械与材料，比如助听器、人工耳蜗、胰岛素泵、轮椅、拐杖、靠垫或石膏，必须在考试日期前至少三个月联系英国文化教育协会提交申请，并附两年内三级甲等医院出具的诊断证明。官方明确要求先拿到确认通知再报名付费，没按指引报备的考生可能被拒绝入场。这条规则不是为难人，而是给考点留出核实与安排的时间。
Medication you genuinely need may be taken into the room, but a supervisor has to approve it and see it on your desk; regular prescriptions for a long-term condition are normally fine. Medical devices and materials such as hearing aids, cochlear implants, insulin pumps, wheelchairs, crutches, cushions and plaster casts must be declared to the British Council at least three months before the test date, with a diagnosis issued by a top-tier hospital within the previous two years. Approval has to be confirmed before you book and pay, and turning up without it can mean being refused entry on the day.
机考发纸笔，纸笔考试用黑色圆珠笔
文具这件事，机考和纸笔考试的口径不一样。机考考生的桌面由考点提供纸和笔，电脑登录单本身可以当草稿纸，每科结束监考会收回。纸笔考生按 IDP 官网的说明，答题卡自 2025 年 5 月 1 日起必须用黑色圆珠笔填写，考点一般也会提供文具。所以不必把自己习惯的笔带进考场，带了也进不去。有考生想带高光笔划重点，规则上同样不允许。所有纸张都不能带出考场，用完留在桌上，由监考处理。
Stationery rules differ between the two test modes: in a computer-delivered test the centre provides paper and a pen, and the login sheet doubles as rough paper until it is collected at the end of each section, while paper-based answer sheets have had to be completed in black ballpoint pen since 1 May 2025. There is no need to bring your own writing equipment, and highlighters or marker pens are not allowed in the room either. No paper, used or blank, may leave the test room.
手表和电子设备一律关机存放

Watches of any kind are not allowed in the test room, whether analogue, digital or smart, because every room has a wall clock and a computer-delivered screen shows the remaining time. Phones, tablets, earphones and fitness bands must be switched off and left with your other belongings in the storage area outside the room; a device that rings or buzzes mid-session is treated as a disturbance. UK exam boards have published cases in which a phone taken from a pocket during an exam led to a zero mark for that paper.

Registration is a real check rather than a formality: staff verify your ID, take your photograph, record a fingerprint scan and sweep you electronically for banned devices. The fingerprint reader uses electronic scanning only, with no ink, liquid or chemicals involved, and after verification you are given a paper wristband that stays on until the speaking test ends. Scans can be repeated at any stage of the test, so the sensible habit is to empty every pocket before joining the queue.
为什么要求考前吃饱、喝水
听力、阅读、写作连着考，官方给的总时长是 2 小时 40 分钟，中间没有休息。雅思官网的建议很朴素，考前吃东西喝水，把上洗手间的事提前解决。考场里不允许进食，糖果、巧克力、能量棒都不行。很多学生以为可以带块巧克力备用，检录时只能留在包外面。考试中途能喝的只有那瓶透明无标签的水。听力考试期间不能离场，录音一停一放都有固定节奏，人走开就错过内容。
Listening, Reading and Writing run back to back in a single session lasting 2 hours 40 minutes, with no break in between. Official advice is to eat and drink before you arrive and to use the toilet beforehand, because food may not be taken into the test room; sweets, chocolate and energy bars are all refused at the door. Only your clear, label-free bottle of water may be drunk during the test.
什么时候可以去洗手间
阅读和写作期间，从监考宣读完注意事项到本科结束前十分钟，可以举手示意申请去洗手间。回来之后要重新完成身份核验和安全检查，这段重新入场的时间不会补给你。机考考生离座前点击屏幕左上角的 Hide 键，回来后点 Resume 继续答题，计时不会暂停。听力考试不适用，录音节奏统一，没有单独离场的安排。把这件事在考前处理完，比中途折腾稳妥得多。
During Reading and Writing you may raise your hand to ask for the toilet between the start of the supervised section and ten minutes before it ends; on your return you go through ID and security checks again, and that time is not added back. In a computer-delivered test, click Hide before you leave your seat and Resume when you come back, because the clock keeps running. The Listening test offers no such window, since the recording runs to a fixed schedule.
到场时间与截止入场

Computer-delivered sessions are split into morning, afternoon and evening slots, with arrival deadlines of 08:00, 13:00 and 17:00 and entry closing at 08:30, 13:30 and 17:30 respectively, according to the official Chinese IELTS site. A session normally starts no earlier than 30 minutes before the scheduled time, with the morning paper planned for 09:00 to 12:00. Latecomers cannot sit any section, cannot transfer, cancel or claim a refund, and lose the results of sections already completed; the speaking test requires arrival 30 minutes early, with entry closing 15 minutes before the appointment.
违规的代价：取消成绩且不退费
官方对违规的处理写得很硬：取消考试资格和考试成绩，并且不得转考、退考或退费。带手机进考场、把笔记写在手上、提前翻看试卷、停笔后继续写、考后向他人透露题目，都属于会被处理的行为。考试结束后不要和其他考生聊题目，官方明确写这会被视作违规。IDP 的考生条款还写明，涉嫌作弊的考生可能被禁考最长五年，相关情况可以提供给认可机构。这些后果解释了为什么入口检查这么严。
Sanctions are stated plainly: the candidate loses both the right to sit the test and the result itself, with no transfer, cancellation or refund. Taking a phone into the room, writing notes on your hand, opening the paper early, writing after time is called, or discussing questions with other candidates afterwards all fall under this rule. Under IDP's candidate terms, suspected cheating can lead to a ban of up to five years, with information passed to recognising organisations.
有医疗或学习障碍的考生怎么申请安排
有视力、听力、语言或学习障碍的考生可以申请特殊安排，项目包括大字体试题、盲文试题、誊写员与朗读员、定制版听力录音、听力障碍版本考试以及部分免考。学习障碍考生的常见项目是阅读和写作加时 25%，受监督的休息时间对注意力困难或焦虑的考生也可能更合适，另有单独考场与用电脑作答。需要定制版试题的申请要在考试日三个月前提出，行政类安排的通知期短一些，以各考点官方口径为准。雅思考试中文官网写明，申请需附两年内由三级甲等医院出具的中英文医学证明。拿到确认通知之后再报名付费，别先交钱再补材料。
Candidates with visual, hearing, speech or specific learning difficulties can request access arrangements such as large-print or Braille papers, a scribe or reader, modified listening recordings, a lip-reading version of the listening test, and partial exemption from components. For a specific learning difficulty the usual request is 25% extra time in Reading and Writing, while supervised breaks can suit candidates affected by attention difficulties or anxiety, alongside a separate room and typed answers. Applications for modified papers should go in three months before the test date, and the Chinese official site requires a Chinese and English medical certificate issued by a top-tier hospital within the previous two years.
不建议带贵重物品进考点
考点会设存放区，但官方同时写明只采取合理措施保证存放物品的安全，不对遗失负责。手机、平板、笔记本电脑、首饰、现金都不建议带去考场，存了也不安心。部分考点存放条件有限，人多时存取都要排队，提前把随身物品简化成一个包会省掉不少麻烦。离开考场前记得取回存放的东西，离场后再找就难了。很多学生考完着急走，把身份证落在座位上，出门前看一眼桌面和储物格。
Test centres provide a storage area, but official wording says they take reasonable steps only and accept no liability for items that go missing. Phones, tablets, laptops, jewellery and cash are better left at home, since storing them brings no guarantee with it. Before you leave, check both your desk and the storage area, because retrieving something after the session ends is far harder.
