UAT-UK 学校不能代报代付 考生账号与付款
UAT-UK 的三项笔试 ESAT、TMUA 与 TARA 全部走线上报名，账号握在考生自己手里。学校可以帮学生出证明材料，却不能替学生建账号、选考试或者付款，这与校内的 GCSE 与 A-Level 报名完全不是一套逻辑。每年十月场报名截止前后，总有人以为班主任会把全班的笔试一起报掉，等发现时截止日已经过去。UAT-UK 官网的 FAQ 只有一句回答，报名与付款是考生自己的责任。这篇文章把官方的报名口径、账号归属、考点选择与付款规则讲清，并把学校真正能出力的环节挑出来。
UAT-UK runs three admissions tests, ESAT, TMUA and TARA, and every candidate books through a personal account. A school can supply supporting documents, yet it cannot open the account, choose the test or pay the fee on a student's behalf, which is nothing like the centre-based entry used for GCSE and A level. Each autumn some applicants assume their teacher has entered the whole class, and by the time they check, the booking window has closed, because the official FAQ answer is blunt: you are responsible for registering and paying for your own test.
官方口径是学校不能代报代付
官网 FAQ 里这一条写得最直白，问题是学校或学院能否替你报名并付费，答案是 No, you are responsible for registering and paying for your own test。代报与代付这两件事在制度上都不存在。原因不难理解，报名入口是考生本人的账号，账号里的姓名要与考试当天出示的证件一致，付款也在这同一套系统里完成。学校没有可以批量录入考生的中心账号，也没有统一的缴费通道。很多学生以为学校会像校内考试那样统一处理，实际上去问班主任，得到的答复通常也是让学生自己去官网注册。中介与辅导机构同样代不了，账号归属不会因为付费方是谁而改变。
The answer on the official FAQ page is blunt: you are responsible for registering and paying for your own test. Neither the booking nor the payment can be delegated, because the entry point is the candidate's own account, where the stored name has to match the ID shown on test day and the fee is settled inside the same system. Schools hold no centre account that could bulk-enter candidates, and tutoring agencies cannot step in either, since the account belongs to the applicant.
报名与付款被写进考生的责任清单
UAT-UK 的 Key Dates 页面有一节标题就叫 Your Responsibility，写明考生必须在截止日期前完成报名，过期之后官方不接受任何预约。同一页还提醒，助学金的审核最长需要五个工作日，特殊安排的审核最长十个工作日，所以这两类申请要提前交，不能压到报名最后一天。十月场的报名截止时间是 2026 年 9 月 28 日 18:00 英国时间，目前已经过去，一月场的报名在 2026 年 10 月 26 日 15:00 开放，到 2026 年 12 月 21 日 18:00 截止。只有在截止前完成付款才算报名成功，光填了账号或者只选了考试都不算。
The Key Dates page on the UAT-UK website carries a short section headed Your Responsibility, and it states that candidates must register by the published deadlines, with no booking accepted afterwards. The same page notes that a bursary review can take up to five working days and an access arrangement request up to ten, so both should be filed well before the closing date. Registration counts as complete only when the fee is paid, which means an account, or a selected test card, on its own does not hold a place.
账号里的姓名必须与证件完全一致
建账号时填写的全名必须与考试当天出示的证件完全一致，这是最容易在最后一步出问题的地方。考试当天名字对不上，考生会被劝返，预约与考试费一并作废。姓名写错了可以自己在账号的 dashboard 上修改，改不动就联系 Pearson VUE 客服处理。邮箱等信息要与 UCAS 申请里用的一致，UCAS ID 一时没有可以先留空，之后再补。很多学生以为英文名、拼音或者缩写的写法无所谓，判定标准其实是证件上的那串字，不是平时习惯的叫法。
The full name typed into the account must match the photo ID presented at the test centre exactly, and a mismatch is one of the few problems that cannot be fixed on the day. Candidates whose names do not match are turned away and forfeit both the appointment and the fee, so it is worth checking the dashboard early; personal details can be edited there, and Pearson VUE customer services can help when a field is locked. The email address should also stay consistent with the one used on the UCAS application.
多个账号属于违规 忘记密码要用找回链接
官方写过多重账号不被允许，一名考生在一个申请周期里只对应一个账号与一个 candidate ID。忘记用户名或者密码时，要从登录页的忘记用户名密码链接找回，不要图省事重新注册。往年考过的学生属于 returning candidate，要用原来的账号登录，成绩虽然不会沿用，账号与身份记录还在。常见的错误是换了邮箱就再建一个账号，两个账号里的信息互相冲突，最后要请官方手工处理。账号出问题可以用官网的联系表单求助，账号的归属不会因此转到学校或者中介名下。
Multiple accounts are not permitted, and each candidate is expected to keep a single account and a single candidate ID throughout an admissions cycle. Anyone who has forgotten a username or password should use the retrieval link on the login page instead of setting up a new one, and returning candidates sign in with their original details even though earlier scores cannot be reused. When two accounts hold conflicting details, the applicant contacts UAT-UK through the online form, and the record stays with the candidate rather than a school or an agent.
报名第一步是在账号里添加考试卡
登录账号之后，第一步是选考试与模块，这一步在官方文档里叫 Add a Test Card。ESAT 的考生要在这时决定三个模块，通常是数学 1 加上物理、化学、生物与数学 2 中的两门，TMUA 与 TARA 的模块由考试本身固定，只需确认考试名称。模块一旦预约就不能增加或者删除，要改只能取消再重新预约，还要看考点余位。判断需要考哪一项笔试，依据是课程清单与各校课程页，拿不准的直接问所申请的院校。考试卡添加之后系统自动批准，dashboard 上随即出现一张卡片，点击它才进入预约环节。
Once inside the account, the first job is to choose the test and any optional modules, which the official guide calls adding a test card. ESAT candidates settle their three modules at this stage, usually Maths 1 plus two from physics, chemistry, biology and Maths 2, while TMUA and TARA have fixed structures that only need confirming. Module choices cannot be added or removed after booking, so a change means cancelling and re-booking subject to availability, and the course list plus each university's course page is where requirements should be checked.
报名第二步是在 Pearson 系统里选考点并付款
考试卡加好之后，点开卡片才会进入 Pearson 的预约界面，那里能看到各个考点的可用时间，选定之后在线付款。付款完成才算锁住考位，这一步没有哪条通道可以让学校或者家长代签，付款用的卡是谁的并不重要，账号必须是考生本人的。官方建议尽早预约，考点开放的时段先到先得，热门城市的周末与晚间场次消失得最快。助学金批准过的考生在这里不用付款，系统会把费用直接免掉。预约成功后 Pearson 会发确认邮件，考前两三天还会再提醒一次，可带的证件清单写在邮件与官网上。
Clicking the test card opens the Pearson booking system, where available appointments at each test centre are listed and the fee is paid online, and only then is the slot secured. The card used for payment can belong to anyone, but the account has to be the candidate's own, and UAT-UK advises booking early because popular centres and late time slots go first. Candidates holding an approved bursary pay nothing at this stage, and Pearson sends a confirmation email after booking plus a reminder a couple of days before the test.
考点只能是 Pearson VUE 专业考试中心
官方 FAQ 的另一条回答是，考生不能在自己的学校参加考试，必须去 Pearson VUE 的考试中心。考点列表在报名开放之后出现在账号里，也可以使用 Pearson 官网的 Test Centre Locator 查找。这些考点是专业考试中心，不是学校教室，考场规则与校内考试差别很大。考试当天要提前三十分钟到达，迟到超过十五分钟不予入场，考试费也不退。个人物品一律进储物柜，食物、饮料、书包、笔记、手机与手表都不能带进考场。要求单独考场或者读题员的考生，考点由官方分配，通常给最近的可用考点。
Candidates cannot sit the test at their own school, because the official FAQ says they must book at a Pearson VUE test centre; the list appears in the account once booking opens, with the Pearson Test Centre Locator as a fallback. These are professional testing venues rather than classrooms, and the rules are stricter than a school exam: arrive thirty minutes early, since anyone more than fifteen minutes late is refused entry and loses the fee, while bags, notes, phones and watches all stay in the locker room.
英国考生按四十英里原则选考点
英国境内有一条按距离判断的规则，住处或者学校四十英里以内如果有考点，就先把考位订下来并付款。四十英里内确实订不到，再联系 Pearson 客服协助找最近的可用时段，偏远地区可能要跑得更远，官方也说明不能保证一定满足第一志愿。考点列表在报名期里会变动，有人取消就会释放新的考位，考前四十八小时以上改期不收费用，所以位置不理想时可以定期回来查看。海外的考生通常在本国境内安排，官方不提供跨国的替代方案，考点密度高低取决于所在城市。
Inside the UK the guidance is distance based: if a test centre is reachable within forty miles of the applicant's postcode, the advice is to book and pay for that slot straight away. Where nothing is available inside forty miles, Pearson customer services helps find the nearest appointment, although candidates in remote areas may still travel further and a first choice of centre is never guaranteed. Slots do reappear when other candidates cancel, and rescheduling stays free until forty eight hours before the appointment.
费用按考点所在地计算
每项笔试的费用是英国与爱尔兰考生 78 英镑，其他地区 133 英镑，判定标准是考点所在地，与国籍和住址都无关。内地、香港与澳门的考生按考点的所在地区付费，官网上写得很清楚。一名考生在一个申请周期里只能参加一次考试，所以在十月场与一月场之间并没有反复付费试错的空间。剑桥与牛津的申请人通常必须选择十月场，只有剑桥一月截止的成熟学院与牛津的 Astrophoria 预科年是例外。已经付款的考试不能事后补上助学金，先付款再申请属于不退款的情形。
Each test costs 78 pounds for candidates sitting in the UK and the Republic of Ireland and 133 pounds elsewhere, and the deciding factor is where the test centre sits rather than nationality or home address. A candidate may sit a test only once in an admissions cycle, so paying for both sittings to hedge is not an option. Applicants to Cambridge or Oxford normally have to sit in October, with the only exceptions being a mature college at Cambridge with a January deadline and the Astrophoria Foundation Year at Oxford.
助学金必须先申请后报名
英国的助学金覆盖全额考试费，申请人要在账号里自行提交申请并等待审核。申请表只在账号里还没有考试卡的时候出现，也就是说顺序是先申请助学金、批准之后再选考试与付款。这一步最容易反着做，不少学生先把考位买好，回头才发现助学金不能补到已经付款的考试上。审核时间官方写明最长五个工作日，特殊安排更长，最长十个工作日，所以两件事都要留出提前量。十月场助学金的截止日是 2026 年 9 月 21 日，一月场是 2026 年 12 月 14 日。
The bursary scheme covers the full test fee, but the form only appears in the account while no test card exists, so the correct order is to apply first and book after approval. Many students do it the other way round and then discover that a bursary cannot be attached to a test they have already paid for. Reviews take up to five working days and access arrangement requests up to ten, so both should be filed early, with the October deadline having fallen on 21 September 2026 and the January deadline set for 14 December 2026.
学校真正能帮上忙的三类材料
学校在 UAT-UK 报名里唯一的角色是出证明。特殊安排的材料可以由在读生所在的学校提供，用抬头纸写信、签名并盖章，写明学习差异或者医疗状况以及需要的调整，也可以提交 JCQ 的 Form 8 或者 Form 9。身份证明是第二类，英国境内没有有效护照的考生可以申请 ID 豁免，批准后能用 Citizen Card 或者带照片的学校信函入场，申请要趁早，离考试不足五个工作日无法保证批下来。校内考试撞期属于第三类，十月场与学校考试冲突时要把考试名称、日期与时间告诉 UAT-UK，官方可能安排学生考完校内考试再赶往考点。这三类材料都由考生自己在账号里提交，学校只负责出具。
A school's role in UAT-UK registration is limited to supplying evidence. For access arrangements, candidates still in education submit a signed and stamped letter on school letterhead describing the learning difference or medical condition together with the adjustment needed, or a full JCQ Form 8 or Form 9. An ID exemption for UK candidates without a passport can be supported by a school letter carrying a photograph, and a clash with school exams is handled by sending UAT-UK the dates and times of those exams through the account.
校内 GCSE 与 A-Level 的代报代付不是这套逻辑
校内的 GCSE 与 A-Level 走的是另一套制度。学校作为考试局的注册中心，由考试官用中心账号统一提交考生的报名信息并代缴考试费，学生通常只在核对表上签字。这套流程在 JCQ 的规则下运行，考试局各自公布报名截止日与迟报费，以 Eduqas 公布的 2027 年夏季系列为例，标准报名截止日是 2027 年 2 月 21 日，之后进入分段加收迟报费的时期，越接近考试越贵。UAT-UK 没有中心账号这一环，学校既不能代报也不能代付，混淆这两套制度会直接导致错过十月场。
Entry for GCSE and A level follows a different system altogether. A school acts as a registered centre where the exams officer submits candidates through the centre account and settles the fees, so students usually only sign a confirmation sheet; deadlines and late charges are published by each awarding body, and Eduqas sets 21 February 2027 as the standard entry deadline for the summer 2027 series, with tiered late fees afterwards. UAT-UK has no centre account, so a school can neither book nor pay, and confusing the two systems is a reliable way to miss the October sitting.
2027 入学的时间线与最容易踩空的一步
把日期按顺序排一遍就很清楚。账号、特殊安排与助学金从 2026 年 6 月 1 日开放，十月场报名在 2026 年 7 月 20 日开放，9 月 28 日 18:00 截止，考试安排在 10 月 12 日至 16 日，成绩在 11 月 16 日发布。一月场报名在 2026 年 10 月 26 日 15:00 开放，12 月 21 日 18:00 截止，考试在 2027 年 1 月 4 日至 8 日，成绩在 2 月 8 日发布。内地的考生还要盯住固定考试日，十月场 ESAT 只开 12 日与 13 日，TARA 只开 14 日，TMUA 只开 15 日与 16 日，官方不做个人例外。最容易踩空的一步不是笔试本身，而是把报名这件事留给了学校。
The sequence is easy to follow once written out: accounts, access arrangements and bursaries opened on 1 June 2026, October booking ran from 20 July to 28 September, the October window falls on 12 to 16 October with results on 16 November, and January booking opens on 26 October and closes on 21 December 2026, with tests on 4 to 8 January 2027 and results on 8 February. Candidates sitting in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau also face fixed delivery days, with ESAT on 12 and 13 October, TARA on 14 October and TMUA on 15 and 16 October. What catches people out is not the test itself but leaving the booking to the school.
