硕士贷款 证明材料 护照表 就业表 邮寄
硕士贷款的材料问题，多半不是资格不够，而是同一份信息用错了表、寄错了地方。学生贷款公司在 2026 年 7 月 20 日更新了 2026 至 2027 学年的一整套表格，把身份、就业、文件寄回与信息变更拆成了几份不同的表单。先弄清哪一份管哪件事，再决定上传到在线账户还是邮寄，通常能省下几周等待。很多学生以为表格只是形式，填错位置的结果是整个申请延后放款。下面按提交方式把每份表的用途、填法与去向讲清。
Most paperwork problems on a master's loan come from using the wrong sheet or the wrong address rather than from failing the eligibility rules. The Student Loans Company refreshed its 2026 to 2027 set of forms on 20 July 2026, splitting identity, employment, document returns and changes into separate sheets; knowing which sheet handles which task decides whether you upload or post. Working through that order first is usually what saves weeks later in the year.

Five sheets cover almost everything: the application form for a first application, the passport details form for identity, the document return form for extra evidence, the UK employment form for employment or family status, and the change of circumstances form for a new course or university. The application form runs to 38 pages with 25 pages of notes beside it, while the passport sheet is a single page; each academic year brings its own version. A common mistake is treating a tenancy agreement or a travel record as residency evidence, which none of these sheets asks for.

Where online application is not possible, the application form, its notes and the evidence travel together by post; the document return form carries the address, Student Finance England, PO Box 210, Darlington, DL1 9HJ. Signatures belong in ink on a printed sheet, and adding your name, address and 11-digit customer reference number to the paperwork speeds up identity matching. An unsigned form arriving with evidence, or a signed form arriving without it, sends both items back to the start.

Sending a photocopy of the passport instead of the form is a frequent misunderstanding, because the form is what carries the identity data.

A birth or adoption certificate stands in for identity where there is no UK passport or the passport has expired. Wording differs across the official pages: the application guide refers to sending the original, the passport details page mentions a copy that can be uploaded, and a general form page says originals should not be sent at all. Treat the page you are reading as authoritative, prefer uploading where the account supports it, and remember that replacing a posted original usually takes weeks.

The guidance notes that a UK employment form may be requested to prove your own or a family member's employment status in the UK. Acceptable evidence is listed on the sheet, payslips, an employer letter and tax documents among them. If everything cannot be sent at once, send what you have; the office will ask for the rest, and the loan timeline usually stretches as a result.

Applications are accepted within nine months of the first day of the last academic year of the course. That first day is set by the start month: courses beginning between August and December count from 1 September, January to March from 1 January, April to June from 1 April, and July from 1 July. The example on the official page is a two-year course starting on 17 October 2026, where the window runs nine months from 1 September 2027.
改课程或改学校要走变更情况表
银行账号、联系电话这类个人信息在在线账户里直接改，不需要纸质表格。学校或课程发生变化时情况不同，官网写明这类改动不能在线完成，只能填变更情况表，换校之后要由新学校向学生财务服务确认，放款才会继续。贷款金额调整另走贷款申请表。常见的错误是先自行停课再补材料，付款与资格都可能受影响。变更情况表按学年发布，用的是课程开课那一个学年。
Bank details, contact numbers and other personal information are changed inside the online account without paper. Course or university changes are different: these cannot be done online, the change of circumstances form is required, and payments resume only after the new institution confirms the change. Amount adjustments use the loan request form, and pausing a course before filing the paperwork is a mistake that can affect both payments and eligibility.
放款的三个节点与注册确认

The loan arrives in three instalments, the first two of roughly a third each and the final one slightly larger. The first payment follows the course start date and only once the university has confirmed registration to Student Finance England; an approval letter and the online account both list the payment dates. For a master's course starting in the 2026 to 2027 academic year the ceiling is 13,206 pounds, and income has no bearing on the figure.

Three checks come before any form goes in: the course must be a standalone master's rather than a top-up, worth at least 180 credits, and starting on or after 1 August 2016. Applicants must be under 60 on the first day of the first academic year, and anyone who already holds a master's or higher qualification is normally excluded. A previous master's loan also rules you out, unless it covered only Disabled Students' Allowance or the course was left for a serious personal reason such as illness or bereavement.
常驻地与三年居住要求的核对

The residency rules come in three parts: being a UK national, an Irish citizen, or holding settled status or indefinite leave to remain; normally living in England; and three continuous years in the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man before the first day of the first academic year, with holidays not breaking the run. Applicants who grew up in Ireland or a British overseas territory do not have to be normally resident in England, as long as they study, or study by distance learning, in England. Distance learning brings its own condition, which is living in England on the first day of the course.
材料寄出后的查询与更正通道

The official contact page lists what Student Finance England can help with: checking the progress of an application, resetting login details, updating personal or course information, and handling complaints or appeals. Anyone asking about a child's or partner's application needs that person's consent before an adviser will discuss the details. Repayment questions belong to the Student Loans Company rather than the application service, and keeping postal receipts and copies makes it easier to trace documents when a reference number does not match.
