UAT-UK 三项笔试的特殊安排要在账号里单独申请，学校考试里用的那一套不会自动跟过来。十月场的特殊安排申请在 2026 年 9 月 14 日 18:00 英国时间截止，这个日期已经过去，没赶上的人只能看一月场。很多学生以为学校给的额外时间会直接带到笔试上，实际上 UAT-UK 官网写明要重新提交申请并由办公室批准，未获批不得报名。这篇文章把七类需要批准的安排、证据的两种路径、审核时间与一月场的几个截止日讲清楚，也把容易退回的细节标出来。
Access arrangements for the three UAT-UK admissions tests have to be requested through the candidate account and approved by the UAT-UK office, because provision already in place at school does not carry across automatically. The October deadline passed at 18:00 UK time on 14 September 2026, which leaves the January window for anyone who missed it. This guide covers the seven categories that need approval, the two evidence routes, the review period, and the January deadlines that matter now.
特殊安排分成七类 都要事先批准
UAT-UK 官网把特殊安排分成七类，全部要事先批准。额外时间是其中申请最多的一项，其余六类是休息与暂停计时、单独监考、读题员或记录员、在桌上取用药物或本来不允许的辅助物品、彩色覆膜，以及政策以外需要单独评估的非标准安排。彩色覆膜按官方口径由考生自备。非数字耳塞不用批准，考前由监考目视检查一次。轮椅和可调高度的桌子也不用批准，但要提前联系 Pearson 安排。血糖监测用的手机、水与零食属于要批准的一类。很多学生以为只有额外时间才算特殊安排，实际上读题员与单独监考走的是同一套审批流程。
UAT-UK groups access arrangements into seven categories, all of which require prior approval. Extra time is only the best known of them; the rest cover rest breaks and stop-the-clock, separate invigilation, a reader or scribe, medication or otherwise banned items taken at the desk, coloured overlays, and any non-standard arrangement assessed outside the published policy. Non-digital earplugs need no approval and are checked visually on the day, and wheelchairs and height-adjustable desks are exempt too as long as Pearson is contacted in advance. A phone used for glucose monitoring, along with water and snacks, sits inside the approval list.
十月场的安排截止日是 2026 年 9 月 14 日
按 UAT-UK 官网的截止日页面，十月场特殊安排的申请在 2026 年 9 月 14 日 18:00 英国时间截止。同一场次的助学金截止是 2026 年 9 月 21 日，报名本身在 2026 年 9 月 28 日 18:00 截止。三个日期按顺序推开，先批安排、再批费用、最后关报名。十月场的考试在 2026 年 10 月 12 日到 16 日之间进行，出分日是 2026 年 11 月 16 日。没在 9 月 14 日之前提交的人，十月场已经补不了安排。官网写明当天不能临时调整，考点也没有权限加时间。
According to the UAT-UK key dates page, requests for the October sittings closed at 18:00 UK time on 14 September 2026, with bursary applications following on 21 September and booking itself on 28 September. The dates run in that order because nothing can be booked until an arrangement is approved and the fee is covered. Sittings in the October window run from 12 to 16 October 2026 with results released on 16 November, and the official wording is clear that nothing can be adjusted on the day.
学校已有的安排必须重新申请
学校考试里已经在用的额外时间，不能直接带到 UAT-UK 笔试上。官网的问答写得比较客气，说这类情况通常可以申请到同样的安排，前提是重新提交申请并由 UAT-UK 办公室批准。常见的错误是以为学校通过了 JCQ 的审批，笔试就自动算批过，两套系统各自独立评估。政策写明未获批不得报名，所以流程顺序是先申请、再等批准、最后才预约考位。申请入口在账号里的 special arrangements 表格，不是发邮件给 Pearson。很多学生以为考试中心能现场补时间，实际上考位在报名时就固定了。
Arrangements already used in school exams do not transfer to a UAT-UK test. The official FAQ accepts that candidates who receive extra time at school should normally be able to obtain the same provision, but only after a fresh application is approved by the UAT-UK office. Policy 1.1 states plainly that a test cannot be booked until approval is in place, so the sequence runs from applying to waiting to booking. Applications go through the form in your account rather than by emailing Pearson, and centre staff cannot add time on the day.
额外时间默认是考试时长的 25%
额外时间的默认比例是考试时长的 25%，不是四分之一小时这种固定值。ESAT 每个模块 40 分钟，四分之一时长就是 10 分钟，单模块变成 50 分钟。TMUA 两卷合计 2 小时 30 分钟，25% 约为 37 分钟多一点。TARA 三个模块各 40 分钟，同样按模块计算。申请时要把需要的时长写清楚，学校信函里也要写长度，只写需要额外时间这几个字会被退回补证。这一块最容易出的错不是比例，而是把模块时长与整场时长搞混。加时间不改变题量，27 道题还是 27 道题，每题分到的时间从约 89 秒升到约 111 秒。
The default allowance for extra time is 25 per cent of the test duration rather than a fixed quarter of an hour. On the ESAT that means ten extra minutes for each 40-minute module, taking a single module to 50 minutes, while the TMUA's two papers gain roughly 37 minutes in total. TARA follows the same per-module logic, and the amount requested has to be stated both in the application and in the supporting letter, because a request that simply says extra time will be sent back for evidence.
休息最多三次 单独监考看考点
休息与暂停计时在 ESAT 与 TMUA 里每个部分最多三次。休息期间不得看题、不得翻笔记，监考如果看到继续作答，会按潜在违规上报。单独监考的考场不是每个考点都提供，官方的做法是安排到最近一个能提供的考点。读题员与记录员同样要批准，考试当天临时更换不被接受。桌面取用药物与血糖监测手机都要在申请里写清楚。大部分学生会在这里丢分的原因不是不会做题，而是没注意休息时不能碰草稿纸。休息时间不结转，休息结束就重新计时。
Rest breaks and stop-the-clock are capped at three per section of the ESAT and TMUA, and no question paper or notes may be looked at while the clock is stopped. An invigilator who sees a candidate working through a break may report it as a potential malpractice issue. Separate invigilation is not available at every centre, so UAT-UK allocates the nearest one that can provide it, and readers, scribes, medication at the desk and a glucose-monitoring phone all have to be requested in advance.
在校生的证据有两条路径
在校生的证据有两条路径，走通一条就够了。一条是学校抬头的信函，要签名并盖公章，写明学习差异、残障或医疗状况，写出在公开考试或平时已经用过的合理调整，并说明申请依据。额外时间要在信里写长度，单独考场要写明一对一监考，读写与加工速度要落在低于平均的区间。另一条是 JCQ 的 Form 8 或 Form 9 全页，不得早于 Year 9 开始填写，由中心负责人、SENCo 或评估师签名。现行官网页面写明信函通常要 2025 年开具，用更早年份的信件容易被要求补证。常见的错误是只交一页摘要，缺页会直接退回。
Candidates still at school have two evidence routes and only need one of them. The first is a signed and stamped letter on school headed paper naming the learning difference, disability or medical condition, describing the arrangements used in public exams or in class, and justifying the request. Extra time has to be quantified, a separate room requires mention of one-to-one invigilation, and processing speed sits in the below-average band. The second route is a complete JCQ Form 8 or Form 9, started no earlier than the beginning of Year 9 and signed by the head of centre, a SENCo or an assessor.
离开教育的人要交 14 岁以后的评估报告
已经离开教育的人走另一条路，要交 14 岁以后的完整诊断评估报告。报告由专业教师评估师或注册心理学家出具，只交结论页不算完整材料。身体、医疗或感官方面的需求，交近期的医生或专科信函即可。属于英语为第二语言或单纯书写速度慢的申请，通常不批额外时间，官方的逻辑是这两类不属于合理调整的范围。这一步最容易把评估报告的日期忽略，14 岁之前的报告要重新做一份。被要求补证时要把材料一次交齐，分批提交会重新计算审核时间。
Candidates who have left education submit a full diagnostic assessment carried out after the age of 14, written by a specialist teacher assessor or a registered psychologist; a summary page on its own is not accepted. Physical, medical or sensory needs are evidenced instead by a recent letter from a doctor or consultant. English as an additional language and handwriting speed in isolation usually do not justify extra time, and any assessment dated before the age of 14 has to be repeated, which is the step most often overlooked.
审核最长十个工作日 先批后约
审核最长要十个工作日，官方建议至少提前十个工作日提交。安排获批之后才能预约考位，所以时间要往前倒推着算。十月场的申请窗口在 2026 年 9 月 14 日关掉，一月场在 2026 年 10 月 5 日 15:00 英国时间重新开放。这意味着现在提交的申请对应的是 2027 年 1 月 4 日到 8 日那一场。审核期里如果被要求补证，材料要一次交齐，分批提交会重新计时。很多学生以为批下来就自动有考位，实际上考位受考点余位限制，热门城市的考位关得更早。
Approval can take up to ten working days, and UAT-UK advises submitting at least ten working days before you need the outcome. Booking only opens once the arrangement is approved, so the calendar has to be worked backwards from the test window. The January window reopened at 15:00 UK time on 5 October 2026, which means applications filed now point at the sittings from 4 to 8 January 2027. Evidence requests should be answered in one go, and approval does not by itself reserve a seat.
获批后只有两项能自己网上预约
获批之后，只有额外时间与休息可以自己在网上预约。其余几类要走 Pearson 客服人工安排，包括单独监考、读题员、记录员与桌面物品。安排已经批了而考位也订好了，想再补加时间要先取消预约再重新预约，受考点余位限制。政策写明额外时间与休息不能直接加到已有预约上。中国内地、香港与澳门的考生要留意，一月场的 ESAT 固定在 1 月 6 日，TARA 在 1 月 7 日，TMUA 在 1 月 8 日。这三个日期不做个人例外，安排审核也要按这几天倒推。
Once approval is in place, only extra time and rest breaks can be booked online by the candidate. Separate invigilation, a reader, a scribe and desk items are arranged through Pearson customer services instead. Adding extra time to an appointment that already exists means cancelling and re-booking, subject to availability, because the policy does not allow arrangements to be attached to a live booking. Candidates sitting in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau should note the fixed January dates of 6 January for the ESAT, 7 January for TARA and 8 January for the TMUA.
截止日前交不出证据可以先批后补
政策留了一条通道，在截止日之前交不出全部证据，可以先拿到批准，条件是截止日之后两周内补齐。补不齐的话，批准会被取消，考位退回标准预约，也就是没有任何安排的那一种。证据不足时官方可以直接拒绝，也可以要求补证再评一次。政策以 JCQ 的框架为基准，不是 JCQ 体系下的安排，通常会换算成等效的英国合理调整。这一条对十月场已经没有意义，对一月场还有用。申请前先把材料的年份与签发人核对一遍，比事后补交省事。
The policy allows conditional approval when the full evidence cannot be produced before the deadline, provided the missing documents arrive within two weeks of it. If they do not, the approval is withdrawn and the booking reverts to a standard appointment with no arrangements attached. UAT-UK may also reject a request outright or ask for further evidence, and it benchmarks against the JCQ framework, mapping arrangements from outside that system onto an equivalent British reasonable adjustment. The route remains open for January applications.
一月场的窗口与三个截止日
一月场的特殊安排窗口在 2026 年 10 月 5 日 15:00 英国时间重新开放，截止是 2026 年 12 月 7 日 18:00。助学金的截止是 2026 年 12 月 14 日 18:00，报名本身在 2026 年 12 月 21 日 18:00 截止。带安排的人要在 12 月 7 日之前拿到批准，才有时间走完报名。考试在 2027 年 1 月 4 日到 8 日，出分日是 2027 年 2 月 8 日。费用按考点所在地计算，英国与爱尔兰 78 英镑，其他地区 133 英镑。助学金覆盖全额考试费，但要先申请后报名，先付费再申请不退款。
The January access arrangements window reopened at 15:00 UK time on 5 October 2026 and closes at 18:00 on 7 December 2026, with bursary applications due on 14 December and booking itself on 21 December. Anyone who needs an arrangement should aim for approval before 7 December so that booking can still be completed in time. The tests run from 4 to 8 January 2027, results follow on 8 February 2027, and fees are set by centre location at 78 pounds in the UK and Ireland or 133 pounds elsewhere.
一个周期只能考一次 牛剑必须十月
一个申请周期里只能在十月或一月注册一次，一月场不是重考。剑桥与牛津的申请人一般必须考十月场，例外只有两个，剑桥一月截止的成熟学院，以及牛津的 Astrophoria 预科年。错过所要求的笔试，官网写明可能让申请失效。没有报必修模块的后果同样写在官网，那一门专业的申请可能被判定无效。特殊安排不影响这套规则，考哪一场由申请的院校决定。延期入学的申请人要在提交 UCAS 申请的同一年参加考试，不能把笔试推到入学那年。
Registration is permitted once per application cycle in either October or January, so the January sittings are not a resit. Cambridge and Oxford applicants are normally expected to sit in October, with only two exceptions: Cambridge colleges that admit to a January deadline and the Oxford Astrophoria Foundation Year. Missing a required test may invalidate an application, just as failing to register for a compulsory module can, and access arrangements do not change which window your courses require.

Three checks are worth doing before submitting anything. Confirm first which window applies, since Cambridge and Oxford applicants and January candidates sit in different cycles with different deadlines. Then check that the evidence is dated correctly and complete, with headed paper, signatures and a stamped school letter, a full JCQ form, and a diagnostic assessment issued after the age of 14. Finally, leave room for the ten working day review plus centre availability, especially around the fixed dates in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau.
