UAT-UK 的三项笔试 ESAT、TMUA 与 TARA 都设有一项助学金，用来覆盖全额考试费。很多学生以为助学金看成绩，其实它只看本人或家庭是否在领取指定的英国福利，与考试分数没有关系。官方把资格同时卡在两个条件上，一是申请时长期居住在英国，二是计划在英国考点应考。中国内地、香港与澳门的考生不在这条通道里。十月场的助学金申请已经在 2026 年 9 月 21 日截止，一月场的窗口在 2026 年 10 月 5 日重新开放。下面按 UAT-UK 官网的顺序，把资格条件、材料时间要求与两个截止日逐条拆开。
UAT-UK runs a bursary scheme for its three admissions tests, ESAT, TMUA and TARA, and it covers the full cost of the test. Eligibility does not depend on your score; it depends on living in the UK permanently and on sitting the test at a UK test centre, which puts candidates sitting in mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau outside this route. The October deadline passed on 21 September 2026, while the January window reopened on 5 October 2026.
助学金覆盖考试费全额 但不承担其他支出
助学金只做一件事，把考试费全额抵掉。英国与爱尔兰考点的费用是 78 英镑，其他地区按考点所在地收 133 英镑，与国籍无关。助学金批下来以后，报名时不需要付款，这笔钱由官方承担。UAT-UK 官网写明，官方只能支持考试费，学生的其他开销不在范围里。往返考点的交通、住宿与备考材料都要自己准备。很多学生以为助学金还会补贴差旅，官方问答把这一点直接否掉了。它的价值是省下一笔报名费，不是一份生活补助。
The bursary does one thing, and it does it completely: it removes the test fee. A test costs 78 pounds at UK and Republic of Ireland centres and 133 pounds anywhere else, priced by the centre rather than by nationality; once the bursary is approved you book your seat without paying anything. Official guidance on the UAT-UK website states that the scheme can only cover the test itself, so transport, accommodation and revision materials stay with the family.
申请资格同时要求英国常住与英国考点
资格的第一道门槛不是分数，也不是学校类型。申请时必须长期居住在英国，并在英国考点参加考试。这两项要同时成立，缺一项就不符合条件。中国内地、香港与澳门的考生有固定的考试日期，但不在助学金的通道里。在英国读寄宿学校的国际学生要留意，考试地点与常住身份的表述都以 UAT-UK 官网为准。常见的错误是只看福利条件就提交申请，考点在境外会被直接退回。先把居住地与考点这两件事确认下来，再动手准备材料。
Two conditions sit above everything else: you must live in the UK permanently when you apply, and you must plan to sit the test at a UK test centre. Both have to hold at the same time; a candidate who qualifies on benefits but books a centre abroad is simply not eligible. Students sitting in mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau have fixed test days but fall outside this route, so the bursary is not an option for them.
未成年全日制学生的三条资格线
未满 21 岁且仍在全日制教育里的考生，有三条可以走的路。一条是领取免费学校餐，一条是领取英格兰的 16 至 19 岁助学金或苏格兰、威尔士与北爱尔兰的 EMA，还有一条是有照护离校经历。三条里满足一条即可，不需要同时满足。UAT-UK 官网写明，也可以由父母或监护人领取指定的经济状况审查类福利来获得资格。本人的资格与家庭的资格，两者取其一就行。材料要能看出走的到底是哪一条。
Candidates under 21 who are still in full-time education have three possible routes: free school meals, a 16-19 bursary in England or EMA in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, or support as a care leaver. One route is enough, and there is no need to show both your own eligibility and your household's. Evidence still has to make clear which of the three routes the application relies on.
家长领取的福利也能带来资格
第二条通道挂在父母或监护人身上，但有一个地址要求。领取人必须与考生住在同一个地址，UAT-UK 官网写明这一点。可用的福利包括通用福利、工作税收抵免与儿童税收抵免。收入补助、求职者津贴与就业及支持津贴同样在清单上。领取《1999 年移民与庇护法》第六部分下的支持，或者国家养老金抵免的保证部分，也符合条件。年满 21 岁并已离开全日制教育的考生，要由本人领取其中一项。家长身份与领取记录都要靠材料证明，口头说明不算。
The second route sits with a parent or guardian, and it carries an address rule: the named claimant must live at the same address as the candidate. Qualifying awards include Universal Credit, Working Tax Credit and Child Tax Credit, income support, Jobseeker's Allowance and Employment and Support Allowance, along with support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 and the guarantee element of State Pension Credit. Candidates over 21 who have left full-time education must receive a qualifying award in their own name.
经济状况审查的细节决定材料能否被接受
收入补助、求职者津贴与就业及支持津贴这三项，官方要求是经过经济状况审查的版本。判断依据是奖励信最后一页的说明。出具机构必须是英国就业中心，其他渠道的信件不认。庇护支持与国家养老金抵免的保证部分，要提供全部页面的官方奖励信。这些信件都要显示领取人的姓名与地址。常见的错误是只上传第一页，材料不完整就会被要求补充，审核时间跟着拉长。寄之前把每一页拍清楚，比事后补件省事。
Income support, Jobseeker's Allowance and Employment and Support Allowance must be the means-tested versions, and the final page of the award letter is where that status is stated. Letters have to come from UK Jobcentre Plus, and for asylum support or the guarantee element of State Pension Credit the whole award letter is required. A partial upload is one of the most common reasons an application is sent back for extra evidence, which pushes the five-working-day review further out.
每份材料都带时间门槛
同一类福利，材料的时间要求并不一样。学校开具的免费餐证明与 16 至 19 岁助学金的奖励信，日期不能早于 2025/26 学年。通用福利只需要对账单的第一部分，而且要在最近三个月内开具。收入补助、求职者津贴与就业及支持津贴的奖励信，官方要求日期落在 2026 年内。庇护支持与国家养老金抵免的保证部分，允许最近 12 个月内开具。照护离校的地方当局信件同样不能早于 2025/26 学年。日期、姓名与地址三者齐全，材料才合格。
Dating rules differ by benefit, and mixing them up causes most refusals. Free school meal letters, 16-19 bursary award letters and care leaver letters must be dated no earlier than the 2025/26 academic year, while a Universal Credit statement only needs its first part and must be issued within the last three months. Income support, Jobseeker's Allowance and Employment and Support Allowance letters must be dated in 2026, and asylum support or State Pension Credit letters are accepted if issued within the last twelve months.
照护离校经历要满足四个条件
照护离校这条路径要在地方当局或社工的信里写明四件事。一件是考生曾由地方当局照护，或由地方当局提供住所。一件是在照护中的时间累计至少 13 周。一件是照护在 16 岁之后才结束。还有一件是申请助学金之前没有回到父母身边。这四点缺一项，信件就不能作为资格证明。很多学生以为离开照护系统就自动符合条件，官方的口径是按这四条逐项核对。
Care leaver applications need a letter from the local authority or a caseworker confirming four separate points: the candidate was in the care of, or accommodated by, the local authority; that time lasted at least 13 weeks; it ended after the candidate turned 16; and the candidate has not returned to living with parents before applying. Miss any one of them and the letter will not support the application, however strong the rest of the file looks.
官方明确不接受的材料
有些证明无论内容多完整都不会被采纳。独立学校或收费学校的奖学金、助学金与免费餐都在排除之列。研究生贷款、高级学习者贷款与护理及助产学生助学金同样无效。个人独立津贴、市政税与住房补贴、儿童福利金都不在可用清单上。年度账目与 P60 年终证明不能代替奖励信。银行流水也不能当作享受福利的凭证，UAT-UK 官网写明不接受。常见的错误是把流水当补充材料上传，结果整份申请被退回。
Some documents are excluded outright, no matter how complete the file looks. Scholarships, bursaries and free school meals at independent or fee-paying schools do not count, and neither do Postgraduate Loans, Advanced Learner Loans or the Nursing and Midwifery Student Bursary; Personal Independence Payment, Council Tax or Housing Benefit and Child Benefit sit outside the list as well. Bank statements are never accepted as proof of entitlement, and annual accounts or a P60 cannot replace an award letter.
申请之前要先退出已经选好的考试
助学金的入口在 UAT-UK 账号的仪表盘上，不是单独的网站。第一次登录要先补充人口统计信息，之后才会看到申请表。如果账号里已经选了考试科目，申请表不会出现。做法是先在仪表盘上退出考试并撤回考试卡片，然后刷新页面。UAT-UK 官网写明这两个动作都要完成。撤回之后想再重新报名，考位取决于当时是否还有空位。这一步最容易让考生卡住，很多人以为表格消失是系统故障。
The bursary form lives on the dashboard of your UAT-UK account, and it stays hidden until the account is set up. If a test has already been selected or booked, withdraw from it and then withdraw the test card on the dashboard, because the form only appears after both steps are done. Rebooking afterwards depends on what seats are left at your preferred centre.
审核最长五个工作日 要留出报名时间
助学金申请提交之后，官方给出的审核时间是最长五个工作日。审核通过后资格会显示在仪表盘上，然后才能报名考试。十月场的报名在 2026 年 9 月 28 日 18:00 截止，助学金截止在 9 月 21 日。两个日期只差七天，其中五天可能被审核占掉。按这个节奏推算，卡在截止日当天提交，留给选考位的时间只剩一个工作日。官方建议尽早提交，特别是需要单独考场或读题员的考生，那类申请最长要十个工作日。
UAT-UK says a bursary application can take up to five working days to review, and approval has to appear on the dashboard before you can book. For the October sitting, bursary requests closed on 21 September 2026 and booking closed on 28 September 2026, leaving seven days in between, five of which can disappear into the review. Applying on the deadline therefore leaves roughly one working day to find a seat.
十月场助学金截止日期已经过去
这一轮助学金在 2026 年 6 月 1 日 15:00 开放申请，十月场与一月场同时开放。专用于十月场的截止时间是 2026 年 9 月 21 日 18:00 英国时间。这个日期已经过去，官方不接受逾期提交。十月场的考试窗口是 2026 年 10 月 12 日至 16 日，成绩在 11 月 16 日经账号发布。想考十月场却没赶上的考生，只能自己支付考试费。已经申请过助学金但没在十月报名的考生，资格可以留到一月场使用。
Applications for 2027 entry opened on 1 June 2026, covering both the October and January sittings. The October-only deadline fell on 21 September 2026 at 6pm UK time and has now passed, with no late submissions accepted; the October test window runs from 12 to 16 October 2026 and results are released through the account on 16 November 2026. A candidate who applied for a bursary but did not book in October keeps the award for the January sitting.
一月场窗口在十月初重新开放
一月场的助学金申请在 2026 年 10 月 5 日 15:00 重新开放。截止时间是 2026 年 12 月 14 日 18:00 英国时间。同一个月里另外两个日期也要记住，特殊安排申请在 12 月 7 日截止，考试报名在 12 月 21 日截止。一月场的考试窗口是 2027 年 1 月 4 日至 8 日，成绩在 2027 年 2 月 8 日发布。剑桥与牛津的申请人通常只能考十月场，例外只有剑桥一月截止的成熟学院与牛津的预科项目。中国内地、香港与澳门的考生按固定单日应考，与助学金的资格无关。
Bursary applications for the January sitting reopened on 5 October 2026 and close on 14 December 2026 at 6pm UK time, while access arrangement requests close on 7 December and booking closes on 21 December. The January window runs from 4 to 8 January 2027 with results on 8 February 2027. Cambridge and Oxford applicants normally sit in October, so the January route matters mainly to the other five universities that use these tests.
一次周期只能用一次 缺考不补发
助学金的规则是每个考试、每个申请周期只能用一次。UAT-UK 官网写明，如果十月没有报名，或者取消考试的时间在考前 48 小时以上，资格会自动转到一月场。如果十月报了名却缺考，助学金不会重新发放，想改到一月场要自己付考试费。先付费再申请的做法官方明确不退款。报名时用了助学金，考位与考试日期仍然受考点余位限制。把日期与操作顺序排好，比反复提交材料更省时间。
A bursary can be used once per test per admissions cycle. If you do not book in October, or you cancel more than 48 hours before the test, the award carries over to January automatically; if you booked on a bursary and were absent, it will not be reissued and you would pay for a January seat yourself. UAT-UK also states that candidates who pay for a test before applying for a bursary cannot be reimbursed.
