雅思成绩单寄送 报名填5所 补寄120元

中国教育考试网的雅思考试介绍页把报名写成八个步骤。注册 NEEA 用户、预付考试费、预订座位排在前三步，第四步才是填写报名表。成绩单寄送地址与院校信息都在这张表里填写。地址栏服务的是寄给考生本人的那份成绩单原件。院校栏服务的是免费寄送的那几份纸质成绩单。表格提交并完成支付之后，报名即告成功。网上预订口试时间和查看考试安排属于后面的步骤。很多学生以为成绩单寄送要等出分之后再处理，等到查分那天才想起来表格早已经填过了。

Two official pages describe the free allowance from different angles, and reading them together saves confusion. The IELTS China website says you may name up to five institutions at the time of registration, with paper reports posted free of charge. A fee adjustment notice published by the Chinese education examination portal in January 2018 puts it in terms of timing: within the two-year validity period, a candidate may apply for up to five free extra reports during the month after results are published. The practical reading is to use all five slots on the form itself, since later changes follow whatever the registration website states on the day.

Once the free slots are used up, the pricing is straightforward. Each further extra report carries a handling fee of 120 yuan, counted from the sixth application onwards. A notice published by the Chinese education examination portal in January 2018 also records that, from 1 April 2018, the processing time for sending extra reports was shortened to three working days. Those three days start the day after the application is submitted and paid, and they mean British Council working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Courier charges for paper delivery are paid by the candidate on top of any handling fee.

Electronic delivery goes to the account registered by the receiving organisation, and most universities that accept it charge the candidate nothing extra. 3000 多家院校下拉列表里找不到目标院校怎么办
报名网站的额外成绩单寄送页面提供常用的院校寄送地址下拉列表，收录的机构超过 3000 家。在列表里选中目标院校，系统会带出官方地址，出错概率最低。找不到时可以选择其他这一项，改成手工填写接收机构的完整名称与地址。手工填写要写英文全称，缩写和俗称容易让接收方对不上号。院校名称正在更名或者刚合并时，先看列表里的旧名称是否仍在使用。很多学生以为填错机构名称只是小事，接收机构匹配不上就直接退件。填完之后把院系名称与收件部门一并写清，让对方能快速归档。

One limit catches people out: only one extra report can be sent to each receiving organisation. If you want your score to reach two departments or two campuses of the same university, check whether the institution is registered as separate receiving units. The system identifies destinations by their registered entry, so a second request against the same entry does not create a second report. Admissions offices almost always expect exactly one official record per application.
寄往中国国内院校要上传院校出具的证明
申请寄送到中国国内院校或者机构时，流程多一步。系统会要求上传该院校出具的证明文件，证明里要说明需要这份成绩单的原因。文件格式限 JPG 或 PDF，大小不超过 4M。材料经审核通过后，成绩单才会寄出。常见的错误是把申请提交了却不传证明，申请停在待审核状态。审核没有通过时，考生支付的服务费和快递费会在服务结束后 3 个工作日内退回 NEEA 账户余额。余额可以用于再次报考或者申请其他考后服务。把证明提前向院校招生办或研究生院申请好，寄送这一步才不会反复卡住。
Sending a report to a university inside mainland China needs one extra step. The system asks you to upload a document issued by that institution explaining why the score report is required, and the file must be a JPG or PDF no larger than four megabytes. Reports are only dispatched once that document passes review. If the application is refused, the service fee and any courier charge are returned to your NEEA account balance within three working days after the case closes, and the balance can be used for a future registration or another post-test service.
付费之后无法更改也无法取消申请
额外成绩单寄送申请一旦确认付费，就无法更改也无法取消。所以付费之前要把接收机构、寄送方式和地址逐项核对一遍。填好却未付费的申请只保留 24 小时，超时系统会自动删除。删除之后，被占用的免费额度会自动返还给考生。付费之后才发现机构选错，只能重新申请，费用照付。免费额度无法折现、抵扣，也不能转到其他考试日期使用。错得最多的是机构名称看着眼熟就选了，没有核对全称与所在地。提交前多花两分钟核对，比事后重新付费划算得多。
An extra report application cannot be changed or cancelled once payment is confirmed, so check the receiving organisation, the delivery method and the address before you pay. Anything saved but unpaid survives only twenty-four hours; after that the system deletes it and returns any free allowance it was holding. Free slots cannot be cashed in, offset against other costs, or moved to a different test date. Two minutes of checking before payment is far cheaper than ordering the same report twice.
能寄院校、机构与政府部门，不能寄中介与个人
成绩单的寄送范围有明确的边界。可以寄往国内外的院校、专业机构与政府部门，也包括部分签证处。不可以寄往留学中介与移民机构，也不可以寄给任何公司或者个人。英国、澳大利亚、加拿大、瑞士的使领馆签证处同样不在寄送范围内。想让中介代收成绩单，就违背了这条规则。按官方口径，成绩单是给接收机构存档用的证明文件，不是给自己留的备份。很多学生以为中介地址等同于院校地址，结果申请被退回。需要留底时，用报名网站个人主页查看成绩即可，不必占用寄送名额。
There are hard boundaries on where reports may go. Universities, professional bodies and government departments at home and abroad are acceptable destinations, along with some visa offices; recruitment agencies and immigration advisers are not, and neither are companies or private individuals. Visa sections of the British, Australian, Canadian and Swiss missions are excluded as well. The report is evidence kept on file by the receiving organisation, so using an agency address simply gets the application rejected.
两年有效期与最晚有效日前三个工作日的红线
额外成绩单寄送服务只在成绩有效期内提供。成绩自考试日期起两年内有效，超过期限，官方不再受理寄送申请。受理周期按官方承诺是 3 个工作日，所以申请要在成绩最晚有效日前至少提早 3 个工作日提交。晚了这一步，即使成绩还在有效期内也可能无法受理。申请海外院校的学生要按入学年份倒推自己的考试日期。很多学生以为成绩单随时可以补寄，临近有效期届满才发现窗口已经关上。考试时间安排得早一些，寄送安排就有更大的回旋余地。
The extra report service is only available while your score is valid, and an IELTS score stays valid for two years from the test date. Because the stated processing time is three working days, an application must be submitted at least three working days before the final valid date, or it cannot be accepted. Working backwards from your intended intake year is the safest way to schedule the test itself.
填写前值得核对的四处细节
把报名表里的成绩单信息填好，实际上只要核对四件事。五所院校的名称要写官方全称，最好先在目标院校官网找到它登记的英文校名。寄送方式要跟院校确认，电子送分与纸质寄送的成本和时效不同。地址要写长期有人接收的地点，写学校收发室比写临时住址稳妥。国内院校要提前把院校证明准备好，免得申请卡在待审核状态。常见的错误是出分后才开始查这些信息，那时免费窗口与时间都紧了。把这几项在报名阶段一次做完，后面无论寄一份还是寄五份都不容易出错。
Filling this part of the application form well comes down to four checks. Institution names should be the registered full names taken from the university's own website, the delivery method should be confirmed with each receiving organisation, and the postal address should be somewhere that will still accept mail months later. For mainland Chinese institutions, arrange the supporting document in advance so the application does not sit unapproved.
