很多学生以为雅思报名最难的一步是抢考位，真正容易出问题的地方却在证件上。报名时填进去的姓名拼音、证件类型和证件号码，会一路跟着你走到考试当天的身份核验环节，任何一项对不上，考点都只能按规则处理。下面按教育部教育考试院（NEEA）与雅思官方中文网站公布的现行规定，把报名可用证件、核心信息改动的官方路径、以及考试当天要带什么、几点到场讲清楚。
Booking an IELTS test looks like a calendar problem, yet the part that actually stops people at the door is paperwork. The name, document type and document number you enter during registration are read again on test day, and they have to match the documents in your hand. The rules below follow the NEEA registration notice for mainland China and the official British Council test day guidance. Two details surprise candidates most often: an expired card is treated as no card at all, and the spelling printed on a passport does not always follow the order students are used to writing.
报名可以使用的证件范围
雅思报名对证件类型有明确清单。中国教育考试网发布的《关于雅思考试报名证件的规定》写得很直白：自2017年6月30日（含当日）起，网上报名可接受的身份证件为中国大陆考生凭有效的二代身份证或护照，香港、澳门考生凭有效的身份证或护照，台湾考生凭有效的台湾居民来往大陆通行证（台胞证），非中国籍考生凭有效的护照。同一份规定也列出了不予接受的情形，包括一代身份证、户口本、户籍证明、公安机关身份证明、机动车驾驶证、学生证、工作证、中华人民共和国来往港澳通行证、港澳居民来往内地通行证（回乡证）、香港签证身份书、社保卡、军官证，以及任何过期证件。这份清单从2017年6月30日执行至今，公开渠道没有出现放宽的公告，报名前照它自查一遍最省事。
The accepted documents are grouped by candidate category rather than by convenience. Mainland Chinese candidates register with a valid second-generation resident ID card or a passport; candidates from Hong Kong and Macau use a valid ID card or passport; Taiwanese candidates use the Taiwan Compatriot Permit; non-Chinese nationals use a valid passport. Everything else on the excluded list stays excluded, including household registers, police identity certificates, driving licences, student and work cards, travel permits issued to Hong Kong and Macau residents, social security cards, military officer certificates and any document past its expiry date. That notice took effect on 30 June 2017 and remains the reference document, so the sensible approach is to compare your own paperwork against it before paying anything. Candidates who plan to register with a passport should also check that the same passport will still be valid months later, because switching documents between registration and test day is not a supported route. A photo of both sides of the document, saved next to the booking confirmation, settles most arguments later.
核心信息为什么不能自己改
报名系统里的姓名（中文与英文）、性别、身份证件类型、身份证件号码和出生日期属于核心个人信息。注册页面本身就会提示，这些信息将用于雅思考试本身，提交之后不向考生开放自行修改。确实填错了，要走教育部教育考试院雅思考试全国服务热线（010-82345671，邮箱 ielts@mail.neea.edu.cn），提交《雅思考生更改信息申请表》并附相关证明文件，由官方审核后处理；报名截止之后，连非核心信息也要通过同一条渠道并提供证明。单科重考还有一条额外的硬性要求：单科重考的报名信息必须与对应全科考试完全一致，不能单独修改。常见的错误是英文姓名按日常习惯填写，把英文名写在姓前面，或者漏掉证件上确实存在的中间名，而护照上的拼写顺序通常是姓在前、名在后。
Name in Chinese and English, gender, identity document type, document number and date of birth are treated as core registration data. The system warns you about this while you are registering, and once submitted, none of those five fields can be edited from your own account. Corrections run through the NEEA national service line at 010-82345671 or ielts@mail.neea.edu.cn, with a completed candidate change-of-information form and supporting documents attached; after the registration deadline the same route applies even to non-core fields. A One Skill Retake adds one more constraint, since its registration details must be identical to the full test it is attached to and cannot be altered on their own. Spelling problems usually come from habit rather than carelessness: writing the given name first, or dropping a middle name that the passport does print, when the passport itself lists the surname first. Fixing a name after the deadline is slow and depends on official review, so the cheap move is to copy the letters straight from the document while the form is still open.
考试当天带什么 几点到场
考试当天必须携带与报名时一致且有效的身份证件原件，以及自己打印出来的准考证。纸笔考生在笔试日期前8天可以打印准考证，机考考生在笔试日期前2天可以打印，入口都在报名网站的个人主页。到场时间按考试模式区分：纸笔考生07:30到达考点，检录从08:00开始，08:30是入场截止时间；机考上午场08:00到达，下午场13:00到达，晚场17:00到达。口试环节要求口试开始时间前至少30分钟到达考点报到候考，口试截止入场时间为口试时间前15分钟。迟到的考生无法进入考场，无法参加任何考试科目，并且不得转考、退考或退费，已完成科目的成绩会被取消。除一瓶去除标签的饮用水和个人必需药品之外，其他物品不允许带进考场，所有电子设备包括手表都必须关闭后放在指定区域，考试过程中还可能在任何阶段接受电子扫描。
On test day you carry the original document you used at registration plus a self-printed admission ticket. Paper-based candidates can print that ticket eight days before the written test and computer-delivered candidates two days before, both from the personal page of the registration website. Arrival windows differ by mode: 07:30 for paper-based tests, with check-in running from 08:00 and the doors closing at 08:30, and 08:00, 13:00 or 17:00 for the morning, afternoon and evening computer sessions. Check-in before the written test combines document inspection with fingerprint verification on an electronic scanner, which uses no ink, liquid or chemicals, after which each candidate is given a paper wristband. 有效期 换证与时间线
"有效"两个字是独立条件：报名当天有效，不代表考试当天仍然有效。身份证换发、护照到期换本，都会让证件号码或有效期发生变化，而报名信息不会跟着自动更新。如果考试日期刚好落在换证期间，先按前面的热线流程处理，不要带着旧证件去考场。时间线上还有几个官方数字值得记住：成绩自考试日期起2年内有效；自2026年1月1日起，雅思考试与用于英国签证及移民的雅思考试的报名费调整为1990元，用于英国签证及移民的雅思生活技能类考试为1250元，雅思单科重考为1400元，全科转考或退考手续费为380元；成绩复议费为1400元。报名时最多可以填写5所院校或机构，官方免费寄送纸质成绩单，超出部分或考后补寄按每份120元收费。护照有效期建议覆盖到成绩送出、签证材料递交之后，而不是只覆盖考试当天。
Valid means valid on the test date, not simply valid on the day you paid. Renewing a resident ID card or a passport changes numbers and expiry dates, and the registration record does not update itself, so a booking made with the old document stays attached to the old details. If the test falls inside a renewal window, work through the service line route described earlier instead of turning up with a document the centre cannot match. A few official figures are worth keeping: scores stay valid for two years from the test date, and from 1 January 2026 the registration fee is RMB 1990 for IELTS and IELTS for UKVI, RMB 1250 for IELTS for UKVI Life Skills, RMB 1400 for a One Skill Retake and RMB 380 for a full-test transfer or cancellation, with a score review at RMB 1400. Up to five institutions can be listed at registration for free paper score reports, and later or extra sends cost RMB 120 each. Before booking, lay the document beside the screen and compare five fields: the Chinese name, the English name and its letter-by-letter spelling and order, the document type, the document number and the date of birth, including how spaces and hyphens appear. Once the date is fixed, confirm the document stays valid through test day and that the number still matches what was entered. After the ticket is printed, re-check the candidate number, the speaking time, the venue and the room, since speaking and written components are sometimes held in different buildings, and one look at a map removes most of the morning stress. Paying the fee reserves a booking rather than guaranteeing a seat at the desk; the five fields plus the physical document are what decide that. Keeping the ticket only on a phone is a common mistake because the centre asks for a printed copy. If a detail genuinely has to change, contact the official service line as early as possible, since the options narrow sharply once the registration deadline has passed.
成绩单与签证材料怎么衔接
成绩单的寄送细节同样挂在报名信息上。雅思成绩自考试日期起2年内有效，官方通过EMS把成绩单寄往报名时填写的寄送地址，这项寄送服务仅限中国大陆地区，每位考生只收到1份成绩单原件。报名时最多可以填写5所院校或机构，官方免费寄送纸质成绩单，超出部分或考试之后补寄按每份120元收费。用二代身份证报名参加考试，本身不影响成绩单被院校认可，但英文姓名要与护照上的拼写保持可对应的关系，因为院校和签证系统核对的是护照信息。换发护照之后，如果成绩单上的姓名拼写与新护照对不上，解释成本会落在考生自己身上。递交签证材料之前，把成绩单、护照和录取文件上的姓名拼写放在一起看一遍，比事后补交材料省事得多。
