拿到录取后想推迟一年入学，笔试却必须在提交申请的那一轮考完。UAT-UK 官网的考生手册把这条规则写得很直接，推迟入学的人要在提交 UCAS 申请的当年参加考试。这篇把 deferred entry 的场次判断拆成几个可以逐条核对的点，包括一个申请周期能考几次、往年成绩能不能沿用、重新报名时账号怎么处理。很多学生以为推迟入学等于把笔试也往后推一年，实际上两者并不在同一条时间线上。涉及的日期都指 2027 入学周期，报名与截止时间一律按英国时间计算。
Deferring entry does not move the admissions test with it. The UAT-UK Candidate Handbook states plainly that if you are deferring your entry, you must sit the test in the same year you submit your UCAS application. This article works through what that means in practice, covering how many times you can sit inside one cycle, whether an older score can be reused, and what has to be done again when you register a second time.
延期入学的时间线：申请年与入学年是两件事
延期入学指的是当年提交申请、却打算在两年后入学。UCAS 的申请提交年决定你属于哪一轮，入学年份只决定你什么时候开始上课。UAT-UK 的考试周期从每年 5 月延续到次年 2 月，覆盖的正是下一个 9 月或 10 月开课的课程。推迟入学的人仍然要在提交申请的那一年考试，而不是在真正入学的年份考试。很多学生以为可以先拿到条件录取、等到入学前一年再补考，这条路走不通。成绩只在当轮申请有效，院校看到的也只会是你申请时那一轮的成绩。把申请年写在纸上，再去找这一年的考试窗口，判断就不会乱。
An admissions cycle belongs to the year in which the application is submitted, not to the year in which the course starts. UAT-UK runs each cycle from May through to February of the following calendar year, serving courses that begin the following September or October. A deferred applicant sits inside the application year, because a score earned in a later year cannot be attached to an earlier application; the institutions simply never receive it.
官方原话：推迟入学要在提交申请的当年参加考试
UAT-UK 官网的 Candidate Handbook 2027 Entry 用一句话说明这件事：If you are deferring your entry, you must sit the test in the same year you submit your UCAS application。这句话里有三个关键词，same year、submit、UCAS application，指向的都是申请年而不是入学年。手册同时写明，考试周期内的两场考试都只服务于次年 9 月或 10 月开课的课程。常见的错误是把 deferring your entry 读成延期考试，其实它只描述入学时间。判断自己该考哪一场，先看申请提交在哪一年，再在这一年的两个窗口里挑。延期入学不会让成绩多出一年的有效期，成绩跟着申请走。
The Candidate Handbook 2027 Entry settles this with one sentence: if you are deferring your entry, you must sit the test in the same year you submit your UCAS application. Read it twice, because every part of it points at the application year rather than the entry year. Work out which cycle your UCAS form belongs to, then choose October or January inside that cycle; the sentence says nothing at all about when your course actually begins.
一个申请周期只能考一次，一月场不是重考
UAT-UK 官网的 FAQ 写明，任何一个申请周期里只能参加一次考试。十月场与一月场是同一轮里的两个窗口，不是正考与补考的关系。如果你在十月场已经考过，一月场就不能再注册同一项笔试。剑桥与牛津的申请人必须在十月场应考，只有当申请的学院或项目本身是一月截止时才有例外。其余五所院校的申请人可以自己决定在哪一场考，官方写明两场没有优劣之分。很多学生把一月场当成提高分数的第二次机会，这个理解会直接踩到规则。延期入学也不改变这条限制，一个周期就是一次机会。
Each test may be sat only once within a given admissions cycle, so October and January are alternatives rather than a first attempt and a retake. Candidates for Cambridge and Oxford must sit in October unless the course they are applying to carries a January deadline. Applicants to the other institutions may choose either window, and UAT-UK states that there is no advantage in picking one over the other.
往年成绩不会自动沿用，重新申请要重新考
FAQ 里有一条问得很直白，重新申请时能不能用旧成绩。UAT-UK 的回答是不能，必须在申请的那一轮重新参加考试。Returning Candidates 页面写得更细，往年任何一项笔试的成绩，考生本人和今年申请的院校都看不到。这条规则对延期入学的人尤其要紧，如果你改变计划、放弃已经拿到的延期名额、改成下一轮重新申请，旧成绩就作废了。成绩不会因为分数高就被保留下来，官方按申请周期结算。重新考意味着重新选模块、重新缴费，也意味着要重新准备。大部分学生会在这里丢分，因为把考位当成了可以储存的资产。
The FAQ answers the reuse question directly: no, you must sit the test in the cycle in which you apply. The Returning Candidates page adds that any previous scores will not be visible to you, or to any institution you apply to this year. A deferral holds the place, not the score, so a changed plan means a fresh sitting in a new cycle with a new fee, and the old paper carries no weight.
重新报名时的账号与原 candidate ID
往年用过 UAT-UK 账号的人属于 returning candidate，报名时要用原来的账号登录，用同一个 candidate ID 预约。官网明确要求不要新建账号。这里有个技术原因，成绩与账号绑定后按课程逐条匹配到 UCAS 申请，重复账号会让匹配出问题。忘记密码可以走重置入口，重置不成功再通过页面上的表单联系 UAT-UK。常见的错误是换一个邮箱重新注册，最后发现成绩挂在一个自己都查不到的账号上。这一步最容易在报名开放当天被忽略，因为页面看起来和第一次注册没有区别。
Anyone who set up a Pearson account for UAT-UK in a previous year counts as a returning candidate and should log into that existing account to book under the same candidate ID. UAT-UK asks you not to create a second account, because scores are matched to your UCAS application course by course. If the password reset fails, use the form on the Returning Candidates page instead of registering again under a new email address.
特殊安排与助学金每年都要重新申请
特殊安排和助学金都不会自动延续到下一轮。官网写明，往年批准过的特殊安排要重新提交申请，证据材料按当年要求准备。助学金同理，要重新提交并且更新家庭收入类文件。助学金的审核最多五个工作日，特殊安排最多十个工作日，两者都要先申请、后报名。一月场的特殊安排申请截止 2026 年 12 月 7 日 18:00，助学金截止 2026 年 12 月 14 日 18:00，都在英国时间。延期入学的申请人如果同时换了申请院校，特殊安排仍然要按新一轮走。缺席考试不会让助学金重新发放，钱只发一次。
Access arrangements and bursaries both have to be requested again each year. UAT-UK says a previously approved arrangement must be applied for afresh with current evidence, and that a former bursary holder must reapply with updated documents. Review takes up to five working days for a bursary and up to ten for access arrangements, so submit both applications before the booking deadline rather than alongside it.
十月场与一月场的日期和已经过去的报名截止
2027 入学周期的十月场是 2026 年 10 月 12 日至 16 日，成绩在 2026 年 11 月 16 日经 UAT-UK 账号发布。十月场的报名已经在 2026 年 9 月 28 日 18:00 截止，官方不接受逾期预约。一月场是 2027 年 1 月 4 日至 8 日，报名从 2026 年 10 月 26 日 15:00 开放，截止 2026 年 12 月 21 日 18:00，成绩在 2027 年 2 月 8 日发布。特殊安排与助学金的申请表在 2026 年 10 月 5 日重新开放。现在才决定要考的延期入学申请人，实际上只剩一月场这一条路，除非申请的院校本身要求十月场。报名窗口一旦关闭，官方不接受任何形式的补报。
For 2027 entry the October sitting runs from 12 to 16 October 2026, with results released through your UAT-UK account on 16 November 2026. Booking for that sitting closed on 28 September 2026 at 6pm UK time, and late bookings are not accepted. The January sitting runs from 4 to 8 January 2027, opening for booking on 26 October 2026 and closing on 21 December 2026, with results due on 8 February 2027.
牛剑申请人的十月场要求与延期入学的关系

Cambridge and Oxford applicants are normally required to sit in October, and deferring entry does not change that. Only two exceptions are published, a Cambridge mature college with a January admissions deadline and the Astrophoria Foundation Year at Oxford. A deferred applicant to either university therefore sits in October of the application year, never in a January window belonging to a later cycle.
中国内地香港澳门考区的固定单日
在中国内地、香港和澳门应考的考生不能在一整周里任选日期。ESAT 只在十月 12 日或 13 日、以及一月 6 日开考。TARA 只在十月 14 日与一月 7 日开考。TMUA 只在十月 15 日或 16 日、以及一月 8 日开考。这条限制来自 2024 年 10 月发生的试题外流事件，UAT-UK 官网写明是出于考试安全与诚信考虑，并明确不做任何例外。延期入学的申请人要按这三张笔试的固定日来倒推报名时间。选择考点时也要先确认该考点在固定日还有没有余位。
Candidates sitting in mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau cannot pick any day inside the window. ESAT is offered only on 12 or 13 October and on 6 January, TARA only on 14 October and 7 January, and TMUA only on 15 or 16 October and on 8 January. UAT-UK introduced these fixed days after the October 2024 test content incident and states that no exceptions can be made.
该考哪一场：三种常见情形的判断
第一种情形是这一轮就提交申请、同时申请延期入学，考试要放在提交申请的这一年，十月已经过了就选一月。第二种情形是已经考过一轮、准备重新申请，旧成绩不再可用，要在新一轮重新报名考试。第三种情形是今年还不打算申请、准备明年再提交，那就不要提前考，成绩只对当轮有效。判断顺序是先确认申请提交的年份与 UCAS 截止日，再确认申请的院校是否要求十月场，最后才去挑考点与日期。很多学生以为早考可以留出重考的时间，规则里没有重考这一说。把三种情形对号入座，剩下的就只是场次与考位的选择。
Three situations cover most deferred-entry questions. If you are applying now and asking for a deferral, sit in the application year, choosing January once October has closed. If you already sat a test and are applying again, the old score is gone, so you sit afresh in the new cycle. If you are not applying this year, wait, because a score earned now cannot serve a later application.
分数怎么算，成绩怎么送到院校
ESAT 的每个模块、TMUA 的整体、以及 TARA 的批判性思维与问题解决各自给一个 1 到 9 分的成绩，保留一位小数。TARA 的写作任务不打分，答题副本直接送给需要它的院校。答错不扣分，所以每一题都值得作答，考试也没有及格线。官方在 Prepare 页面写明中位数固定在 4.5，第 90 百分位固定在 7.0，分数按当年考生群体的能力分布换算。成绩在考试后约四周经账号发布并邮件通知，随后按课程自动送到你在 UCAS 上申请的院校。考生不能选择谁能看到成绩，也不能撤回。延期入学不会改变送达方式，成绩照样直接进院校系统。
ESAT reports a score for each module, TMUA reports one overall score, and TARA reports separate scores for Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, all on a scale of 1 to 9 recorded to one decimal place. The TARA Writing Task is unscored and is passed to the institutions exactly as written. Marks are not deducted for a wrong answer, there is no pass mark, and the median is fixed at 4.5 with the 90th percentile at 7.0.
报名费、助学金与考点的选择顺序
考试费用按考点所在地计算，英国与爱尔兰 78 英镑，其他地区 133 英镑，与国籍无关。助学金可以覆盖全额考试费，但要先申请、后报名，先付费的话官方不退。一月场的助学金申请截止 2026 年 12 月 14 日，审核最多五个工作日。特殊安排最多十个工作日，如果考场需要单独房间或读题员，官方建议在截止日之前尽早提交。考点余位先到先得，官方建议尽快预约，否则可能落到较远或者时间不顺的考点。延期入学的申请人通常只面对一月场，报名一开放就该动手。把费用、助学金和考位三件事排好顺序，比反复刷新页面有用。
Test fees depend on where the test centre is located rather than on nationality, at 78 pounds in the UK and the Republic of Ireland and 133 pounds elsewhere. A bursary can cover the full fee, but it has to be approved before booking, because UAT-UK will not refund a fee already paid. Places at test centres are allocated on a first come basis, so book as early as the window allows.
延期入学申请人提交前的六项核对
第一步确认你属于哪一轮申请，以 UCAS 提交年份为准，而不是入学年份。第二步确认申请的院校有没有十月场要求，牛剑一般是有的。第三步检查账号，往年用过就沿用原账号与原 candidate ID。第四步核对特殊安排与助学金，过去的批准不延续，要重新提交证据。第五步把日期写进日历，一月场的报名截止是 2026 年 12 月 21 日 18:00。第六步留出考点与日期的余量，中国内地、香港和澳门只有固定单日。核对完这六项再报名，比报名之后再发现场次不对要省事得多。
Six checks are worth doing before you book. Confirm which cycle your application belongs to by looking at the UCAS submission year rather than the entry year, and check whether your courses require the October sitting. Log into any existing account instead of creating a new one, and request access arrangements and a bursary again because last year's approvals do not carry over. Put the January deadline of 21 December 2026 into your calendar, along with the fixed single days that apply in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau.
