2026 年六城日程与场地
北京场是 6 月 13 日星期六，场地在北京三里屯洲际酒店。上海场是 6 月 21 日星期日，在上海静安洲际酒店。武汉场是 6 月 28 日星期日，在武汉万达嘉华酒店。广州场是 7 月 5 日星期日，在广州粤海喜来登酒店。成都场是 7 月 12 日星期日，在成都群光君悦酒店。收官站杭州场是 7 月 19 日星期日，在杭州 JW 万豪酒店。六场时间统一为下午两点到五点，报名走 British Council 官网的活动页。往年靠后的城市席位最紧张，选城市时按未来同学分布来挑，比按离家远近更划算。
The 2026 route opened in Beijing on Saturday 13 June and closed in Hangzhou on Sunday 19 July, with Shanghai, Wuhan, Guangzhou and Chengdu in between; every session ran from 14:00 to 17:00. Registration went through the British Council website, and the later stops filled first, which is worth remembering for the next cycle. Picking the city where your future classmates will be is more useful than picking the one nearest home.

The published running order is tight: a five-minute welcome, around eighty-five minutes of Study UK briefing, then a full hour from UKVI on the student visa. A thirty-minute question session follows, which is the best chance to test your own paperwork against an official answer; after that comes an hour of breakout sessions with university representatives. A two-hour alumni reception closed the day in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou only, so arrive with a written list of questions rather than hoping to remember them.
签证环节讲什么：资金、费用与加急
行前会的签证部分不讲空话，2026 年官网上列出的内容就是学生最常卡住的四项，存款证明怎么开、签证费多少、能不能加急、eVisa 怎么注册。存款证明的坑最多，钱要连续存满二十八天，而且这二十八天的结束日必须落在递交申请前三十一天之内。常见的错误是考试季先把钱挪去交学费，等到要递签再补存，二十八天窗口被自己打断。签证费目前是 558 英镑，加急服务要在递交当天确认是否开放，名额按日放出。

The money rule catches people every year, because the balance must stay above the threshold for twenty-eight consecutive days and that window has to close within thirty-one days of the application date. The visa fee is currently 558 pounds, and priority slots are released by the day, so check availability when you actually apply.
eVisa 与 UKVI 账户：出发前的必做动作
英国的学生签证已经全面数字化，生物信息居留卡在 2024 年 10 月 31 日之后不再发放，手里的旧卡也全部到期。现在的身份凭证是 eVisa，存在线上，进出英国靠护照与 UKVI 账户关联，边检扫描护照后读取的就是这份电子记录。没有账户的人要用护照、申请编号或旧卡号建一个，再用英国移民身份核验应用完成人脸核身。过期的旧卡还能用一段时间，可用期限是印在卡上到期日之后二十四个月，或者 2026 年 12 月 31 日，两个日期里先到的那个。这一步最容易拖到临行前一周才发现没做。
Immigration status now lives online, because physical residence permits stopped being issued after 31 October 2024 and the old cards have all expired. You prove your status with an eVisa linked to your passport through a UKVI account, and the border officer reads that record at the gate; setting up the account needs a passport, an application reference or an expired card number, plus the identity check app. Expired cards stay usable for twenty-four months after the printed expiry date or until 31 December 2026, whichever comes first.
生活费证明怎么算：二十八天与九个月
资金证明分两块，学费按录取确认书上的第一年金额算，已经交给学校的定金可以扣掉。生活费按每月固定额度乘月数，最多算九个月，课程超过九个月的也按九个月。根据 gov.uk 学生签证资金页，目前伦敦每月 1529 英镑，伦敦以外每月 1171 英镑，伦敦指金融城与三十二个伦敦自治市。住宿费用如果付给学校，可以在上限内抵扣，付给私人房东的押金不算。钱必须在递交申请前连续存满二十八天，这期间任何一天的余额都不能低于要求的总额。很多学生以为存够总额就行，实际上一旦断一天就前功尽弃。
The financial requirement has two parts: first-year tuition from your confirmation of acceptance, less any deposit already paid, plus living costs at a fixed monthly rate for up to nine months even on a longer course. 2026 年 11 月 30 日起的资金上调
英国内政部在 2026 年 9 月 3 日向议会提交了移民规则修订 HC 584，其中把学生签证的生活费标准从 2026 年 11 月 30 日起调高。伦敦从每月 1529 英镑提到 1570 英镑，伦敦以外从 1171 英镑提到 1203 英镑，涨幅都是百分之二点七。九个月的上限随之从 13761 英镑升到 14130 英镑，伦敦以外从 10539 英镑升到 10827 英镑。关键在时间点，按申请提交日判断，11 月 29 日提交仍按旧标准审理，11 月 30 日当天或之后提交就按新标准。准备走一月入学的学生正好卡在这个窗口上，住宿费用的抵扣上限也同步提到 1570 英镑。
The Home Office laid Statement of Changes HC 584 before Parliament on 3 September 2026, raising the student maintenance rates from 30 November 2026. London moves from 1529 to 1570 pounds a month and the rest of the UK from 1171 to 1203, both a 2.7 per cent rise, which lifts the nine-month totals to 14130 and 10827 pounds. The date that decides which figures apply is the application date rather than the course start, so an application submitted on 29 November is assessed under the old rules while one submitted on 30 November is not; the accommodation offset cap rises in step.
签证费与医疗附加费：两笔必须一起算
学生签证的申请费目前是 558 英镑，境外申请与境内延签同价，每位随行家属也要各交一次。医疗附加费是另一笔，学生与十八岁以下申请人每年 776 英镑，两年课程就是 1552 英镑，随行家属通常按同一标准交。境外申请一般三周出结果，境内延签或转签一般八周，加急服务要额外付费并且名额有限。学生签证允许在课程开始前一个月内入境，早于签证生效日到达会被拒绝登机。常见的错误是把签证费算进存款证明里，这两笔钱互不相干，各自要单独证明。
The application fee is 558 pounds whether you apply from outside the UK or extend inside it, and every dependant pays it again. The healthcare surcharge is separate: 776 pounds a year for students and under-eighteens, so a two-year visa costs 1552 pounds, with dependants usually charged at the same rate. Decisions normally take three weeks from outside the UK and eight weeks inside, priority processing costs extra, and the visa fee cannot be counted as part of your maintenance evidence.

携带现金进入英国有申报红线，按 gov.uk 的现金指引，现金、旅行支票与无记名票据合计达到或超过一万英镑等值就必须申报，同行家人或团体按合计金额算，不能靠分装规避。漏报的后果不小，边检可以当场扣下全部现金，取回时还可能被判最高五千英镑的罚款。行李侧另有一条，肉类与奶制品禁止带入，含肉的家常食品常年排在机场丢弃清单的前面。打包时把电子设备、充电器、常用药与转换插头放随身箱，其余按航司额度分配，超重的费用比在国内寄快递贵得多。
Cash has a hard threshold: under the gov.uk cash rules you must declare notes, travellers cheques and bearer instruments totalling 10000 pounds or more, and the limit applies to the family or group total rather than to each bag. Failing to declare lets Border Force seize the whole sum and can cost a penalty of up to 5000 pounds to recover it. Meat and dairy products are banned from personal luggage, which is why home-made food is the item most often binned at the airport; keep electronics, chargers, medicine and adaptors in hand luggage and spread the rest across your allowance.
中英教学差异：开学前先改三件事
行前会请了资深教育官员讲学术适应，重点是中英教学体系的差别。课堂形式先变，讲座之外还有小组讨论课，老师不点名也会默认你发言，沉默会被算作没有准备。成绩构成也变，一门课的总分常由论文、小组作业与期末考试分摊，平时不交作业就没有翻盘空间。学术规范最严，引用格式、参考文献与查重规则写进课程手册，引用不当按学术不端处理。开学前把课程手册里的评分构成与引用规范读一遍，比提前背专业词汇更救命。

Treat the two weeks before departure as your deadline and close out documents, housing, insurance and flights together.
