IELTS One Skill Retake lets you resit a single skill instead of all four; the other three scores from your original test stay valid. In mainland China the service is run by the British Council, and bookings are made inside the WeChat mini program called the IELTS Official Service Platform rather than on the national registration site; many candidates only discover this after trying to pay on the wrong page. Check the British Council's Chinese official website before you act. Entry points and fees do change from year to year.
单科重考适用于哪些考试与考生
单科重考目前只对机考考生开放，纸笔考生无法报名。适用考试包括普通雅思（IELTS）和用于英国签证及移民的雅思考试（IELTS for UKVI），学术类与培训类都在范围内。考生必须先在中国大陆地区参加过一次 BC 全科雅思机考，并已收到成绩单。重考科目从听力、阅读、写作、口语中选一科，选定之后不能更改。考试形式、题型、时长与难度，和全科机考里的对应单科完全一致。口语依旧采用人人对话模式，不会换成别的形式。按 BC 官网的说明，中国大陆 IELTS 自 2026 年 9 月 1 日起停止纸笔考试，UKVI 自 2026 年 7 月 1 日起停止纸笔考试，全部转为机考。
One Skill Retake is available for computer-delivered IELTS only, including Academic, General Training and IELTS for UKVI; paper-based candidates cannot book it. You must have sat a full IELTS on computer in mainland China and received your Test Report Form, then choose one of listening, reading, writing or speaking, and the choice is final. The retake section matches the original in format, question types, timing and difficulty, and speaking is still a face-to-face interview. From 1 September 2026 paper-based IELTS closes in mainland China, so the paper question resolves itself.
报名前的三条硬性资格条件
报名资格只有三条，每一条都不能将就。第一条是在中国大陆地区参加过 BC 全科雅思机考，并且已收到成绩单。第二条是从原全科机考日起 60 天内完成注册，并且参加考试。第三条是使用与上次全科机考完全相同的身份证件报名和入场。很多学生以为名字拼音写法差一个字母或者证件号码变动一位没关系，实际会被拦在报名环节。报名前还应先与成绩接收机构确认，对方是否认可单科重考成绩。三条同时满足才能提交订单，缺一条都通不过。
Three conditions decide whether you can book at all; miss one and the order will not complete. You need a full IELTS on computer taken in mainland China with the Test Report Form already issued. Both the retake booking and the retake itself must fall within 60 days of the original test date, and the identity document must match the one used for the full test down to the spelling of your name. Before paying, ask the receiving institution in writing whether it accepts a One Skill Retake result.
60 天窗口从原成绩单日期开始算
时间的起点不是出分日，而是原成绩单上注明的考试日期。从这个日期起 60 个自然日内，报名与考试都要完成。常见的错误是等出分、等纸质成绩单寄到再考虑重考，一周就这样消耗掉了。官方对成绩发布本身留了弹性，遇到公共假期、技术故障或成绩核查时可能延长，窗口不会跟着顺延。稳妥的做法是拿到成绩后两周内决定是否重考，留出三到四周做专项准备。考点考位先到先得，晚一步可能只剩不合适的日期。超期之后没有补救通道，系统直接关闭本次重考资格。
The 60-day clock starts on the test date printed on your original Test Report Form, not on the day results were released. Both the booking and the retake must be completed inside that window; candidates who wait for a posted certificate often lose the first week without noticing. Official guidance allows results to be delayed by public holidays, technical faults or score checks, and the retake window does not stretch with them. Book early enough to keep three or four weeks for focused preparation, because seats at participating centres are limited.

In mainland China the retake booking runs through the official WeChat mini program, which was launched on 26 April 2024 for exactly this service. A 2026 redesign brought seat search, scoring guidance and preparation resources into the same place; results, re-marks, extra Test Report Forms and invoices are handled there as well. Many people treat the mini program as a results checker only, but it is the booking system too. Never send your ID details or money to a third-party agent who claims to register for you.
全科报名与缴费走教育部教育考试院网站
普通雅思全科考试的报名与缴费，走教育部教育考试院雅思报名网站，网址是 ielts.neea.cn。官方网站写明这是唯一的官方报名缴费通道，不要通过第三方平台缴费。从 2026 年 1 月 1 日起，中国大陆 IELTS 与 UKVI 的报名费都调整为 1990 元。单科重考是另一笔单独的费用，不与全科费用合并计算。支付方式包括支付宝、中国银行中银智慧付和招商银行一网通。缴费成功后官网会发邮件确认，个人主页也能查到缴费状态。两套入口不要混用，否则会在缴费页卡住。
Full IELTS bookings and payments go through the national registration site at ielts.neea.cn, run by the National Education Examinations Authority. The official site calls it the only legitimate payment channel, so treat any third party asking for the fee as a red flag. From 1 January 2026 the mainland fee for IELTS and IELTS for UKVI is 1,990 yuan, while the One Skill Retake fee sits outside that amount and is charged separately. Alipay, Bank of China and China Merchants Bank online payment are supported, and a confirmation email follows a successful payment.
单科重考客服渠道与服务时间
单科重考有独立的客服渠道，与普通报名咨询分开。咨询电话是 010-58103306，报名或考试过程中出现问题可以直接拨打。咨询邮箱是 ieltsosr@britishcouncil.org.cn，需要提交证明材料时用它更合适。服务时间是周一至周五上午 9:00 到 12:00，下午 13:30 到 17:00，公共假期除外。申请补寄纸质成绩单也要通过这个邮箱，并附上相关证明文件。快递费由考生承担，另外可能还有一笔管理费。打电话前把注册号、考试日期与问题写清楚，沟通会快很多。
One Skill Retake has its own support desk, separate from general IELTS enquiries. The phone line is 010-58103306 and covers booking and test-day problems; email ieltsosr@britishcouncil.org.cn is the better route when documents are involved. Staff answer from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 17:00, excluding public holidays. Requests for an extra paper Test Report Form go to the same mailbox with supporting evidence attached, and the candidate pays the courier charge.
全国 8 座城市 13 个重考考点
单科重考并非所有雅思考点都承接，目前集中在北京、上海、广州、深圳、重庆、长沙、宁波、石家庄八座城市。北京有三个考点，分别在亮马河大厦、团结湖大厦和崇文门的新世界中心。上海同样有三个，其中两个名称里直接标了单科重考字样。广州、深圳、长沙、宁波与石家庄各有一个，重庆有两个。官方页面给了每个考点的详细地址，报名前先算一下通勤时间。考位数量有限，跨城市报考要把住宿与交通一起算进成本。考点名单会随着城市增加而调整，以小程序内可选考点的实时列表为准。
Not every IELTS centre runs the retake; the mainland service sits in eight cities, namely Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Changsha, Ningbo and Shijiazhuang. Beijing and Shanghai hold three centres each, and two of the Shanghai ones are named specifically for One Skill Retake. Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Changsha, Ningbo and Shijiazhuang have one apiece, while Chongqing has two. Addresses are listed on the official page, so check travel time before booking, and remember that seats are limited.
报名费与转考退考手续费
BC 雅思官方网站列出的单科重考费用是 1400 元，比重新报考全科低一截。自 2026 年 1 月 1 日起，雅思各类考试的转考与退考手续费统一为 380 元。单科重考的订单与全科订单是两个独立订单，办理前先确认自己在操作哪一场。退考扣掉手续费之后，余额会退到报名网站的账户里，可以用于再次报考。余额不是优惠券，重新报名时仍要重新选择类型、日期和考点。只差一科就报单科重考，看上去划算，前提是目标院校认这种成绩单。费用标准可能调整，付款前以官网当期显示为准。
The British Council's Chinese official site lists the One Skill Retake fee at 1,400 yuan, well below the price of a full resit. Transfer and cancellation fees for all IELTS tests were standardised at 380 yuan from 1 January 2026. A retake order and a full-test order are separate, so check which one you are cancelling before you act; after cancellation the balance returns to your account and can fund a future booking. That balance is not a voucher, and you still pick the test type, date and centre again.
考后三天到五天出分与新成绩单
单科重考成绩通常在考试后 3 到 5 天发布，官方也保留了延长的可能。你会收到一份新的成绩单，内容是重考科目的新成绩，加上原考试其他三科的成绩。可以选择使用原始成绩单，也可以使用这份新的四科成绩单。电子成绩单能在微信小程序内下载，纸质成绩单会在成绩发布后一到三日内寄出。对成绩有异议可以申请复议，成绩单加寄与发票业务也在小程序里办理。已注册电子接收成绩的院校，会按原有方式收到新成绩。报名时填的院校信息如果有误，出分之后再改会很麻烦。
Results for the retake usually arrive within three to five days of the test, although official guidance allows longer processing. You receive a new Test Report Form showing the retaken skill alongside the other three skills from the original test, and you may use either the original form or the new one. An electronic copy can be downloaded inside the WeChat mini program, while the paper copy is couriered one to three days after the results are released. Institutions registered to receive results electronically get the new form in the usual way.
成绩认可度要先向院校确认
单科重考的成绩单不是每所院校都接受，这件事要在报名前查清。BC 官方在 2024 年 3 月公布的口径是，全球已有 1,200 多所院校机构认可单科重考成绩，名单还在增加。英国签证与移民方面，雅思官网说明 UKVI 在部分指定考点接受机考单科重考成绩。研究生项目、奖学金和部分职业注册机构的要求更细，有的明确要求单次考试的总分。稳妥的做法是保存官网认可名单，再给招生办发一封邮件做书面确认。很多学生以为成绩单是官方发的就一定通用，实际由接收方说了算。认可名单随时会变，申请季前再核对一次更保险。
Not every university accepts a One Skill Retake result, and that has to be settled before you pay. In March 2024 the British Council put recognition at more than 1,200 institutions worldwide, a list that is still growing. For visa purposes the global IELTS site states that UKVI accepts computer-delivered One Skill Retake results at selected locations. Postgraduate programmes, scholarships and some professional bodies add their own rules, and a few insist on a single sitting.
四种最常见的报名失败原因
第一种是跑去教育部教育考试院报名网站找单科重考入口，那个网站根本没有这项服务。第二种是证件不一致，换了护照或身份证号码有变动之后直接报名，信息审核过不去。第三种是想一次补两科，或者在同一场全科考试上重复报考，规则只允许一个单项一次机会。第四种是原全科成绩被扣留或取消，重考的报名与成绩会一并取消，费用不予退还。这四种情况的补救成本，都高于报名前多花十分钟核对。报名前把条件、入口、时间窗口与认可度四件事一起过一遍。超期之后的损失无法补救，只能重新报考全科。
Four mistakes account for most failed bookings. The first is hunting for a retake entry on the national registration site, which does not offer the service at all; the second is an identity mismatch after a passport or ID card has been replaced. The third is trying to retake two skills, or booking twice on the same full test, when the rule allows one skill and one retake. The fourth is a withheld or cancelled original result, which voids the retake and the fee with it.
