一、Paper 3考试结构与评分维度 | Exam Structure & Scoring

Specify replication and that you will calculate a mean. 常见失分点： 只写"control temperature"不得分——必须写"place all tubes in a water bath at 30 C for 5 minutes before starting"。越具体越稳。

三、数据表格的规范格式 | Proper Data Tables

制表题通常2-4分。必须满足：表头写变量名和单位（如"Time / s"），单位用斜线分隔；自变量放最左侧列；同一列数据的有效数字位数必须一致；如有计算列，显示公式并确保单位正确。

Every column heading needs variable name + unit separated by slash. Independent variable goes leftmost. All data in one column must have consistent decimal places matching instrument precision.

四、作图题的完整拿分清单 | Graph-Plotting Checklist

作图题4-6分，评分标准固定。九条规则确保满分：坐标轴标注变量名和单位；刻度均匀递增且数据点占据至少一半图纸空间；用小叉号精确描点；画最佳拟合线，让点均匀分布在线两侧；异常值用圆圈标出并在评估部分分析。

Label axes with variable + unit. Use a sensible linear scale covering over half the grid. Plot with small crosses. Draw a line of best fit balancing points above and below. Circle anomalous points and discuss them in your evaluation.

High-power detail: 3-4 cells, double-line cell walls, label 3+ organelles, calculate magnification. 最易丢分的3个细节： 标签线忘用尺子画；比例尺漏写单位；平面图里误画了单个细胞（平面图只看组织层面！）。

六、显微镜测量与放大倍数计算 | Microscope Measurement & Magnification

核心公式：Magnification = Image size / Actual size。目镜测微尺（eyepiece graticule）须用镜台测微尺（stage micrometer）校准。切换物镜后必须重新校准。

M = I / A. Calibrate the eyepiece graticule with a stage micrometer by aligning scales. Recalibrate every time you change objective lenses.

常见生化检测速查：

还原糖（Benedict's test）：加Benedict's试剂→沸水浴5分钟→蓝→绿→黄→橙→砖红（浓度递增）。
Reducing sugars: Benedict's + heat 5 min → blue to brick-red precipitate.

Identify 2+ sources of error (systematic vs random). Explain how each affects the result. Suggest specific, actionable improvements — "use a colorimeter" scores much higher than "be more accurate".

九、酶活性实验的变量控制与时间策略 | Enzyme Practicals Strategy

酶实验是Paper 3高频考点。关键策略：所有溶液在混合前在反应温度下预热至少5分钟；加入酶的瞬间开始计时；明确定义反应终点（如"碘液加入后30秒内颜色不再变化"）。

Pre-warm all solutions for 5+ min at reaction temperature. Start timing the moment enzyme is added. Define the endpoint precisely — e.g. "iodine shows no colour change within 30 seconds".
