IGCSE CAIE 法语考试考查你在实际情境中理解与使用法语的能力,但语法、词汇和应试技巧上的小错误往往会丢掉很多分数。本复习指南列出考生最常见的误区,并通过清晰的示例说明如何纠正,内容覆盖语法准确性、词汇陷阱、四份试卷的应对方式以及可执行的复习方法。
1. Noun Gender and Articles | 名词性别与冠词
Many learners assume that French noun gender follows natural gender or English habits. In fact, every French noun is either masculine or feminine, and gender affects the article, the adjective and the pronoun. Common errors include writing "le table" instead of "la table" and "un école" instead of "une école".
许多学习者以为法语名词的性总是遵循自然性别或英语习惯。实际上,每个法语名词要么是阳性,要么是阴性,性别会影响冠词、形容词和代词。常见错误包括把 la table 写成 le table,把 une école 写成 un école。
To fix this, learn nouns with their article as a single chunk: "la table", "un ordinateur", "les amis", "une information". Pay special attention to endings: -tion, -sion, -té and -ette are often feminine, while -age, -ment, -eau and -phone are often masculine. Watch out for the famous exceptions "le problème", "le système", "le programme" and "le fromage".
纠正方法是把名词和冠词当成一个整体来记:la table、un ordinateur、les amis、une information。要特别注意词尾:-tion、-sion、-té、-ette 常为阴性,而 -age、-ment、-eau、-phone 常为阳性。注意著名例外:le problème、le système、le programme、le fromage。
| Common Mistake | 常见错误 | Correction | 正确形式 |
|---|---|
| le table | la table |
| un maison | une maison |
| la problème | le problème |
| un école | une école |
Remember also that the article changes in negative statements and after expressions of quantity: "Je n'ai pas de voiture", "beaucoup de travail", "un peu de patience". Candidates often write "Je n'ai pas une voiture", which is a clear accuracy error.
还要记住,在否定句和数量表达之后冠词会变化:Je n'ai pas de voiture、beaucoup de travail、un peu de patience。考生常写成 Je n'ai pas une voiture,这是明显的准确性错误。
2. Adjective Agreement and Position | 形容词性数配合与位置
French adjectives must agree in gender and number with the noun they describe. A mistake like "une robe blanc" is wrong because "robe" is feminine, so "blanche" is required. Similarly, "des livres intéressant" must become "des livres intéressants".
法语形容词必须与所修饰的名词在性、数上配合。像 une robe blanc 这样的错误,是因为 robe 是阴性,必须用 blanche。同样,des livres intéressant 应改为 des livres intéressants。
Position is a second trap. Most adjectives follow the noun ("une voiture rouge", "un film intéressant"), but a small group usually goes before it. A useful memory aid is the set of adjectives describing beauty, age, goodness and size: "une belle maison", "un vieil homme", "une bonne idée", "une petite fille".
位置是第二个陷阱。大多数形容词放在名词之后(une voiture rouge、un film intéressant),但一小类形容词通常放在名词之前。常用的记忆法是表示美、年龄、好坏和大小的一组形容词:une belle maison、un vieil homme、une bonne idée、une petite fille。
| Masculine | 阳性 | Feminine | 阴性 | Note | 说明 |
|---|---|---|
| blanc | blanche | -c → -che |
| heureux | heureuse | -x → -se |
| beau | belle | Irregular | 不规则 |
| vieux | vieille | vieux → vieil before a vowel | 元音前用 vieil |
A third frequent error is missing the plural -s after a plural noun: "des étudiants intelligent" should be "des étudiants intelligents". When an adjective describes both a masculine and a feminine noun together, the masculine plural form wins: "mon frère et ma sœur sont contents".
第三个常见错误是复数名词后的形容词漏掉复数 -s:des étudiants intelligent 应写成 des étudiants intelligents。当形容词同时修饰阳性和阴性名词时,用阳性复数形式:mon frère et ma sœur sont contents。
3. Verb Tenses and Conjugation | 动词时态与变位
The single biggest source of lost marks is verb form. Candidates often mix the present tense with the perfect tense, or forget that the perfect tense needs an auxiliary verb: "J'ai mangé" is correct, while "Je mangé" is not a valid past tense form.
丢分最多的地方是动词形式。考生常把现在时和完成时混在一起,或忘记完成时必须有助动词:J'ai mangé 是正确的,而 Je mangé 不是合法的过去时形式。
With "être" as the auxiliary, the past participle agrees with the subject: "elle est allée", "ils sont partis", "nous sommes arrivés". A short list of common "être" verbs covers most exam situations: aller, venir, arriver, partir, entrer, sortir, monter, descendre, naître, mourir, rester, tomber, retourner, devenir.
用 être 作助动词时,过去分词要与主语配合:elle est allée、ils sont partis、nous sommes arrivés。掌握一小组常见的用 être 的动词即可应付大多数考试情境:aller、venir、arriver、partir、entrer、sortir、monter、descendre、naître、mourir、rester、tomber、retourner、devenir。
Learn the tense endings as patterns rather than isolated examples. The imperfect describes habitual or background actions ("Quand j'étais petit, je jouais au foot"), the future uses infinitive plus endings ("je jouerai", "nous finirons"), and the conditional uses the same stem as the future ("je voudrais", "il pourrait").
要把时态词尾当作规律来学,而不是孤立地背例句。未完成时描述习惯性或背景动作(Quand j'étais petit, je jouais au foot),将来时用不定式加词尾(je jouerai、nous finirons),条件式与将来时同词根(je voudrais、il pourrait)。
Passé composé = avoir / être (present) + past participle | 完成时 = avoir / être 现在时 + 过去分词
Check every sentence in your writing for subject and verb agreement. Reading your own text backwards, one sentence at a time, makes missing endings far easier to spot.
写作时要逐句检查主语与动词的配合。从最后一句往前逐句检查,更容易发现漏掉的词尾。
4. False Friends and Vocabulary Confusion | 假朋友与词汇混淆
False friends are words that look like English but mean something different, and they cause silent misunderstandings in reading and listening. "Actuellement" means currently, not actually; "éventuellement" means possibly, not eventually; "sensible" means sensitive, not sensible.
假朋友指拼写像英语但意思不同的词,它们会在阅读和听力中造成不易察觉的理解偏差。actuellement 意为"目前",不是"实际上";éventuellement 意为"可能",不是"最终";sensible 意为"敏感",不是"明智"。
| French Word | 法语词 | Real Meaning | 真实含义 | Not | 易混为 |
|---|---|---|
| assister à | to attend | 出席 | to assist | 帮助 |
| librairie | bookshop | 书店 | library | 图书馆 |
| passer un examen | to take an exam | 参加考试 | to pass | 通过 |
| rester | to stay | 停留 | to rest | 休息 |
Other high-frequency confusions include "attendre" (to wait for) versus "assister", "demander" (to ask) versus "to demand", "commander" (to order) versus "to command", and "monnaie" (change) versus "money". Each of these can flip the meaning of a whole sentence.
其他高频混淆还包括 attendre(等待)与 assister、demander(询问)与 demand、commander(点单、订购)与 command、monnaie(零钱)与 money。这些词任何一个用错,都可能让整句意思反转。
5. Object Pronouns and Word Order | 宾语代词与语序
Direct and indirect object pronouns replace nouns that have already been mentioned, and using the wrong one changes the meaning. "Je vois Marie" becomes "Je la vois"; "Je parle à Marie" becomes "Je lui parle". Writing "Je lui vois" is a classic error.
直接宾语代词和间接宾语代词用来替代已提到的名词,用错就会改变句意。Je vois Marie 变为 Je la vois;Je parle à Marie 变为 Je lui parle。写成 Je lui vois 是典型的错误。
The pronoun "y" replaces a place or a thing introduced by "à": "Je vais à Paris" becomes "J'y vais"; "Je pense à mon examen" becomes "J'y pense". The pronoun "en" replaces a quantity or a noun introduced by "de": "J'ai deux frères" becomes "J'en ai deux"; "Je parle de mon projet" becomes "J'en parle".
代词 y 替代由 à 引导的地点或事物:Je vais à Paris 变为 J'y vais;Je pense à mon examen 变为 J'y pense。代词 en 替代数量或由 de 引导的名词:J'ai deux frères 变为 J'en ai deux;Je parle de mon projet 变为 J'en parle。
When two pronouns appear together, they follow a fixed order: me / te / se / nous / vous, then le / la / les, then lui / leur, then y, then en. So "Il me le donne" and "Je lui en parle" are correct, while "Je le lui donne" must keep the indirect pronoun before the direct one in this exact sequence.
两个代词同时出现时,顺序是固定的:me / te / se / nous / vous,然后 le / la / les,然后 lui / leur,然后 y,然后 en。所以 Il me le donne 和 Je lui en parle 是正确的;在这一固定序列中,间接代词要放在直接代词之前。
In negative sentences, "ne" and "pas" wrap around the pronoun and the verb together: "Je ne le vois pas", "Je n'y vais jamais". Candidates frequently place "pas" too early, which breaks the structure.
在否定句中,ne 和 pas 要把代词和动词一起包在中间:Je ne le vois pas、Je n'y vais jamais。考生常把 pas 放得太早,破坏了句子结构。
6. Prepositions with Places and Countries | 地点与国名前的介词
Prepositions with countries and cities follow clear patterns. Feminine countries take "en": "en France", "en Angleterre", "en Chine". Masculine countries take "au": "au Canada", "au Japon", "au Portugal". Plural countries take "aux": "aux États-Unis", "aux Pays-Bas". Cities take "à": "à Paris", "à Londres".
国名和城市前的介词有明确规律。阴性国名用 en:en France、en Angleterre、en Chine。阳性国名用 au:au Canada、au Japon、au Portugal。复数国名用 aux:aux États-Unis、aux Pays-Bas。城市用 à:à Paris、à Londres。
To express coming from a place, use "de" with cities and feminine countries, "du" with masculine countries and "des" with plural ones: "je viens de Paris", "je viens de France", "je viens du Canada", "je viens des États-Unis". Writing "à la France" or "de le Canada" is always wrong.
表示"来自"某地时,城市和阴性国名用 de,阳性国名用 du,复数国名用 des:je viens de Paris、je viens de France、je viens du Canada、je viens des États-Unis。写成 à la France 或 de le Canada 都是错的。
Watch other preposition pairs too: "jouer à" for sports ("je joue au tennis") but "jouer de" for instruments ("je joue du piano"); "penser à" for remembering something, "penser de" for having an opinion. Prepositions are tested constantly in both reading and writing.
也要注意其他介词搭配:运动用 jouer à(je joue au tennis),乐器用 jouer de(je joue du piano);penser à 表示想起某事,penser de 表示对某事的看法。介词在阅读和写作中被反复考查。
7. Listening Paper: Traps and Fixes | 听力卷:陷阱与对策
In the listening paper, the most damaging mistake is waiting for the exact words of the question. Speakers paraphrase constantly, so "Je ne suis pas libre samedi" answers a question about availability, not about freedom. Train yourself to listen for meaning, not for matching words.
在听力卷中,最有害的错误是等着听题目里的原词。说话人不断换说法,所以 Je ne suis pas libre samedi 回应的是"是否有空",而不是"自由"。要训练自己听意思,而不是听对应的词。
Liaison and elision cause many failures: "les amis" sounds like "lé zami", "un petit enfant" links the words together, and the "ne" of negation is often swallowed so that "je ne sais pas" sounds like "je sais pas". Use the context of the whole sentence, including intonation, to identify the negative meaning.
连音和省音造成许多失误:les amis 听起来像"lé zami",un petit enfant 会把词连起来读,而否定词 ne 常被吞掉,je ne sais pas 听起来像 je sais pas。要借助整句语境和语调来判断否定含义。
Practical routine: read the questions before the recording starts, underline the key word in each question, note the number or name you are listening for, and never leave a blank. A guess costs nothing, while an empty box guarantees zero.
实用流程:录音开始前先读题,在每个问题中划出关键词,留意你要捕捉的数字或人名,并且绝不留空。猜一个不扣分,留空则必然零分。
8. Reading and Writing Paper Technique | 阅读与写作技巧
In the reading paper, students lose marks by copying long chunks of the text instead of answering in their own words or within the word limit. Read the question first, locate the relevant paragraph, then compress the answer to the required length.
在阅读卷中,学生常因为照抄大段原文、而不是用自己的话或在字数限制内作答而丢分。先读题,定位相关段落,再把答案压缩到规定长度。
For writing, plan before you write. A short plan with three or four bullet points keeps you on topic and helps you show a range of tenses. Aim to include at least one present tense sentence, one past tense sentence and one future or conditional sentence, plus one opinion with "je pense que" or "à mon avis".
写作要先规划。用三到四个要点列一个简短提纲,能让你不跑题,也有助于展示多种时态。目标至少包含一个现在时句子、一个过去时句子、一个将来时或条件式句子,再加一个用 je pense que 或 à mon avis 表达的观点。
- Answer every bullet point in the task; missing one limits your content marks. | 任务中的每个要点都要写到,漏掉一个会限制内容分。
- Keep sentences short and accurate rather than long and broken. | 宁可句子短而准确,也不要长而错误。
- Use connectives such as "d'abord", "ensuite", "cependant", "donc", "enfin". | 使用 d'abord、ensuite、cependant、donc、enfin 等连接词。
- Reserve three to five minutes to check accents, verb endings and adjective agreement. | 留三到五分钟检查重音符号、动词词尾和形容词配合。
Always check the word count guidance in the current specification, because writing far too little limits your range of language, while writing far too much wastes time you need for checking.
一定要查看最新考纲中的字数要求:写得太少会限制语言展示范围,写得太多则会占用你检查的时间。
9. Speaking Exam: Role Play and Conversation | 口语考试:角色扮演与对话
In the role play, one-line answers such as "oui" or "non" cannot show your language. Extend every answer with a reason or a detail: "Oui, j'aime beaucoup le cinéma, surtout les films français". In the task where you must ask questions, prepare the question words in advance: "où", "quand", "combien", "pourquoi", "comment".
在角色扮演中,oui 或 non 这样的一词回答无法展示语言能力。每个回答都要加上理由或细节:Oui, j'aime beaucoup le cinéma, surtout les films français。在需要你提问的任务中,提前准备好疑问词:où、quand、combien、pourquoi、comment。
In the topic presentation and general conversation, avoid preparing a memorised speech that does not fit the question. Examiners notice rehearsed answers that ignore the prompt, and this limits your interaction marks. Listen carefully, then respond to what was actually asked.
在主题陈述和一般对话中,避免准备一段与问题无关的背诵稿。考官很容易看出答非所问的背诵内容,这会限制你的互动分。先认真听,再针对真正被问到的问题作答。
Pronunciation errors that block meaning matter more than accent perfection. Focus on clear endings, correct nasal vowels in "on", "an", "in", and the difference between "u" and "ou", as in "tu" and "tout". Speak slowly enough to be understood rather than quickly and unclearly.
影响理解的发音错误比口音是否完美更重要。重点是清晰的词尾、on、an、in 的鼻化元音,以及 u 与 ou 的区别,如 tu 和 tout。宁可说得慢一点让人听懂,也不要又快又含糊。
10. Accents, Spelling and Homophones | 重音符号、拼写与同音词
Accents are not decoration; they change meaning and are marked in writing tasks. "a" is the verb "has" while "à" is the preposition "to"; "ou" means "or" while "où" means "where"; "la" is an article while "là" means "there"; "sur" means "on" while "sûr" means "sure".
重音符号不是装饰,它们会改变意思,并在写作任务中被计分。a 是动词"有",à 是介词"到";ou 意为"或者",où 意为"哪里";la 是冠词,là 意为"那里";sur 意为"在……上",sûr 意为"确定的"。
| Without Accent | 无重音 | With Accent | 带重音 | Meaning | 含义 |
|---|---|---|
| a | à | has / to | 有 / 到 |
| ou | où | or / where | 或者 / 哪里 |
| du | dû | of the / owed | 的 / 应付的 |
| cote | côte / côté | rating / coast / side | 评级 / 海岸 / 侧面 |
In the dictation or gap-fill sections, the cedilla in "ça" and "français", and the diaeresis in "Noël" and "naïf", are frequently missed. Build a personal spelling list of the ten words you always get wrong and test yourself on them twice a week.
在听写或填空部分,ça、français 的软音符,以及 Noël、naïf 的分音符经常被漏掉。把你自己总写错的十个词列成个人拼写清单
