San Jose is the largest city in Northern California and the seat of Santa Clara County, sitting at the southern tip of San Francisco Bay. Often called the capital of Silicon Valley, it combines a globally significant technology economy with mountains, parks, museums and one of the most diverse communities in the United States.

That mild, stable climate is one reason the region attracted engineers and firms in the first place.
