1. The Spanish Alphabet and Pronunciation | 西班牙语字母与发音
Spanish uses the same 26 letters as English, plus one extra: ñ (eñe). Mastering the sounds early will help you read aloud and spell correctly. Pay attention to the vowels — they are pure and short: a (ah), e (eh), i (ee), o (oh), u (oo). Unlike English, Spanish vowels never change their sound.
西班牙语使用和英语相同的 26 个字母,外加一个 Ñ。尽早掌握发音有助于你准确朗读和拼写。特别注意元音——它们短促而纯粹:a 类似“啊”,e 类似“诶”,i 类似“衣”,o 类似“哦”,u 类似“乌”。和英语不同,西班牙语元音从不改变发音。
Letters like h are always silent (hola sounds like 'ola'). The letter j has a strong 'h' sound from the throat, as in jamón. ll is often pronounced like the 'y' in 'yes' (though regional variations exist). c before e or i sounds like 'th' in most of Spain, or 's' in Latin America.
字母 h 总是不发音(hola 读作“欧拉”)。字母 j 发出强烈的喉音“h”,例如 jamón。字母组合 ll 通常读作类似“yes”中的 y(存在地区差异)。字母 c 在 e 或 i 前,在西班牙大部分地区发“th”音,在拉丁美洲发“s”音。
Roll your 'r': a single r at the start of a word or a double rr is trilled. Practice with perro (dog) and rojo (red).
大舌音:词首的 r 或双写 rr 需要弹舌颤动。可以用 perro(狗)和 rojo(红色)来练习。
2. Greetings, Introductions and Feelings | 问候、自我介绍与感受
An immediate goal is to be able to greet someone, ask how they are, and introduce yourself. Start with ¡Hola! (Hello) and Buenos días (Good morning). In the afternoon use Buenas tardes and at night Buenas noches.
第一个目标是能够问候他人、询问对方状态并介绍自己。从 ¡Hola!(你好)和 Buenos días(早上好)开始。下午用 Buenas tardes,晚上用 Buenas noches。
When asked ¿Cómo estás? (How are you?), typical answers include Estoy bien (I'm fine), Estoy regular (I'm okay) or Estoy mal (I'm not well). Notice how the verb estar is used for temporary states.
当被问到 ¿Cómo estás?(你好吗?),常见回答有 Estoy bien(我很好)、Estoy regular(一般般)或 Estoy mal(我不太好)。注意动词 estar 用于表达短暂状态。
To introduce yourself, say Me llamo [your name] (I'm called...) or Soy [your name] (I am...). Then you can ask ¿Cómo te llamas? and respond with Mucho gusto (Nice to meet you).
自我介绍时,说 Me llamo [名字](我叫……)或 Soy [名字](我是……)。然后可以问 ¿Cómo te llamas?,并说 Mucho gusto(很高兴认识你)。
3. Numbers 0–31 and Telling Your Age | 数字 0–31 与表达年龄
Numbers underpin so much classroom language: giving your age, saying the date, taking part in bingo games. Learn the sequence 0–15 by heart: cero, uno, dos, tres, cuatro, cinco, seis, siete, ocho, nueve, diez, once, doce, trece, catorce, quince.
数字是课堂语言的基础:表达年龄、说出日期、参与数字游戏等。要熟记 0–15 的序列:cero, uno, dos, tres, cuatro, cinco, seis, siete, ocho, nueve, diez, once, doce, trece, catorce, quince。
From 16 onwards, notice the pattern: dieciséis (16), diecisiete (17), dieciocho (18), diecinueve (19). Then veinte (20), veintiuno (21) and so on until treinta y uno (31). The word 'y' (and) is used between tens and units from 31 upwards, but is optional in the twenties.
从 16 开始,注意构成模式:dieciséis (16), diecisiete (17), dieciocho (18), diecinueve (19)。然后是 veinte (20), veintiuno (21),直至 treinta y uno (31)。31 以上十位和个位之间用 y(和)连接,但 20 几的写法连在一起。
To give your age, use Tengo [number] años (I am [number] years old). The verb tener (to have) is used for age, not 'ser'. So Tengo doce años means 'I am twelve'.
表达年龄时用 Tengo [数字] años。这里的动词是 tener(有),而不是 ser。所以 Tengo doce años 意思是“我十二岁”。
4. Family Members and Possessive Adjectives | 家庭成员与物主形容词
Describing your family is a common first project. Key nouns: madre (mother), padre (father), hermano (brother), hermana (sister), abuelo (grandfather), abuela (grandmother), tío (uncle), tía (aunt). Remember that the masculine plural padres can mean 'parents', and hermanos can mean 'siblings'.
描述家人是常见的入门项目。关键名词:madre(母亲)、padre(父亲)、hermano(兄弟)、hermana(姐妹)、abuelo(祖父)、abuela(祖母)、tío(叔叔)、tía(阿姨)。注意阳性复数 padres 可指“父母”,hermanos 可指“兄弟姐妹”。
Possessive adjectives agree with the noun they describe, not the owner. So mi hermano (my brother) but mis hermanas (my sisters). The full set: mi/mis (my), tu/tus (your, singular informal), su/sus (his, her, your formal, their). KS3 does not require the full 'nuestro/vuestro' set yet.
物主形容词需与所修饰名词保持单复数一致,而非与所有者一致。因此是 mi hermano(我的哥哥)和 mis hermanas(我的姐妹们)。完整系列:mi/mis(我的)、tu/tus(你的)、su/sus(他的、她的、您的、他们的)。KS3 暂时不要求掌握 nuestro/vuestro。
Build sentences: Tengo dos hermanos y una hermana. Mi hermano mayor se llama Pablo. (I have two brothers and one sister. My older brother is called Pablo.) Practise using se llama, tiene ... años and es ... to describe each person.
练习造句:Tengo dos hermanos y una hermana. Mi hermano mayor se llama Pablo.(我有两个兄弟和一个姐妹。我哥哥叫巴勃罗。)用 se llama、tiene ... años 和 es ... 来描述每一个人。
5. School Subjects, Opinions and the Verb 'Estudiar' | 学校科目、观点与动词 estudiar
School life is a core OCR topic. Learn the subjects: matemáticas (maths), inglés (English), ciencias (science), historia (history), geografía (geography), educación física (PE), música (music), tecnología (technology), español (Spanish). Most are feminine and take la.
学校生活是 OCR 核心话题。学习科目词汇:matemáticas(数学)、inglés(英语)、ciencias(科学)、historia(历史)、geografía(地理)、educación física(体育)、música(音乐)、tecnología(技术)、español(西班牙语)。大部分是阴性名词,搭配 la。
To give opinions, use Me gusta (I like) and No me gusta (I don't like). If you really enjoy something, say Me encanta (I love). To explain why, add adjectives: interesante, aburrido/a, fácil, difícil, divertido/a, útil. Remember that me gusta is followed by a singular noun or an infinitive verb: Me gusta el español / Me gusta estudiar.
表达观点时用 Me gusta(我喜欢)和 No me gusta(我不喜欢)。如果非常喜欢,用 Me encanta。解释原因时可添加形容词:interesante(有趣的)、aburrido/a(无聊的)、fácil(容易的)、difícil(难的)、divertido/a(好玩的)、útil(有用的)。注意 me gusta 后接单数名词或动词原形:Me gusta el español / Me gusta estudiar。
The verb estudiar (to study) is a regular -ar verb. See the pattern: estudio (I study), estudias (you study), estudia (he/she studies). This same pattern works for hablar, escuchar and many others.
动词 estudiar(学习)是规则 -ar 动词。变位模式为:estudio(我学习)、estudias(你学习)、estudia(他/她学习)。同样的规则适用于 hablar、escuchar 等众多动词。
6. Free Time Activities and the Verb 'Jugar' | 闲暇活动与动词 jugar
Talking about what you do in your free time lets you use verbs like escuchar música (listen to music), ver la televisión (watch TV), jugar a videojuegos (play video games), leer libros (read books), salir con amigos (go out with friends) and hacer deporte (do sport). Combine them with time phrases: normalmente, los fines de semana, después del instituto.
谈论闲暇活动时可以使用 escuchar música(听音乐)、ver la televisión(看电视)、jugar a videojuegos(打电子游戏)、leer libros(读书)、salir con amigos(和朋友外出)以及 hacer deporte(做运动)。配合时间短语使用:normalmente(通常)、los fines de semana(周末)、después del instituto(放学后)。
The verb jugar (to play) is a stem-changing verb (u → ue). It is used with a before a sport or game: juego al fútbol (I play football), juegas al tenis (you play tennis). Memorise the forms: juego, juegas, juega, jugamos, jugáis, juegan. Only the stem-change in the first three singular and third plural matters at this stage.
动词 jugar(玩,进行运动)是一个词干变化动词 (u → ue)。运动或游戏前要加上 a:juego al fútbol(我踢足球)、juegas al tenis(你打网球)。记住变位:juego, juegas, juega, jugamos, jugáis, juegan。现阶段只需掌握前三个人称单数和第三人称复数中的词干变化。
To extend your answers, use connectives: y (and), pero (but), también (also), sin embargo (however). Example: Normalmente juego al baloncesto pero a veces escucho música.
为了让回答更丰富,使用连接词:y(和)、pero(但是)、también(也)、sin embargo(然而)。示例:Normalmente juego al baloncesto pero a veces escucho música.(我通常打篮球,但有时也听音乐。)
7. Describing Your Area and Using 'Hay' | 描述你所在的区域与 hay 的用法
To talk about where you live, use Vivo en... (I live in...). You can describe a town or village using mi ciudad (my city) or mi pueblo (my town/village). The impersonal verb hay (there is / there are) is invaluable: En mi pueblo hay un parque (In my town there is a park). Hay does not change for plural: hay dos supermercados.
谈论居住地时,用 Vivo en...(我住在……)。可以用 mi ciudad(我的城市)或 mi pueblo(我的村镇)来描述。无人称动词 hay(有)非常重要:En mi pueblo hay un parque(我的镇里有一个公园)。hay 没有复数变化,直接说 hay dos supermercados。
Add compass points and location phrases: en el norte/sur/este/oeste de Inglaterra, cerca de (near), lejos de (far from). Structures like Está en la costa (It is on the coast) or Está en el campo (It is in the countryside) use estar for location.
添加方位词和地点短语:en el norte/sur/este/oeste de Inglaterra(在英格兰的北部/南部/东部/西部)、cerca de(靠近)、lejos de(远离)。类似 Está en la costa(它在海岸边)和 Está en el campo(它在乡村)的结构用 estar 表示位置。
Practise positive and negative sentences: Hay un cine pero no hay piscina. (There is a cinema but there isn't a swimming pool.) This mirrors the negative structure with no placed before the verb.
练习肯定句和否定句:Hay un cine pero no hay piscina.(有一个电影院,但没有游泳池。)这反映了将 no 置于动词前的否定结构。
8. The Weather and Seasonal Activities | 天气与季节性活动
Weather phrases are simple because they often use hace (it makes) or hay: Hace sol (It's sunny), Hace calor (It's hot), Hace frío (It's cold), Hace viento (It's windy), Hay niebla (It's foggy), Llueve (It's raining), Nieva (It's snowing). Recognise that Llueve and Nieva are separate verbs.
天气短语简单易学,因为它们常用 hace 或 hay 表达:Hace sol(晴天)、Hace calor(热)、Hace frío(冷)、Hace viento(刮风)、Hay niebla(有雾)、Llueve(下雨)、Nieva(下雪)。注意 Llueve 和 Nieva 是独立的动词。
Link the weather to seasons: la primavera (spring), el verano (summer), el otoño (autumn), el invierno (winter). With En primavera hace buen tiempo (In spring the weather is good) you can combine months and seasons.
将天气与季节联系起来:la primavera(春天)、el verano(夏天)、el otoño(秋天)、el invierno(冬天)。用 En primavera hace buen tiempo(春天天气好)可以把月份和季节结合起来。
To say what you do depending on the weather, use Cuando hace sol, voy a la playa (When it's sunny, I go to the beach) or Cuando llueve, leo un libro (When it rains, I read a book). This introduces the subordinate clause with cuando.
要表达根据天气做什么,用 Cuando hace sol, voy a la playa(天晴时我去海滩)或 Cuando llueve, leo un libro(下雨时我读书)。这引入了 cuando 引导的从句。
9. Adjectives: Agreement and Colours | 形容词:性数配合与颜色
In Spanish, most adjectives change their ending to agree with the noun they describe. Masculine singular often ends in -o, feminine singular in -a: un chico alto (a tall boy), una chica alta (a tall girl). For plurals, add -s: chicos altos, chicas altas.
西班牙语中,大多数形容词需要根据所修饰名词的性数变化词尾。阳性单数通常以 -o 结尾,阴性单数以 -a 结尾:un chico alto(一个高个子男孩)、una chica alta(一个高个子女孩)。复数加 -s:chicos altos, chicas altas。
Adjectives ending in -e or a consonant often have the same form for masculine and feminine singular: inteligente, joven, fácil. But they still need a plural marker: inteligentes, jóvenes, fáciles. Note the accent changes in joven → jóvenes to keep the stress.
以 -e 或辅音结尾的形容词通常单数不分阴阳性:inteligente(聪明的)、joven(年轻的)、fácil(容易的)。但仍需添加复数标记:inteligentes, jóvenes, fáciles。注意 joven 变 jóvenes 时添加重音符号以保持重音位置。
Colours are perfect for practising agreement. rojo/a/os/as (red), azul (blue — same singular, azules plural), verde (green — verdes plural), blanco/a, negro/a, amarillo/a, naranja (orange — often invariable in singular) and marrón (brown — marrones).
颜色词是练习性数配合的好材料。rojo/a/os/as(红色)、azul(蓝色,单数不变,复数 azules)、verde(绿色,复数 verdes)、blanco/a、negro/a、amarillo/a、naranja(橘色,单数常不变)和 marrón(棕色,复数为 marrones)。
Form sentences: Tengo una mochila negra y unos zapatos blancos. (I have a black bag and some white shoes.) Always make the colour agree with the noun.
练习造句:Tengo una mochila negra y unos zapatos blancos.(我有一个黑色的背包和白鞋子。)确保颜色与名词保持一致。
10. Question Words and Building Conversations | 疑问词与构建对话
Good communicators ask questions. Master these question words: ¿Qué? (What?), ¿Quién? (Who?), ¿Cómo? (How?), ¿Dónde? (Where?), ¿Cuándo? (When?), ¿Por qué? (Why?) and ¿Cuál? (Which?). Note the upside-down question mark at the start.
善于沟通的人会提问。掌握这些疑问词:¿Qué?(什么?)、¿Quién?(谁?)、¿Cómo?(怎样?)、¿Dónde?(哪里?)、¿Cuándo?(何时?)、¿Por qué?(为什么?)和 ¿Cuál?(哪个?)。注意句首的倒问号。
¿Cuántos/as? asks 'How many?' and must agree: ¿Cuántos libros tienes? (How many books do you have?) ¿Cuántas asignaturas estudias? (How many subjects do you study?) Use ¿Cuántos años tienes? to ask someone's age.
¿Cuántos/as? 提问“多少”,需要性数配合:¿Cuántos libros tienes?(你有多少本书?)¿Cuántas asignaturas estudias?(你学多少门科目?)用 ¿Cuántos años tienes? 询问年龄。
Once you know the question words, build short dialogues. A typical exchange: ¿Cómo te llamas? — Me llamo Ana. ¿Dónde vives? — Vivo en Bristol. ¿Cuántos hermanos tienes? — Tengo una hermana. Practise both asking and answering with a partner or by recording yourself.
掌握疑问词后,就可以构建短对话。典型对话:¿Cómo te llamas? — Me llamo Ana. ¿Dónde vives? — Vivo en Bristol. ¿Cuántos hermanos tienes? — Tengo una hermana. 可以和同伴练习互问互答,或者自己录音练习。
11. The Verbs Ser, Estar and Tener in Context | 动词 ser, estar 和 tener 的语境运用
These three verbs are the backbone of early Spanish. Ser (to be) describes permanent characteristics: soy inglés (I am English), eres simpático (you are nice), es profesor (he is a teacher). Use ser for identity, nationality, time, and personality.
这三个动词是早期西班牙语的支柱。Ser(是)描述永久特征:soy inglés(我是英国人)、eres simpático(你很友善)、es profesor(他是老师)。ser 用于表达身份、国籍、时间和性格。
Estar (to be) is for temporary states and location: estoy cansado (I am tired), estás en casa (you are at home), está feliz (he/she is happy). Remember the common classroom question ¿Cómo estás?.
Estar(是,在)表示短暂状态和位置:estoy cansado(我累了)、estás en casa(你在家)、está feliz(他/她很开心)。记住常见的课堂问候 ¿Cómo estás?。
Tener (to have) is used for possessions, age, and some states: tengo un perro (I have a dog), tienes doce años (you are twelve), tiene hambre (he/she is hungry). Notice that English 'am hungry' becomes literally 'have hunger' in Spanish.
Tener(有)用于表达所有、年龄和某些状态:tengo un perro(我有一条狗)、tienes doce años(你十二岁)、tiene hambre(他/她饿了)。注意英语中的“I am hungry”在西班牙语中字面意思是“我有饥饿”。
Create a mini-paragraph combining all three: Soy Ana, tengo trece años y estoy muy contenta porque hoy hace sol. This shows your control of the key irregular verbs.
组合写一个小段落:Soy Ana, tengo trece años y estoy muy contenta porque hoy hace sol.(我是安娜,我十三岁,我很开心因为今天出太阳。)这展示了你对关键不规则动词的掌握。
12. Saying the Date, Days and Months | 表达日期、星期与月份
Classroom instructions often refer to dates. Learn the days of the week: lunes, martes, miércoles, jueves, viernes, sábado, domingo. They are masculine, and you do not capitalise them. El lunes means 'on Monday'. The plural los lunes means 'on Mondays'.
课堂指示常涉及日期。学习星期:lunes(星期一)、martes、miércoles、jueves、viernes、sábado、domingo。它们是阳性名词,且不需要大写。El lunes 表示“在星期一”,复数 los lunes 表示“每逢星期一”。
Months: enero, febrero, marzo, abril, mayo, junio, julio, agosto, septiembre, octubre, noviembre, diciembre. Use en for 'in': en diciembre. To say the full date, use el + number + de + month: el cinco de mayo (the fifth of May). The first day is an exception: el primero de enero.
月份:enero, febrero, marzo, abril, mayo, junio, julio, agosto, septiembre, octubre, noviembre, diciembre。用 en 表示“在”:en diciembre。表达完整日期用 el + 数字 + de + 月份:el cinco de mayo(五月五日)。第一天是例外:el primero de enero。
Ask and answer: ¿Cuál es la fecha de hoy? (What is today's date?) — Hoy es el veintidós de agosto. Combine with day: Hoy es lunes, el veintidós de agosto.
问答:¿Cuál es la fecha de hoy?(今天是什么日期?)— Hoy es el veintidós de agosto. 结合星期:Hoy es lunes, el veintidós de agosto.
