1. Overview of the 2026 Changes | 2026年变化概览
For the 2026 examination series, Edexcel has not announced a full overhaul of the AS Spanish specification (9SP0), but teachers and examiners have noted a shift towards more integrated skills and authentic materials. The core structure—three papers—remains, yet the emphasis on contemporary Hispanic issues and real-world communication is stronger.
在2026年考试季，Edexcel并未宣布对AS西班牙语（9SP0）进行全面改革，但教师和考官已经注意到向更综合技能和真实语料转变的趋势。三门试卷的核心结构不变，但对当代西语世界问题和真实交流的重视程度显著增强。
Another key trend is the gradual increase in digital literacy expectations; students may encounter online articles, social media posts and video clips in the listening and reading sections. This mirrors the way language is used in everyday life.
另一个关键趋势是数字化素养要求逐步提高；学生在听力和阅读部分可能会遇到网络文章、社交媒体帖子和视频片段。这反映了语言在日常生活中的实际使用方式。
2. Paper 1: Listening, Reading and Translation | 试卷一：听力、阅读与翻译
Paper 1 continues to be an 80-mark paper lasting 1 hour 30 minutes, contributing 40% of the AS grade. The 2026 trend points towards more varied listening tasks, including short extracts with multiple speakers and fast-paced dialogues that mimic natural speech. Students will need strong inference skills.
试卷一仍是80分，时长1小时30分钟，占AS总分的40%。2026年的趋势是听力任务更加多样化，包括多说话者短片段和模拟自然语速的快节奏对话。学生需要具备强大的推断能力。
The reading comprehension section now features texts with a greater density of idiomatic expressions and cultural references. Translation into English will likely draw from passages on environmental sustainability and digital lifestyles, reflecting the updated themes.
阅读理解部分现在会包含更多习语表达和文化引用。英译汉部分很可能会从关于环境可持续性和数字生活方式的段落中选材，体现更新后的主题。

This encourages a more inclusive perspective on the Spanish-speaking world.

Grammar and translation into Spanish (part of Paper 2) will test a wider range of complex structures, such as the subjunctive in adverbial clauses and the passive voice. Examiners have signaled that rote-learning of verb tables will not suffice; contextual application is key.
语法和西语翻译（试卷二的一部分）将考查更广泛的复杂结构，例如状语从句中的虚拟式和被动语态。考官已表明，机械背诵动词变位表不足够；语境应用才是关键。
