1. Present Tense Regular Verbs | 现在时规则动词
Regular verbs in French belong to three groups (-ER, -IR, -RE). The present tense is formed by removing the infinitive ending and adding a fixed set of personal endings. Treat this as your first conjugation formula.
法语规则动词分三类(-ER、-IR、-RE)。现在时由去掉不定式词尾并添加一套固定的人称词尾构成。请把它当作你的第一个变位公式。
Verb stem + e, es, e, ons, ez, ent → -ER present
For -ER verbs like parler: je parle, tu parles, il/elle parle, nous parlons, vous parlez, ils/elles parlent.
以 parler 为例的 -ER 动词:je parle, tu parles, il/elle parle, nous parlons, vous parlez, ils/elles parlent。
Verb stem + is, is, it, issons, issez, issent → -IR (2nd group) present
For -IR verbs like finir: je finis, tu finis, il/elle finit, nous finissons, vous finissez, ils/elles finissent.
以 finir 为例的 -IR 动词:je finis, tu finis, il/elle finit, nous finissons, vous finissez, ils/elles finissent。
Verb stem + s, s, (no ending), ons, ez, ent → -RE present
For -RE verbs like vendre: je vends, tu vends, il/elle vend, nous vendons, vous vendez, ils/elles vendent.
以 vendre 为例的 -RE 动词:je vends, tu vends, il/elle vend, nous vendons, vous vendez, ils/elles vendent。
2. Key Irregular Verbs in Present | 关键不规则动词现在时
Irregular verbs do not follow the standard formulas, so they must be memorised as independent 'axioms'. The four most fundamental ones are être, avoir, aller and faire. Their full present-tense conjugations are given below.
These verbs also serve as auxiliaries or semi-auxiliaries in compound formulas, making their mastery essential for all subsequent tenses.
这些动词还在复合公式中充当助动词或半助动词,因此掌握它们对所有后续时态至关重要。
3. Passé Composé (Perfect Tense) | 复合过去时
The passé composé expresses completed actions in the past. Its formula resembles a mathematical composition: auxiliary + participle.
复合过去时表达过去已完成的动作。其公式类似于数学中的组合:助动词 + 过去分词。
Subject + present of avoir/être + past participle → Passé Composé
Most verbs use avoir; a fixed set of intransitive movement and state verbs (Dr & Mrs Vandertramp) use être. With être, the past participle agrees in gender and number with the subject.
大多数动词使用 avoir;一组固定的不及物位移和状态动词(如 aller, venir, partir, arriver 等)使用 être。使用 être 时,过去分词需与主语性数配合。
Être verbs: past participle + e (feminine), + s (plural), + es (feminine plural)
Example with avoir: J'ai mangé une pomme. (I ate an apple.) Example with être: Elle est allée au cinéma. (She went to the cinema.) Note the extra 'e' on the participle.
avoir 例句:J'ai mangé une pomme.(我吃了一个苹果。)être 例句:Elle est allée au cinéma.(她去了电影院。)注意分词上多出的 'e'。
4. Imparfait (Imperfect Tense) | 未完成过去时
The imperfect describes ongoing or habitual past actions, background scenes, and mental states. Its construction formula is remarkably uniform once you know the present-tense nous form.
未完成过去时描述过去持续或习惯性的动作、背景情景以及心理状态。一旦知道现在时的 nous 形式,它的构成公式就非常统一。
Nous-form stem + -ais, -ais, -ait, -ions, -iez, -aient → Imparfait
Take parler: nous parlons → stem parl-. Imparfait: je parlais, tu parlais, il parlait, nous parlions, vous parliez, ils parlaient. For avoir: nous avons → stem av-, giving j'avais, tu avais, etc. The only exception is être, whose stem is ét-: j'étais, tu étais...
以 parler 为例:nous parlons → 词干 parl-。未完成过去时:je parlais, tu parlais, il parlait, nous parlions, vous parliez, ils parlaient。对于 avoir:nous avons → 词干 av-,得出 j'avais, tu avais 等。唯一的例外是 être,其词干为 ét-:j'étais, tu étais……
5. Future Tense & Near Future | 将来时与最近将来时
French offers two future formulas: the near future (futur proche) for immediate plans, and the simple future for more distant or formal projections.
法语提供两种将来公式:最近将来时(futur proche)用于近期计划,简单将来时用于较远或正式的预测。
Present of aller + infinitive → Near Future
Je vais étudier (I am going to study). The structure mirrors English 'be going to'.
Je vais étudier(我将要学习)。该结构与英语的 'be going to' 相似。
Whole infinitive + -ai, -as, -a, -ons, -ez, -ont → Simple Future
dd For -ER and -IR verbs, add endings to the whole infinitive: je parlerai, tu finiras. For -RE verbs, drop the final 'e' before adding endings: je vendrai. Irregular stems must be memorised (e.g. être → ser-, avoir → aur-, aller → ir-, faire → fer-).
-ER 和 -IR 动词在完整不定式后添加词尾:je parlerai, tu finiras。-RE 动词去掉词尾的 'e' 再加词尾:je vendrai。不规则词干需单独记忆(如 être → ser-,avoir → aur-,aller → ir-,faire → fer-)。
6. Conditional Mood | 条件式
The conditional mood expresses hypothetical actions or polite requests. Its formula combines future stems with imperfect endings – a hybrid theorem.
条件式表达假设性动作或礼貌请求。其公式是将将来时的词干与未完成过去时的词尾相结合——一种混合定理。
Future stem + imperfect endings → Conditional
Thus the same irregular future stems appear: je serais, tu aurais, il irait, nous ferions. The endings are exactly -ais, -ais, -ait, -ions, -iez, -aient. The conditional of parler is je parlerais, meaning 'I would speak'.
因此相同的不规则将来词干出现:je serais, tu aurais, il irait, nous ferions。词尾正是 -ais, -ais, -ait, -ions, -iez, -aient。parler 的条件式是 je parlerais,意为“我会说”。
7. Subjunctive Mood Formation | 虚拟式构成
The subjunctive is triggered by expressions of wish, emotion, doubt, and necessity. Its formation formula also relies on the present-tense ils/elles stem for most subjects.
虚拟式由愿望、情感、怀疑和必要性等表达触发。其构成公式也依赖于现在时 ils/elles 词干(对多数人称)。
Ils/elles present stem + -e, -es, -e, -ions, -iez, -ent → Subjunctive
For regular verbs: que je parle, que tu parles, qu'il parle, que nous parlions, que vous parliez, qu'ils parlent. The nous and vous forms look like the imperfect. Key irregular subjunctives must be known: être (que je sois), avoir (que j'aie), aller (que j'aille), faire (que je fasse), pouvoir (que je puisse).
规则动词:que je parle, que tu parles, qu'il parle, que nous parlions, que vous parliez, qu'ils parlent。nous 和 vous 形式与未完成过去时相同。必须掌握关键不规则虚拟式:être(que je sois)、avoir(que j'aie)、aller(que j'aille)、faire(que je fasse)、pouvoir(que je puisse)。
8. Negation Structures | 否定结构
Standard negation in French wraps around the conjugated verb, resembling brackets around the verbal core. More complex negative expressions follow analogous patterns.
法语的标准否定结构环绕变位动词,就像在动词核心周围加上括号。更复杂的否定表达遵循类似模式。
ne + conjugated verb + pas → Basic Negation
Je ne mange pas de viande. (I do not eat meat.) In the passé composé, ne...pas surrounds the auxiliary: Je n'ai pas mangé. Other negative pairs replace pas: ne...jamais (never), ne...rien (nothing), ne...personne (nobody), ne...plus (no longer), ne...que (only).
Je ne mange pas de viande.(我不吃肉。)在复合过去时中,ne...pas 包围助动词:Je n'ai pas mangé。其他否定对替代 pas:ne...jamais(从不)、ne...rien(没有东西)、ne...personne(没人)、ne...plus(不再)、ne...que(仅仅)。
ne + verb + jamais/rien/plus → Advanced Negation
Personne and rien can also appear as subjects: Rien n'est arrivé. (Nothing happened.)
Personne 和 rien 也可作主语:Rien n'est arrivé.(什么也没发生。)
9. Interrogative Formulas | 疑问句式
Forming questions in French can be done through three main theorems: intonation, est-ce que, and inversion. Each has its own register and word-order formula.
法语构成疑问句可通过三种主要定理:语调、est-ce que 和倒装。每种都有自己的语域和语序公式。
Statement + rising intonation → Informal Question
Tu aimes le café ? (You like coffee?) Simple but informal.
Tu aimes le café ?(你喜欢咖啡吗?)简单但非正式。
Est-ce que + subject + verb → Standard Question
Est-ce que tu aimes le café ? This formula avoids inversion and works in most situations.
Est-ce que tu aimes le café ? 这个公式避免了倒装,适用于大多数情况。
(Question word) + verb-subject inversion → Formal Question
Aimes-tu le café ? (Do you like coffee?) With question words: Où vas-tu ? (Where are you going?) In the passé composé, invert the auxiliary: As-tu mangé ?
Aimes-tu le café ?(你喜欢咖啡吗?)带疑问词时:Où vas-tu ?(你去哪儿?)在复合过去时中,倒装助动词:As-tu mangé ?
10. Object Pronouns Order | 宾语代词顺序
When multiple object pronouns appear before the verb, strict sequencing rules apply. The order can be memorised as a single positional formula, often likened to a table.
当多个宾语代词出现在动词之前时,必须遵守严格的顺序规则。这个顺序可以当成一个位置公式来记忆,常被比作一张表格。
me/te/se/nous/vous → le/la/les → lui/leur → y → en → verb
This sequence holds for affirmative statements. Example: Je le lui donne. (I give it to him/her.) With negation: Je ne le lui donne pas. In the imperative affirmative, the pronouns follow the verb and are linked by hyphens, with a different order: Donne-le-moi !
该顺序适用于肯定陈述。例句:Je le lui donne.(我把它给他/她。)否定句:Je ne le lui donne pas。在肯定命令式中,代词跟在动词后,用连字符连接,且顺序不同:Donne-le-moi!
Imperative affirmative: verb-le-la-les + moi/toi/lui/nous/vous/leur + y + en
Me and te become moi and toi in this position (except before y/en, where they contract to m' and t').
在此位置,me 和 te 变为 moi 和 toi(但在 y/en 前缩写为 m' 和 t')。
11. Comparative and Superlative | 比较级与最高级
Comparisons rely on the formulas plus...que, moins...que and aussi...que. The superlative follows with definite articles.
比较依赖于 plus...que、moins...que 和 aussi...que 公式。最高级则与定冠词搭配。
plus/moins/aussi + adjective/adverb + que → Comparative
Elle est plus grande que moi. (She is taller than me.) Il court moins vite que toi. (He runs less fast than you.) Marie est aussi intelligente que Paul. (Marie is as intelligent as Paul.)
Elle est plus grande que moi.(她比我高。)Il court moins vite que toi.(他跑得没你快。)Marie est aussi intelligente que Paul.(玛丽和保罗一样聪明。)
le/la/les + plus/moins + adjective → Superlative
C'est la plus belle ville. (It's the most beautiful city.) For adverbs, use le plus (invariable) before the adverb: Elle chante le plus fort. (She sings the loudest.)
C'est la plus belle ville.(这是最美的城市。)对于副词,在副词前使用不变的 le plus:Elle chante le plus fort.(她唱得最大声。)
12. Relative Pronouns | 关系代词
Relative pronouns link clauses and refer back to a noun. The choice of pronoun follows precise grammatical theorems based on the function of the referent in the subordinate clause.
关系代词连接从句并指代前面的名词。代词的选择遵循精确的语法定理,取决于所指对象在从句中的功能。
qui (subject) vs que (direct object) → Basic distinction
La fille qui parle (the girl who is speaking). La fille que je vois (the girl whom I see). Que becomes qu' before a vowel.
La fille qui parle(正在说话的女孩)。La fille que je vois(我看到的那个女孩)。que 在元音前变为 qu'。
Preposition + qui (person) / lequel (thing) → After prepositions
La personne à qui je parle (the person to whom I am speaking). Le problème auquel je pense (the problem I am thinking about). Lequel agrees in gender and number: laquelle, lesquels, lesquelles. Combined with à and de, the forms auquel, duquel, etc., are used.
La personne à qui je parle(我正与之交谈的人)。Le problème auquel je pense(我正在思考的问题)。lequel 性数配合:laquelle, lesquels, lesquelles。与 à 和 de 结合,使用 auquel、duquel 等形式。
dont (whose / of which) → replaces de + noun
Le livre dont j'ai besoin (the book I need, lit. of which I have need). Dont works for both people and things and usually stands at the start of the relative clause, with the subject following.
Le livre dont j'ai besoin(我需要的那本书,字面义:我需要它的书)。dont 既用于人也用于物,通常位于关系从句开头,后接主语。
où (where / when) → time and place
La ville où je suis né (the town where I was born). Le jour où nous nous sommes rencontrés (the day we met).
La ville où je suis né(我出生的城市)。Le jour où nous nous sommes rencontrés(我们相遇的那一天)。
